  App has issues, things that don’t translate to the owner or real world of the booking. Feels careless since some of the options I’m asked to “acknowledge” don’t apply to my type of camper. Also learning that so many of the “fees” charged are pocketed by RV Eazy, and not the owner. Was tough to swallow before, but now even worse. Will not be using this app again unless I see the BS eg “cleaning fee” from COVID dropped. Nice revenue stream I’m sure, but enough is enough: I expect my RV rental to be clean, part of the rental cost.

  I realize this is just an app to get customers in touch with renters, and therefore not wholly responsible for the actual vehicles But perhaps you should be more in touch with vetting the RVs you are promoting The Rv we rented for a month to take to the east coast, was deemed unsafe to drive when we arrived in St. John’s Nfld!! Our owner paid for enough repairs to make it safe, we ended up cutting our trip short by 3 days !

  We could not have been happier with the customer service we received while renting the trailer from Sept 21 to Sept 24, 2023. Paul had the trailer set up by the time we arrived in Muskoka on our friends property for a wedding celebration weekend. The trailer was completely stocked with all the necessities we needed for the weekend. So much more convenient than staying in a hotel and less expensive. The bed was comfortable, the generator worked excellent, and overall it was a stress free weekend. Paul arrived at the end of the weekend at our predetermined time. He did a walk around check of the trailer and said everything was in order and we went on our way with no worry on our part of closing up the trailer and towing it away. Absolute 5 stars. Such a stress free way to have a little getaway and have almost all of the comforts of home. We highly recommend.

  I found certain areas of the web site confusing. Did not like the fact that RVezy got back to me before I had clicked GO. Let me do my thinking at my own pace. I was not provided an insurance certificate to present to police if I got checked. Had to request it from the host.Now for the good points: good choice of campers and the description and pictures of each is very informative. The link with the host was great for me. Yes I would definiterly recommend to use RVezy but do your homework, check the other sites also.

  Rvezy needs to update how renters and hosts interact by not allowing the Rental Agreement to be filled out until after the renter is able to look through the RV. By doing this, renters can be sure they are getting the RV that was advertised to them. We pay a lot of money to rent an RV, but hosts have the power to give whatever they want to renters because Rvezy makes us sign the agreement days or months in advance before seeing the RV. This gives power to the host to not do all the checks that are in the Rvezy agreement. Because Rvezy makes you do this, you are bound to whatever you get legally and cannot make a claim if you find something later. For this reason, we will not use them again until there is a change.

  The website is laid out nicely and easy to follow but there are a few points that I didn't like . While looking at rvs if some interested me then I would check the dates for availability . Some were available and some were not , or I asked a question about an rv . Then coming up to my booking date I was getting booking cancelation notices for these inquiries which kept making me think it was the one I actually booked . It was easy right up untill my payment was made , then I get the driver approval form and others to fill out . Shouldn't you be approved and all other pertinent info verified before making a payment? The pick up and drop off inspections can cover a lot of things from cleaning a window to crawling under to do a mechanical safety inspection . Rather than telling me how they are mandatory there should be a checklist of sorts both the host and guest can follow to ensure the hosts ( usually know what to look for ) and guests ( could be first time renters ) have the same expectations . My experience with the host was great , but my experience with the app was a little annoying .

  The whole process worked well for us. We started with looking at some of the units available on the site, the variety of types and costs meant that we would find something that suited our needs. The map was very helpful, we located a beautiful unit close to us, read sufficient info about the owners to feel comfortable in dealing with them and easily booked the van. I like the fact that the owner(s) were keen to meet and talk with us. We had a great time and would highly recommend it to others.

  I did not want to leave a bad review. I tried many time to fix this with the owner but in the end, they did not treat us right. We had MANY issue with this RV. Issues: Generator and ac kept turning off. No solar panels to power the vehicle generator Steering pump fluid missing the valve and emptying out causing us to be stuck. Radio not working Vehicle received dirty Buzzing sound from loose lever that we continually had to fix Hot water in shower not working when we used the heater part in the bathroom Vehicle listed as brand new when it’s not. Cabinetry falling apart inside. Fridge kept turning off causing our food to spoil. We also got stuck in a NATURAL DISASTER that was all over the news, stayed in communication to keep owner aware of everything. The owner told us to leave the vehicle, but we did the right thing and brought it back-cleaner than we received. He gave us persimmon to bring it late due to this and would not charge us any late fees. Then charges us late fees and tried to charge us an additional $450 for an oil change when we purchased unlimited mile rental agreement. In the end he charged us for the late fee of over $300 when HE GAVE US PERMISSION to bring it back due to the floods. He also had to come get the vehicle because it malfunctioned and flooded inside. The vehicle is not new and has many issues. I would seek another rental. I tried to fix this many time because I did not want to leave a bad review as we thought he was a nice guy. I was wrong

  I found RVeasy to much. You need to simplify things somehow. I received too many messages from you and found your process to rent an rv complicated to figure out and maneuver through your mobile app. The renters were fantastic though. That is why I gave three stars. If it was just based on your site and process, I would have given a 1 as I just found it to be a pain.

  Over all clean RV however it was delivered but not hooked up, during the move many items had fallen on the floor, (books and DVDs), so once we we were able to hook up the RV (in the dark) we found a mess to clean up inside. Water leaked from under the kitchen sink so we were unable to keep the water on in the RV. The owner agreed to reimburse us for part of payment due to inconvenience, it’s been 2 weeks so far I’ve received nothing.

  Honestly, in my rush to go camping and meet up w/friends at an event we wished to see, I have to admit that I also rushed through all the RVezy emails and form-filling (aka the endless paperwork) that spammed our e-mailbox. Now, when I look at the final bill, I see too clearly that consumers are gouged for moneys that should come within the package price, rather than as gratuitous add-ons that inflate what should be an easier transaction in the trade of putting people together for common purposes. I have no issues with anyone making money, and expect fair trade with balance. I see we paid (among other things) $150.00 for clean up; frankly, we cleaned the trailer and left it better than we received it. This is not an attempt to slander or fault our hosts as they did their due diligence in preparing the RV for us. But, had I been aware of this charge in the beginning (I'm sure I must have overlooked this charge in the puddle of emails that flooded my box) maybe I wouldn't have worked so hard to show our hosts our appreciation for their kindness in sharing their belongings with my family. The $150.00 should be an insurance policy that the RV owners may enforce if the rental was left dirty upon returns, or allow them to release the $150.00 when they are satisfied with a clean return. In closing, stop the flood of emails. Stop the over-affiliate and redundant charges. In the few days we had the RV, and after, I received 20-30+ emails. I had the RV for 3-4 nights, but am receiving mail weeks after the event. In fairness to my hosts, I did not want to leave anything to chance and wished to praise their kindness, so I worked diligently to be sure every email was cared for and they got what I promised to pay, but, the excessive gouging of miscellaneous charges was a real surprise. I doubt the RV hosts get much beyond the nightly rental fee, and again, I don't mind someone making a buck, but I doubt I will ever seek rentals through RVezy, as I know there are resources that do not beat up their customers with excessive costs that appear redundant in all the verbage included in all the emails. I'll try not to be overwhelmed by the agreement policy paperwork beforehand next time.

  This came through in a clutch! Needed a last minute booking, found this site and immediately got a response confirming our booking. The trailer owner, Kenneth, was very responsive and helpful with everything. Site was easy to use and we had a great experience overall.

  I rented a trailer to be delivered and picked up. No driving- No towing. You kept asking and asking for drivers license verification and at one point told me the reservation would be canceled if I did not provide it. It would be nice it you could update your system for such customers. What would have happened if I didn't have a drivers license?
