  Booking through the website was a little but clunkier than the app, I couldn't find where to fill out the rental documentation for example. Overall it did help facilitate the rental process alot smoother than doing it in person but would like a little onboarding video to support these pieces

  The app was was easy enough, but additional drivers whose ID you do not physically hold were impossible to add. Needed customer service to support Which although efficient was not quick. Our initial booking cancelled on us about a week before our vacation. There was a discount offered to rebook, but frankly that wasn't enough. We had to change our trip to accommodate which cost way more than the small discount.

  RVezy was very easy to navigate and was very responsive with any questions. We used the delivery method and the communication with the host was easy with quick responses. The only negative I could see was having to pay for roadside assistance when we weren't actually hauling the RV - but otherwise it was an excellent experience.

  site is geared towards a customer picking up and returning a trailer, even though delivery options are available. When having a trailer delivered to a campsite by the owner, some aspects of the RVEasy website assume that the customer is picking up the unit even though a delivery option is chosen.

  I can say without a doubt this was the worst rental experience of my life. The trailer was in no condition to be rented as we discovered as the weekend progressed. The back emergency window was covered up with corrugated plastic, the awning had rotten holes that went the length of the entire trailer, There was a leak in the back the was the result of a broken cap, which we discovered in the rain, the door latch did not work so we could never have the screen open, the owner had no converter plug for us to plug into power, there were no outdoor chairs as advertised, there was no fire extinguisher, or smoke alarm, the CO2 alarm had no batteries in it. I spoke with RVezy and they said I really needed to work it out with the host. This trailer should never have been rented and it looks bad to Rvezy that is was. I will never rent from them again. I can not believe that Rvezy would not refund me the portion of the money that was paid to Rvezy - terrible customer service. I will not recommend RVezy to anyone.

  The platform is ok, not great. The site and the mobile app have problems. My initial booking was cancelled by the host. It kept showing up on my upcoming trips. The subsequent booking never appeared on my upcoming trips. The android app would only load any data once. If I switch between tabs it would be blank. Extremely annoying to have to quit the app to do more than 1 thing. In app messages wouldn't send. Lots of issues

  It was overall a good tool to find an RV or campervan, and the people we rented from were great with communication. Would have been better to know a bit more about the functioning of the van earlier, as first timers, but that is more about the research on our part and the images or videos available on the website. Would be good to have videos about how to transform small campervans for sleeping.

  On a fait une reservation le mois d'Août numero #891812 qui est finalissé très bien, (même si on recomenderait de dire au propietaire de faire plus souvent la révision de sa voiture, parce qu'on à perdú le premier jour à cause de manque de liquid de freins! Jusqu'a qu'on à deviné le problemme avec un garagiste, on a souffert un peu a cause de ça... Au moins que ça n'arrive à nouveau à personne!) Mais on attends encore le retour des 100 dollars de caution incluis dans le bilain de 1021.32 dollars qu'on nous à enlevé, dans le budget initial. On aimerait bien savoir combient c'esr prevu de faire la transference.

  I found RVesy very professional to work with. I am an advanced (in age) senior and very nervous when I dealing with something new to me. I found your company walked me through and communicated well. The owner was excellent to work with and in the end it resulted in and incredible family reunion with no worries.

  Ça c’est très bien passé comme première expérience. Le site web est claire et les instructions aussi. Pour une raison qui m’échape, je n’ai pas pu fermer le voyage avec le iPad. Il a fallu le faire sur le iPhone. Le locateur n’a pas les meme formulaire (papier ou/et electronique) à remplir que le locataire lors de la prise de possession du VR (!?).

  Our RV broke down in the last day. The roadside-assist was of no help as they could not organise anything in Quebec as they could not speak French. Their French hotline could not speak Wnglish! We rented the RV in Quebec City ;-) So, we were on our own since the owner was not available. We ran into huge problems as the staff at the gas station (the RV did not start after re-fuelling) threatened Tonfall thenpolice as we tried to re-start it there (where else). With the help of several friends people we managed to start the RV again Abend to bringing back the last 55km. We had a coat of CAD 400,- due to this as we missed our airport transfer (and almost our flight)! RVEZY is not answering to our e-Mails, So, we‘re on our own again! I cannot recommend RVEZY because of this! A „regular“ renting company has liability; there all would have been smoother!

  i randomly came across rvezy while we were looking for a trailer rental for an upcoming trip. the app is super easy and makes booking a rental very secure. communication through the app is easy and explains everything very well. we will definitely be using rvezy again for futre trips

  I found RVezy very easy to navigate, and was able to find a rental vehicle very quickly. The communication after I secured the rental was great, and pick-up/drop-off was simple and clear. I will definitely use RVezy again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Accueil sympa par téléphone, mais depuis l étranger c est un budget... Bref un site qui nous a généré du stress dans l'organisation de nos vacances, avec lequel on ne s'est jamais vraiment senti en confiance.

  Finding an RV in our vicinity was relatively easy and welcome. We had the opportunity to visit the RV before renting. Communication through RVezy was convenient and Rachel, our host, was available when necessary to answer our questions. A very pleasant experience!

  Je vous ai communiqué les raisons de mon insatisfaction, mais vous n’en avez pas tenue compte. J’ai réservé ce VrR d’un propriétaire situé à St-Sauveur pour une très bonne raison. Je voulais voir ce qu’il comprenais et bien sur il manquait bien des choses. Le propriétaire m’a fait déplacer à Repentigny, 3 heures de route dans le trafic, et m’a demander de rapporter la can vendredi matin pour 11:-phrénologies soit bien avant la fin de mon contrat. De plus, il m’a exiger des frais de 375.00$ pour des dommages à une douillette que je n’ai jamais vu à bord de la van. De fait, je n’ai jamais défait son lit, car j’ai coucher dans mon seepling bag au dessus de son bedding. J’ai du canceller une réservation de camping pour lequel j’avais fait un dépôt à cause de sa demande de retour j’exige donc un dédommagement de 2500.00$ pour bris de contrat en plus d’une journée de réservation ainsi que mon dépôt de 25.00$ pour le camping. J’ai déjà fait cette demande aux propriétaires sans réponses.

  Good research tool, booking was easy, app is not easy to use, could not find where to perform departure and return inspections. Tried calling, no option for help with inspections. Chat was no help. Good relation with lender for pre-post inspections, learning VR attributes. Overall a very good experience and great trip.

  Very easy to use. But the charges for insurance etc is outrageous when we have those things already under our own policy. It’s a money grab. I booked with a different rental company and they did not have these fees. Saved about $250.00 somewhere else.

  I’d give a lower star review but I know that partly the problem was with the host, but overall you guys need a better customer service line or online chat because it’s a pain trying to get in touch with you guys when in dire situations. If a Host has bad reviews and is trying to con people you should remove that host and not allow them to continue renting out their messed up RV. This was a very bad first time experience

  RVezy was pretty straightforward to use. However while trying to write text messages to the owner, the screen jumps down and you can't see what you're trying to type. But this is more of a technical issue that they could possibly fix. I think getting in to chat with the owner could be easier. But as far as booking etc, it's a decent site.

  Great site! I booked an RV in Quebec to travel to New Brunswick. I wish it was available in New Brunswick, or I would have found an RV in that province. Other than that, my experience was great. Excellent, user friendly app. Excellent customer service as well, as I had to call to sort out a rescheduled booking. She sorted out my issue in no time.

  The handling of cancelations and re-booking is misleading. If you have a host cancel, rvezy sends you other options that meet your criteria which is great. But none of the information from the prior booking is passed on to the replacement booking unless you do that again yourself. The app is clumsy and doesn't always load so communication is lost in frustration. Here is the verbiage from the re-booking email: "Here are a couple of available RVs that fit the criteria you were looking for in your original request:" It should really say "here are some options, you need to start from scratch and your on your own" I ended up having to rent to separate RV's because the replacement one did not allow us to tow ourselves even though that box was checked.... Hard lesson to learn the hard way. Now that it is clear it is totally up to the customer and host it makes sense. It just cost us an extra 1500 to figure it out.

  Found the website a little confusing to use. There were a lot of extra requirements (forms to fill out) that one doesn’t have with other property rentals like VRBO and Airbnb. We did not pickup, move or drive the RV, yet a copy of my drivers license was required to rent.

  Service was responsive and good. We were a bit alarmed at the cost of the actual rental after cleaning fees, insurance, propane, and dumping fees were incorporated. Nonetheless it is cheaper than owning.

  Very good. Only problem was I had to keep changing my password because I kept getting locked out of the website. Even when I last tried to communicate on my iPad after John Y gave me a password to use. I used the password once and then again after our booking finished I couldn’t get back in because the password wouldn’t work.

  RV owner not friendly and the RV you guys rent was not inspected or i should say not safe to drive on the road. I asked for my one day money back which it was charged extra for pick up a day before the journey. Also i was charged $100 extra without my permission. Now if you want more info please call me or send me a message. Overall not satisfied at all. I have lot more to write but its OK i would like Rveyz team should contact me in this matter.

  Very easy to use , very convenient! the thing I would change is a reward system or refund for bringing the unit back clean or cleaner that it was taken! Some of us do care about other peoples property and I feel that if your gonna take 70 - 100 dollars for a cleaning fee and we bring it back clean or cleaner ,there should be a refund reward system in place , other than that I'm happy with the service and will continue to use! thank you

  The camper was what I needed for where we were going,Mrs Rebecca was good to work with. The only complaint I have is that the site to get the camper booked thru the RVezy app was very hard for me ,I had to call to finish my booking and also had to call to close out my final return

  So, I already responded with comments when leaving a review for host and site. The fact that I'm being asked again, says alot. The site is cumbersome to navigate. Challenging to complete the application and then weeks later I'm asked to set up a profile before the rental takes effect. Poor design. Poor customer experience. No stars
