  This is our second year using RVEZY...2 previous RV's we booked just disappeared off the site leaving us with no booking...and another cancelled 24hrs before our trip...RVEZY customer service did nothing to help..we had to find another trailer and thank goodness we did...no credits offered or any compensation offered..(Just said things happen sometimes) this last issue by the time they sent an email it was late afternoon offering help and noticed we already booked another...totally useless. Our rv owner was great that we ended up renting from...but RVEZY left a bad taste...

  Booking through RVezy was as simple and straight forward as you can get when booking online. The process was painless and easy as the name suggests.   RVezy really makes renting RV's easy and transparent. They not only help the Owner, but also assist the renter in understanding their rights and responsibilities.   It’s a great way to book an RV, but buyer beware. First, know that you will have to upload a copy of your drivers license to the site, something I’m not very comfortable with. Also, RVezy has a “feature” that lets RV owners send you a contract if a unit you are looking for isn’t available. Users aren’t warned about this, and it allowed one owner to send me a contract for a trailer I didn’t want in response to a request for a trailer I did want. If I hadn’t looked carefully I could have got stuck with a really crappy RV that was too big for the site I had booked. I complained to RVezy about the “feature” and hope it has been turned off. If not, buyer beware!

  Experience was good, only complaint is that the process to follow is not exactly clear. Some terms of the contract are not specified, e.g. pickup time which can lead to confusion. This should be a field in the booking.

  Rvezy was convenient in terms of finding the right camper to fit our vacation needs. I did not find the website to be user-friendly or easy to navigate. The format could be better. In addition, when I had to make a call to Revezy the wait time was long...but once I did speak to a representative she was very helpful and very easy to deal with.

  Glad to have found this site for our present and future rentals . The delay in responding on line , like verification of identity and filling out agreement was disappointing . We kept looking for the agreement for days and at the final minutes it arrived . We were being told everyday to fill it out , but it was not there to fill out . Made it doubtful that we would have the trailer for our scheduled holiday . Undue mental stress . Communication could be better .
