  I am really disappointed with this site. In order to get your deposit back you HAVE to leave a review of your renter. This leads me to believe that all reviews are fake seeing as your money is held hostage until the review is in. I did not review the renter the way I would have because I was worried about repercussions and just wanted my 1000$ refunded to my credit card. We will never use this site again.

  We were very pleased with the unit we rented, with the process of renting this unit and using RVEZY to do this. RVEZY’s website was easy to navigate and the people we contacted were all very helpful. And this was done in 2 weeks! We will be using RVezy again if we need to rent a unit. Thank you!!

  The app and website were awesome. Our experience booking and with our renters were a 12/10. Highly recommend this service. We had a fabulous first family camping trip and are already scheming the next one.

  The service we had was excellent with the Ferguson’s .They responded quickly with any questions that were asked .Delivery was on time and they even went the extra mile to check with the site they were delivering the trailer too .This was my first experience doing this and they made it so easy and stress free Trailer was fabulous everything was just as they said it would be .It was fully equipped and everything worked .Thanks again

  Using RVezy to book a trip for vacation this summer was relatively easy. Some rv owners weren’t very quick to respond to my interest in renting their trailers but I guess everyone can get busy with life at times. Not sure if I used website correctly but if I wanted to rent a trailer for a week at the end of July hopefully only the rv’s available during that window are visible? I think that’s the way it works but it was my first time using RVezy.

  Rvezy provided an exceptional experience all the way around. Searching through RV's was seamless and booking was made so easy.   The overall experience was good. I am new to trailer camping, so there was a lot of information I need to go through. Two pieces of info were missing from RVEZY site, a description of the trailer connections (7-pins vs 4-pins) and when a break controller module is needed or recommended. In my case, my SUV had only the 4-pin connection and no breaks controller installed. When I showed up to pick up the trailer, I had to go scrambling on Friday afternoon to find a 7-pin connection adapter and to get a brake controller installed. Had I know this before hand it would have been easier and cheaper for me to prepare for them and it would had saved me four hours that day.

  I would suggest re-configuring the site to make it more intuitive for users. A step by step procedure of what to do if interested in a rental unit, if they wish to proceed with a rental, a list of requirements, commitments, etc. would be very useful. For instance, to close out a booking, there is nothing to say that a review is required by the renter before the booking is closed out. It is in the same "box" as the rentees review, so it would imply that the rentee and not the renter has to submit a review. I eventually got to everything I was looking for, but it did require some guessing, and hit and miss. Also, confirmation that one step has been completed before moving on to the next would be very helpful.

  Serait bien de savoir qu’il faut 25 ans pour réserver une van. Would be nice to know you have to be 25 or more to rent a vr before the deposit… J’ai voulu annulé mon paiement, car nos plans ne fonctionnaient plus, mais malgré le bon service reçu, pas de remboursements… Au final, on a pris la van, mais j’ai dû faire 12 heures de route en un jour. Otherwise, it’s a nice airbnb app for vr.

  I found RVezy an easy way to find a trailer to rent that suits my needs though I sometimes found naviga the website a bit challenging. Though I am not very technically savvy! But it is a good way to find decent trailers for your needs.

  Everything is good and the trip is fantastic. The only thing bothered me is that it requires 6 years full driver license and blocking me to rent motorized rv. I know this rule after 2 weeks I had booked my trip. This could extremely ruin my trip and plan. So I suggest to specify it explicitly before the user place the order.

  There are a lot of extra costs not seen. Our cost was $115 a night for three nights and that turned into $850 with all these extra costs including a $100 cleaning fee. Be aware.

  We’ve rented a few times now. It was easy to find trailers. Owners have been quick to respond. The process is pretty easy. The only thing that wasn’t so smooth was verification. It kept reminding us to do this even though we had already submitted our information and we’re waiting to hear back.

  My experience using RVezy was pretty good. The only issue I had was when using the app on my iPhone 10. I couldn't find the drop off time and I couldn't open one of the documents associated with my trip. Other than that, I found it easy to navigate and use.

  This was oyr first ever RV experience and we loved every second of it! Owners, Bryan and Nadine were very accommodating, very friendly and answers our text promptly. We were also given a thorough demonstration and handover of the RV. We really had the BEST time and experience!   This was my first time renting an RV from owners Tanya and Eddie O which I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The owners presented us with a fully equiped and stocked utensils, cleaning products as well as a meticulously clean RV. they were very helpful in explaining and personally showing me how to set up the RV for a trailor park. Overall, we appreciated their kindness and would definitly rent their RV again in the future. their professionalism and care made our trip very enjoyable.

  A bit disappointed. We had been approved by 2 different rentals and then suddenly both turned us down. One saying their in laws were suddenly coming that exact week and the other saying his spouse suddenly booked their RV for the same week. Frustrating. We came from Ontario to BC. We finally found one at a reasonable price. Had trouble with the battery so we couldn’t get the fridge going but all in all it was ok.

  This was our first time renting through RVezy. The process and steps were easy to follow. It's a great concept, when wanting to rent an RV. The only reason I've not rated the full 5 stars is that when I had a question which required a quick answer, I could not find a phone number. All communications are done via email. Their Customer Service reps were however, quick enough to respond. I have already recommended RVezy to many friends.

  Super easy booking process. Reviews were great. Once booked, lots of reminders about upcoming trip necessities. Will use again in the future!
