  App is easy to use and navigate and there is lots of options for what you are looking for in a multitude of areas. My only complaint is service fees are high...when you go rent a trailer for $105 a night, renting it for 2 nights and your final cost is $374, that's a little much. Cheaper to get a hotel room at that point with a lot less work and effort.

  This was my first experience with RVezy and I was very impressed with Rob who was my host. He was punctual in delivering his RV to the horse show site and also in picking it up 5 days later. The RV was cozy and clean and very comfortable. I have booked Rob's camper again for another horse show!!

  Using RVezy for our first time RV rental was positive. It is nice to have both the lessor and lessee go through some pre screening to give more assurances to both sides this is legit . I would use this site again if we were to rent a motor home . In our situation renting an RV at away from home base location allowed us save $$ to get RV across a ferry etc to the destination areas we really wanted to see . Our Host was easy to work with and accommodating providing storage for our auto while away Had some problems with inspection / departure info submission pages on this site . Email directs to place but connection link area not intuitive . Host fills out one too so maybe just have renters click box to agree at start/end as host knows site better from using it for rentals but I get the safety issue on both sides . We had no issues with our hosts inspection but tried several times to find area to complete but no success Communications with lessor all through through messaging on site was easy . Added insurance , services all easy to work with at initial contract stage works well with good feedback , communications with this site . Reminders and documentation e docs all work well . Again I would use this site for next adventure !

  The host experience was really good, the payment part requires lot of work, not sure after close out and all payments why the deposit is held even after hosts have cleared it? Once account is settled all should be in week

  Hosts worked hard to ensure our holiday went smoothly. They were very pleasant. Unfortunately, there were a couple of unfortunate technical issues with the RV. That said, these were dealt with efficiently and very promptly, these things happen, no complaint. Thank you for looking after us, we have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

  1 week booking. RV was new, spacious and clean. Quick & easy last minute booking. Was delivered an RV with a dead battery. It came straight from the dealership and apparently the " dealership did not have it set up or plugged in properly prior to delivering?" I brought a generator with me and the campsite generating hours were 8am-10am and 6pm-8pm. Host sent a mechanic immediately and a second time after discovering the RV battery to the campsite and he advised that once I get in a good 6pm-8pm charge and the sun from the solar panels that I would be good for the next the few days and even that wasn't enough for the battery. My camping neighbors were nice enough to let me charge the RV for at least 5 hours and even then the RV would be low battery or dead by the next morning. I did NOT leave the heat running during the night in hopes to reserve battery but I woke up cold every day. The water switch only came on when I needed to use the bathroom & only turned on lights when I was inside at night. I tried to keep it at the bare minimium to reserve whatever power would be left every day. I booked for a warm luxury experience and got the complete opposite. I didn't want to leave a review as I don't want to say any thing bad but this was my honest experience. Because of this reviewI am sure the next guests will have a 100% better experience.. so don't let this defer you from booking.. it was a learning experience for us on both ends. Would I ever spend the amount of money for this experience again? Definitely not. I would give it a 2.5 since theres no option, I left it at 3.

  Would not rent an RV from a private individual again. There were to many safety issues and the RV was not well kept up like it appeared in the photos. The site worked fine but the idea behind it is flawed if there isn't quality control on the rvs. I would love to give the owner of the RV negative feedback but it didn't seem like my review would be anonymous and I didn't want retaliation from him. The RV was literally falling apart.

  The app has problems. On 06-Feb-2024 the app simply did not work at all on android phones. Also, the android app was often running into problems and taking a long time to load pages.

  Loved loved the RV and Stephen. But I didn't receive my deposit back. Been almost a year and still nothing. So if you go with them don't expect to get your money back and they were Standoff'ish about it.

  My booking still is pending. Worst customer service. The representative failed to answer my question about $500 deductible when I informed them that I was not at fault in hit and run accident. I have a Police Report. The damage was only $180 for a broken driver side mirror. According to California laws your insurance company is not entitled to apply the $500 deductible when I was not at fault. Thank you

  Overall, the RV was in good condition and the owner very friendly, responsive and great with communication. There was a little more existing damage than expected and a random part flew off while driving. The replacement price we were charged was at fair market value. Overall, we had a great experience and would rent it again any time.

  Will never use it again. Got ripped off. Was charged fully for an RV that sat in my driveway for an hour before returning because our infant son got extremely sick and we had to cancel our entire holiday plans. Got zero empathy or support from anyone and still somehow was. Charged for cleaning and insurance on top of everything else. Horrible horrible horrible

  Our experience was lovely! We had a massive pivot because our campsite was evacuated (due to big surf) before we got there. John was so flexible and kind to meet us at another campsite so our vacation could proceed. The camper was clean and easy. Everything worked and the solar was tremendous is keeping the lights and some heat on. We will definitely rent again!

  First of all, I haven't received the remainder of my deposit. I paid for insurance and it wasn't used to cover the sensor that I damaged so what was the purpose of purchasing insurance. No one has contacted me by phone just email.
