  My necklace came in a FedEx envelope then it was wrapped inside a blue bag instead of an invoice. I’m pretty sure I got scammed because usually my order from noodles it comes in a box. I ordered a necklace.

  I love the work they do at Riddles jewelry. The people that work there are wonderful and I love the fact that everything is done in house. I had 2 rings looked at for repair was quoted a price and happy to say they came in at a lower price.

  The necklaces were beautiful however I didn’t know I was buy chokers. I have spend a lot of extra money so I could wear them. Riddles should ask what size chain they were your customers buy necklaces. Now I have chains I can’t wear, what should I do with them. Very disappointed!!!!

  Ordered this bracelet for my 19 yr old granddaughter’s birthday. I was in kind of a time crunch but they got it shipped promptly and it arrived at her home the day before. I haven’t seen it with my eyes, but she said, “I love it”. That was the goal. Thank you.

  I had Riddle’s recut and polish my damaged 7 caret tanzanite ring. There were 2 small chips and scratches that needed to be repaired. I received my ring back today. The stone was recut to remove the chips, polished to remove the scratches, reset into the mounting, retipped the prongs and rhodium plated the mounting. The ring looks brand new and is as beautiful as the day it was purchased. There was minimal caret loss related to the chips, and the stone size remains over 6.5 carets. I am beyond happy with the workmanship and service I received from Riddle’s Jewelry and Noah. Noah walked me through the process step by step from beginning to the end. I would definitely choose Riddles Jewelry again!

  I came in and was helped by Dawn! She’s absolutely awesome…I appreciated her insight as I figured out which watch worked best for my needs and how to ensure the leather band would last a bit longer. In addition to that she said it wasn’t a big deal to switch bands out when my original finally wears out. Anybody who’s ever owned a citizen watch knows the pain of that entire ordeal. She’s worth every penny knowing that she can replace that band and have it back to me quickly

  I originally wanted a specific type of ring so on a lark I went in and they had exactly what I wanted the person working there was very patient and answered all my questions and I walked out with the ring and I still love it. Later I wanted some earrings to match the ring so I shopped in their website and found the perfect earrings. I contacted the company by text and they also answered all my questions. I went ahead and ordered the earrings. The process was very easy and shipping was free for orders over $99 which mine was. Shipping takes only a few days and I'm sure I will be delighted when they arrive. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
