  The staff here are so friendly. They made the buying experience very enjoyable and when the our ring was messed up the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of and had the ring for our wedding. Thank you Riddles of Hays!!

  This place is crazy fast I dropped it off. They called me two hours later and it was less than they quoted, which was already cheap. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be back.

  Tyler H. was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the process easy and painless and honestly, they are unmatched as far as timeline and price go. I had worked my way through the mall stopping at many jewelry shops looking to have my ring resized, and nowhere else was able to give me the price and timeline that Riddle's did. I was able to drop off my ring on Saturday and just picked it up today (Wednesday). I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone that I know! Thank you, Tyler and the Riddle's crew!

  I had purchased my wife’s wedding band from westroads store and was told 2 weeks it will be ready from sizing which we were told is done in house. They day it ready the manager Brian called to tell us they cannot size it to 9.5 because it’s a channel set. We are very unhappy because now we have a wedding with no ring. Why were we not told at the sale about the sizing if this is known! Other store say they can have it from size 7-10 is standard. Riddles has wasted two precious weeks with lies and miss information . If this is how you run a Buisness and this is your profession I feel very bad for any future customer that will be misinformed or sold to in order to just make a sale. I even gave and ask them what they can do to make it right as was told to be refunded my purchase!
