  Easy to find by search (I already knew what ring I was looking for). I ordered the wrong size, but I sent a message on the site, and they immediately changed the size for me. All I had to do was tell them the order number and the size change. They then emailed me to let me know it was done. Customer service was great in store and online. Would recommend riddles to anyone!

  Well, the website stated it would take 4-6 weeks to make, ship, and process. Fast forward 4 months later it arrives at my door without an email or tracking stating that it was shipped. The jewelry was nice, but when I talked to cs, it felt like i was a burrden wondering where my product that i paid for was. Idk if I’ll buy from these guys again
