  Riddle’s could not have been more amazing! I have an interesting story: I’ve been married for 30 years, and sadly my beloved Black Hills gold wedding band was lost about six months ago. I searched and searched for a replacement that had the same design, with no luck. Until I found Riddle’s. They had “my” ring’s design but with a black background. I asked if they could custom make a ring with that design but without the black. They said yes! The ring arrived last week and it is perfect!! I had resigned myself to not being able to find a replacement, but this ring is the EXACT design of my original wedding band. I am so grateful! Nothing can ever truly replace my original ring, but this one is beautiful and as close as it could possibly be. Thank you so much for your expert design, your fabulous customer service, and your compassion for my story. You have a fan for life!!

  Krysta Martinez was spot on, I went in for a Pandora bracelet for my wife, it was her.Krysta help me pick out the bracelet and the first charm to put on it.   Outstanding team customer service. Great value on my purchase. Explained exactly what the regular manufacturer's warranty covered, and exactly what the (optional) worry free watch warranty covered - no puffery, a definite benefit. Definitely would recommend friends go to Riddle's!

  Riddle’s is my favorite place to get my jewelry. They helped me create a grandmothers ring. This Mother’s Day they helped my husband find bands to go around my engagement ring from 38 years of marriage. For my 60th birthday my Mother gave me my Granny’s ring. I took it to Riddle’s and we seen some issues with it, loose prongs and cracks. They did an excellent job getting it repaired and back to its original state. My husband's stubbed his ring finger with his wedding band and they cut it off and also repaired it back to its original state. They have pride in the store and always have taken great care of us.   Kat at the coralville location was extremely helpful. I brought in my wedding ring to get it re-rhodium plated and cleaned. I also had a necklace on that I needed help getting a knot out. She was able to do it on a matter of seconds; she explained how she got it out. I’m so appreciative of her help even with jewelry that wasn’t bought in the store.

  I mean there is so much to say and if I did say everything, you would be seating here and reading for the next 3 hours. Customer service at first took a bit to respond but once they finally fixed the issue. They were able to answer all my questions and worries that I had. They had regained my trust and regain the credit for my best friends who recommended me to these guys. If you want a ring I strongly recommend these guys any time or day.
