  My ring came back to me beyond my expectations. It was a 25th wedding anniversary gift and now at our 60th it was looking quite worn. You did a great rebuild on it.   My visit was fairly simple. I wanted to get a couple of rosaries repaired. Chaydon Larsen, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. He took good care of me, did what I needed, and did so at a very reasonable price. One small repair was going to be considerably expensive, and he told me up front, and was not offended at all when I passed on that particular item. I was very impressed and would recommend this store for anyone's consideration for sales or service.

  Riddle’s has been amazing to work with, we went to multiple stores to find my fiancé exactly what he wanted for a wedding band and they worked with us to make sure everything was perfect!   I had been in the market for an engagement ring for awhile and have visited several shops in my quest. Finally went to riddles and I am so thankful Shelley was working that day. She is amazing and made the entire process so smooth, listened to us, didn't try to upsell us. She truly wanted to make sure we were able to look at what we wanted. The day of the purchase was even smoother, she was very flexible with her schedule and accomdating to fit my schedule. Hands down a great experience with a large purchase. If your looking for any jewelry and haven't stopped in yet, I highly recommend you do and ask to speak with Shelley. I normally don't do reviews l, but felt the need for this because I know there are some guys out there that were in the same boat as me and could use the amazing assistance and guidance of Shelley.

  I went into the Sheridan store with a ring purchased out of state that wouldn’t stop spinning. I received honest advice and left the ring to be resized. Not only did they have the resizing done in one day, the jeweler made the ring look better than it did before. Great service and excellent work!

  Hi, I want to give a BIG shout out to one of the best employee. I have been shopping at store # 152 in waterloo iowa for 15 plus years. Morgan has helped me most every time I have been in. She is amazing. Morgan is so customer focused and very patient. I'd like to share my last visit just to give you a better understanding of her work ethic. I wanted to trade in two rings n find something new. I was in the store for almost 3 hours trying to decide what I wanted. She patiently worked with me going from one end of the store to another. She helped me put some rings together that were very unique that no one else will have. I really can't say enough about her. I will miss shopping there and having her help me. I'm relocating to Florida and wish you had a store there. Thank you for allowing me to provide my feedback.

  The gals were great when they replaced batteries on both my watches and even cleaned and polished them as part of process which I never asked them to do. Because of great and quick service I even bought a gift for my wife since it was her birthday. I highly recommend Riddles!

  Amazing experience. The piece I purchased had some complications (that wasn't Riddle's fault) but the representative from Riddle's worked with me until we found a solution. This is much better than those big brand jewelry stores that all seem to be owned by one big parent company. 10/10 I would recommend going here first.

  We stopped by to make a Black Hills jewelry purchase while visiting the area and to take the factory tour which was very interesting. Aaron had meanwhile had my ring purchase sized and helped my husband with some travel tips. The folks here are very friendly and really know their stuff. No hard sale. I loved my ring so much that I later called back while we were further along on our vacation to order a different ring for my daughter which is being sized and sent out directly. The customer service could not be better and the whole experience added to our enjoyment of our visit to the area. My daughter and I will cherish our rings for years to come!

  My grandmother wore her ring since the day us grand girls were born . We fight over who would get her ring , for sentimental reasons . She was a second mother to us . After she passed , 12 years ago , we could not remember what the ring looked like . After searching , we finally found it ... the ******* Traditional . It was like it was meant to be , it is my last name , ******* . I reached out to **** and he brought my vision of my grandmothers ring come to life .   I went to Riddles in Grand Forks, ND to get my ring size and see what design of rings I liked best. Nolan helped me throughout the process and he was so great! He is very knowledgeable about all rings and explained many ways on how I could customize rings to create my perfect ring. The amount of customizable options at Riddle’s is impressive. I highly recommend Nolan from Riddle’s in Grand Forks for all of your engagement ring questions!

  My sales person (Lexi) was magnificent on all levels of the customer service that she provided me with. The most important thing is that she put the largest smile on my lady's face for her birthday by selling me a dream ring for her special day.   Paid for expedited shipping which was supposed to arrive in 1-3 business days. I received it more than 2 weeks later and after 3 phone calls and 2 emails. Emails were never returned. Person on the phone the first time didn't know why the item wasn't shipped out. The second phone call was that they would ship it from another store. Third call was that it was supposed to ship from another store, but that the store just opened the day prior. I don't recommend ever paying for expedited shipping because it is a waste and I never received my money back for the expedited versus the regular shipping. Don't offer something online that you can't ship right away and especially don't offer expedited shipping in that case either. I will not shop online with Riddles again and I don't suggest it to anyone!

  Thank you for the refund for the shipping. Please note that I never received a follow up email that the item was in delayed status. I just knew that it never shipped by looking under the tracking number.

  I ordered a pair of in-stock earrings on 4/21/2020 and paid for the expidited 2 business day shipping. According to the website, the earrings would be delivered on or about 4/27/2020. I emailed Riddles for a status update on 4/27/2020 and 4/29/2020 and never received a reply. On 4/30/2020 at 9:18 A.M. MST, I used their online text support, but again did not receive a response. However, I did receive an email from Riddles on 4/30/2020 at 12:42 P.M. MST, stating my order has been shipped using UPS Next Day Air. On 5/1/2020, I tracked the package on the UPS website. As of 7:23 MST, the package still had not been picked up by UPS. Only the label had been created. The reason I ordered the earrings, was for my wife's birthday. Now she wouldn't have them in time. I am frustrated due to the lack of response from Riddle's support team. I don't know if I will ever use Riddle's Jewelry again.

  Durning this covid-19 situation. I was not quite expecting there to be delays with shipping. But talking to Josh and finding out that they are struggling to fill orders made me think again. He was kind enough to ship part of my order and the other part when it comes in. I have been doing business with Riddles since 2005 and have never had any issues or complaints. I will forever remain a lifelong customer. Just patiently waiting for the rest of my order to ship. You guys rock! Keep up the amazing quality and service.
