    I received my unit earlier than expected. The product was in good condition when I received it. After using for only three days, I've experienced a reduction in blood pressure from 141/100 to 123/88. Now I don't know if the device and the therapy sessions were the precise reason for the drop in blood pressure or it was an anomaly but my BP has been higher than 135/95 pretty consistently for the three weeks prior to using the device and following the instructions with one 15 minute session each day.

    I like the thought of reducing blood pressure by simply breathing slower. I have just started the program so do not know of the lasting effects yet. The instructions are easy to follow and the set-up is simple. Even when I am not on the RESPeRATE that my breathing is slower.

    Delivery was very quick. Had problems with the sensor/belt. It was constantly saying tighten/loosen/relocate the sensor belt. They sent a new one with no problems since I got it. Blood pressure readings for a week in general are on the decline.

    I recommend the Resperate highly. My blood pressure had been above normal for a few years at the doctor's office, and it was getting worse. I saw the commercial for Resperate on tv and decided to give it a try as I like natural approaches to health when possible. After a month, my blood pressure was already lower when I went to the doctor again. It's not in the normal range yet, but my systolic had been in the 140s and 150s, and for the last two times at the doctor, it has been 138. My dyastolic was always normal but is also getting lower. I'm sure my blood pressure will continue getting better until I'm in the normal range. The Reperate is also helping me learn to meditate. I have anxiety issues and have heard of the benefits of meditation in the past, but have never been able to quiet my mind enough to do it. The Resperate's gentle vocal guidance through the earbuds lets me know when I am holding my breath or not breathing smoothly, and I've learned that this corresponds to when my mind starts wandering and worrying. It's a great aid to putting my mind back on my breathing and the relaxing musical tones. I feel so much more relaxed after I do a session that I often use the Resperate twice a day now, usually 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night. I had a little trouble getting used to breathing and the sensor belt in the beginning, but I read the instruction book and watched the weekly short videos, and they were very helpful. I'm not having any difficulties now.

    I got a late start on using the unit due to a severe cold and cough. I did use it once though. I've always had low capacity in my lungs and I think Resperate will help me improve that as well as lower my blood pressure. The verbal instructions are clear and concise. Very easy to understand. I am excited about using it versus taking blood pressure medications with severe side effects. Resperate is my last hope for lowering my blood pressure.     The first week I began using Resperate I saw my BP drop from 150/86 to 119/72. As I continued daily in the morning before eating or drinking coffee my Bp showed as low as 101/69 on several occasions and my BP before a session usually ranged from 159/80 to 139/80

    I love the breathing aspect of it all, while I am still in my first month, I have ordered one more for my husband. It really has a great calming affect and I truly look forward to using it 3-4 times weekly. If my blood pressure gets lower down the road I will be elated but it is too soon to tell at this point.     I love this machine. I have done it everyday since it came in the mail. I have suffered from high blood pressure for at least ten years. I have extreme white coat syndrome at the doctors office but lately it has even been high at home. Today I took it and it was 129/84.     Excellent product. It just takes some getting used to. If you area bit overweight you need to keep adjusting the sensor belt until it registers with the program. Once you find your sweet spot it works just fine. As for lowering blood pressure the jury is still out since i have only had it a week. We'll see. It's well made and the instructions are easy to follow.

    I rate the product good only because I have not had enough time to see long-lasting results. I can say that since getting the unit I had a death in the family. With the added stress I check my BP and got 150/110. I set down and did a session and redid BP and it dropped. I checked again last night and BP was 130/85 did a session and it dropped to 117/78. I have not seen these numbers in years. My concern is how long it may take to lower my daily BP prior to doing a session or if it will, to soon to tell currently.

    The earbuds I received do not have a solid connection to the device & have to be held in place to work. Sound can be very high on one side & very low on the other.

    Firstly the order was delayed for a number of days with absolutely no communication from FedEx on when it was going to arrive. In fairness, Eli was quick to contact FedEx - but no help was given. Once arrived, was very straightforward and had 2 good days of sessions. Subsequently, every time I try to use the machine, it recognizes my breathing, and then within a couple or breathes toward or in the therapeutic zone - the incessant “loosen the sensor belt” happens, then followed by “tighten the sensor belt”…on and on and on until frustration sets in and I abort the session. I’m still going to try, but I’m afraid this is headed toward a return.

    The machine came as advertised. Easy to use and directions easy to follow. I have yet to see improvements in BP but have only been using for 4 weeks. No information about whether or not RESPeRATE reduces diastolic pressure on the website (or I could not find it)

    I received my a party’s as promised. I was disappointed at first that the sensor belt was malfunctioning. I emailed the company, they replied within 24hrs and I had a new sensor belt approximately 3 days after I described the issue. New new belt works perfectly. Thank you! I also like the follow up emails and “pointer” videos.

    My experience with this product has been excellent overall. When I first received the product, there was an issue with the sensor belt but with exceptional customer service I had a replacement within a couple of days. The new one has worked without issue and I have been able to experience quite a few sessions. It’s a very relaxing experience and one that I look forward to each day. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of all the wires. I wish it had Bluetooth so I could connect my own earbuds. I’m hopeful using this product will prevent me from having increased blood pressure issues in the future.

    I’ve had sleep issues since I was a teen & nothing helped until RESPeRATE. I taken so many sleep aids & I was never told that deep breathing would work.     I am delighted to use Respert as an alternative to taking blood pressure medicine. It is easy to use and very relaxing.
