  I can't say enough about how impressed we are with our Reeds Ferry shed experience - from placing the order, through contacting custom service, to the delivery and installation. Every time we called, the calls was answered (no holding, no automated system), the delivery team - Truck 17: Tim, Adrian and Bob - was amazing! It was pouring rain most of the time during the setup, but that didn't slow them down at all. And throughout the entire installation, they were professional, friendly and thorough, making sure the every detail was exactly what we wanted. Thank you!!

  The shed arrived earlier than anticipated (due to a cancellation). The crew worked efficiently and was very well coordinated. The shed went up quickly but the crew was diligent about ensuring it was level, well situated and steady. The quality of the shed is excellent, and the foreman assured us that any potential problem would be rectified immediately wit a phone call. We are very happy so far...

  This was a great experience with a great outcome. Wonderful and knowledgeable salespeople, instructions and execution. The young men who built this shed on our property couldn't have been nicer and seem to have done a good job. The shed looks great! Now we just see how our new shed holds up the the New England weather!

  We are extremely pleased with our 14 by 16 shed and we would highly recommend Reeds Ferry. The quality of the lumber used is unlike any that can be purchased from a local big box store. The whole process from ordering to the installation was flawless. The workers arrived when they said they would and were finished within the time range they specified. They are are highly professional company and deliver a first rate product.

  Great experience all around. Purchase process was excellent and the installation crew was terrific. They arrived early and finished the install in about 3 hours, very efficient. Reeds Ferry recommended demolition and pad install company was also outstanding. Good all around experience.

  Excellent! Just built a home and had to deal with many contractors. Reeds was the ONLY one that did what they said they would do, on time and on budget. They were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to go with Reeds.

  Easy to deal with. Prices are all up front. It’s great there is no pressure for up selling. I had a few thoughts in mind of what I wanted initially. I was told some were completely un needed and other options I was shown the positives/negatives to make my own decision. Communication was great. Installation guys arrived exactly on the button of when they said they would and had our large (14x20 gambrel) installed in 5 hours which I thought was very quick. If I ever need another shed I would not think twice. Friend of mine saw what we got and went out and bought a similar one to ours. Great place

  From the moment we arrived at the expansive compound of Reeds Ferry Sheds, we knew they would make our dreams come true. We were sent on our way to view the many sheds on the show grounds. Knowing the size we wanted and the features we wanted in advance made it easy. They showed us colors, shingles for the roof, flower boxes and we built our 8X8 shed. We were advised to prep the foundation for the shed - they recommended a company and we went with them. When RFS crew built the shed with utmost care. They were friendly and gave pointers on how to take care of the shed. In less than 2 hours I had my beautiful 8X8 Reeds Ferry shed keys in my hands. We highly recommend RFS. Only regret is, wished we had done this years ago!

  They came on the scheduled date and time, put it up very quickly as they had an extra guy. The crew chief, Nick, was friendly, and left the area clean and free of construction debris. The shed is solid, looks great, and thus far I've had no issues to complain about.

  Reeds Ferry has an outstanding selection of sheds, the workmanship is the best in the business and the sales team helped with every detail. The crew that built the shed arrived on time, did an excellent job building the shed and made sure that I was one hundred percent satisfied with the work. Before leaving, they thoroughly cleaned the site and instructed me how to register the warranty. My Reeds Ferry shed is the envy of the neighborhood.

  I went to their site and was impressed with the wide selection to inspect. So many styles, options and combinations. It's exactly like buying a custom home! The salesman was very helpful, showing us where building and fabrication is done. We placed an order and got a discount for off season installation. We were provided with derailed information about site preparation. Once that was done, we sent pics and they approved the site. The delivery date was scheduled and truly impressive to watch. It's assembled quickly but perfectly. Ours took 5 hours. At completion, we inspected with them and signed off. They explained the impressive warranty as well. Highly recommended for a real investment that will add value to your hone.

  When I decided to replace my old metal, BBS shed, I did lots of research, I knew I wanted better quality than BBS and started looking at some of the Amish-type pre-builds that would ship from the center of the country. I finally found a fairly local place so I could go look. Well, the price was good and delivery and all, but I wasn't quite taken with the quality. I did have the person fill out my build order form, but did not sign the dotted line. I had heard about RFS (who hasn't if they have a TV in New England - LOL), but figured they would be way out of my cost range, or it was all hype. As a last minute decision on a Sunday, I made the 40+ mile trip to take a look. I was so happy I did, the quality beat what I had previously looked at and the price was well within reason for that improved quality (not to mention the warranty is much longer). The Sales guy I talked to was very patient with me as I talked out my wants and needs (and flitted between all the demo sheds). He was happy to fudge around with some sizes and options to see what would stay within my budget. Okay, it took 4 months to get the shed, so that was a bummer. I did change the dimensions of it after I took another look at where it would be set up (went from 12x12 to 10x14) - but that was easy and painless. Day of build came and the crew arrived on time, got all organized and started doing their thing. They consulted me on exactly where on the pad I wanted the shed placed, then once the base was built, they checked again with me. I had several questions that they were happy to answer and all were pleasant to work with. The shed went up quickly (they drove away at noon) and they had me do a walk-around to ensure I was happy before they left. The only thing that disgruntles me is the height of the door handle (isn't that just LOL weird to complain about?). It is lower than any I've ever had the pleasure to use. But, that is just slightly annoying and something I will get used to. Extremely happy I took that chance drive out to RFS before committing at the other place!

  We had a great experience with Reeds Ferry. From the initial placing of the order to the delivery was smooth and seamless. Team #4 (Eric, Brandon and Tommy) did a great job assembling the shed and it looks terrific. When they came on the original delivery date, it was pouring rain. I asked if they could reschedule as I did not want the shed to be constructed in the rain. The team and Reeds Ferry gave me no issues and immediately reschedule for the following week for me. I was pleasantly surprised with this service and the shed quality was terrific. I highly recommend them and would buy another shed with no hesitation

  Review the web site, visited the showroom: the sales people were very nice. The delivery team showed up at 7:03a and were done by noon. Service came back to fix a small problem a couple weeks later. It was a long drive for a quick fix but I was glad that they stand by their work.

  The entire process was so professional. From the removal or my old shed to the installation of the new, the entire process was great. Everyone I interacted with was personable and knowledgeable; and didn't mind answering any questions I had. As for my new shed I LOVE IT! The exterior is picture perfect and looks wonderful in my yard. All of my neighbors have commented on how great it looks. And the interior is super. It's so functional and being able to open the windows makes it even better. I would HIGHLY recommend a Reeds Ferry Shed to anyone.

  First class experience the whole way through! From the time we spent at the showroom and met with a very helpful and pleasant service rep, to the courteous reps we spoke with on the phone with questions on our order, through the speedy and professional build team who did our install, it is evident that Reeds Ferry has the whole process down pat. We were especially impressed with the install team who showed up on time, did team stretching exercises to start the day off right and loved how everyone looked out for each other on a very hot install day. Thanks for showing that good, honest to goodness companies still exist. Thanks Reeds Ferry!

  Researched every shed retailer in the area and ended up going with what should have been the obvious choice all along. The hype around Reeds Ferry is justified - every step from placing my order, discussing the process with staff, to final delivery/installation was seamless and positive. The shed looks absolutely great and I have no doubt it'll last for a long time.

They made sure everything was done as I requested by asking me if I would like any changes, etc., and they happily obliged. They were friendly, professional and eager to please.   I am very pleased with our new shed! The team was prompt, professional, and courteous. They had the shed completed in under two hours! Having paid over $5700 for a shed and waiting 6 months, however, I was disappointed in two areas. 1) With no sill molding on the floor at the entry, the exposed plywood stranding started to chip immediately. A $6 aluminum edge solved that problem. 2) While I did not upgrade the exterior vent grates (and should have) the default grates are... cheese in a can and have no place on a shed of otherwise great quality.

  The online shed builder was an excellent place to start. After narrowing in what I thought I wanted, I called to finalize my order with some extras that weren’t listed on the shed builder. The whole ordering process was seamless and the representative was extremely friendly. On delivery day, the crew was friendly, timely and professional. They walked me through everything on site and answered any questions I had regarding the installation, shed, warranty and future services. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Reeds Ferry to anyone looking for a shed or building that is well constructed and professionally installed.

  Reeds Ferry Shed was excellent to work with, did the shed when that stated they would, and crew was great about clean up. Only issue I have is they use nails to put the plywood flooring in, I have from the moment they left noise from the plywood moving as I walk, drive over it.

  Reeds Ferry staff arrived on time, bringing everything required to make the BIG shed! The staff pulled in the original quoted date as we had the site prepped and ready to go. Upon arrival, everything was systematically removed from the truck and placed where it would be installed. This cut down on time moving it twice. It was like a well oiled group. They each had a task and knew what to do. It was completed in just under 6 hours, they had lunch, which they had brought, they didn't want anything even cold water! They allowed a disabled uncle to watch who is 86 and fascinated by the process. I can't say enough about the professionalism. They picked up every scrap of wood that had been cut here, took all trash, and were out of here after explaining about the invoice, tag and how to register the shed. All in all I have showed it off to several relatives already, and more business is already coming your way. You should probably to a referral program but yet again, that how good businesses stay in business is with happy customers! Yes, I fully recommend Reeds Ferry sheds!

  Although the website was helpful, I found the visit to Reeds Ferry Sheds and talking with Carl Carson, Assistant Sales Manager, the most helpful to choose among the diverse options. We had our site prepared a.s.a.p. so that when a cancellation in our area occurred, we were able to accelerate our installation by 6 weeks. This was most helpful. The quality of the shed and the installation crew are excellent!

  Easy ordering, great selection, many options. Kept us up to date, came on time, set up a 10 X 14 shed in about 3/4 hrs exactly where we wanted it, very polite crew and cleaned up as well. Love the shed, great 30 yr warranty.. We also went to 3 different shed companies for product, variety , warranty and cost and decided on reeds ferry. Remember so nice u can put it in your front yard, lol!

  I am very impressed with Reeds Ferry. When I visited the company's site the sales people were very helpful and professional. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone were knowledgable and spoke effectively. The men who arrived and installed my shed did a great job. One door latch was missing but Reeds Ferry sent someone the next day to fix the problem. Their sheds are expensive but you get what you pay for.

  The team at Reeds Ferry let me know when they would be out to deliver/setup my shed. They arrived on time and got straight to work.
