  Reeds Ferry Sheds was great to work with with from the minute I designed my shed online, then spoke to them to go over all the details of my shed over the phone.   Great customer service....The installation crew was great and hard working. Reeds Ferry has it down and they are very efficient and have the system down. 30 year warrantee is a great bonus and made my life easier then trying to build this myself with the lack of time I have available. Highly recommend.

  From start to finish the whole experience of working with the Reeds Ferry organization has been amazing !! The customer service team is very friendly & knowledgeable the installation crew are friendly, efficient, and highly organized !! My wife and I watched them erect a 10 x 16 shed in less than 3 hours....each member of the team knew their job and they all worked so seamlessly together !! Great team, great company !!

  Every part of our transaction with Reeds Ferry Sheds was perfect. Ordering was simple, communication back and forth was great. They were on time with the delivery. The crew who installed out shed were friendly and worked hard. The crew leader walked us thru an inspection when the were done. He explained the warranty. The job site was spotless when they left.   They were on time, super nice and personable. Answered all the questions I had prior and after installation. It came out better than we could have imagined. It is absolutely stunning. Due to the shed being before the house and right off the driveway it can be seen from the road, which is why we went with a Reeds Ferry shed, it really pops and just looks outstanding! Thanks to all the Reeds Ferry Family! We greatly appreciate it!

  Delivered on time and exactly how I ordered. Not only that, but I made a mistake with the 3' door configuration when ordering, not realizing I could pick which way the door opened. It was hitting a paved walkway (slight slope) and they came back a few days later to swap out the door for free, including replacing the trim so that there would be no screw holes from the original door. Great customer service!

  Aaron, Adam, and Justin did a great job installing the shed. They were professional, polite, and fast! Shed looks great. They were even wiping it down and cleaning dirt off it at the end.

  On the scheduled day, the installation team arrived right on time (7 AM) and proceeded to unload their trailer of tools and shed pieces to the shed site and immediately began assembling the shed on my base. My shed base was on a hill and was comprised of an old base that was 2/3 of what I needed, and the 1/3 I added to the base. I was nervous about the base because it was comprised of old and new ""parts"". But that didn't seem to faze the crew at all. They laid out the flooring 2x6s, leveled it out, and proceeded to build the floor. Next came the walls, rafters, and roof. Throughout the build, the crew seemed to be able to nearly read each others minds, as they anticipated what was needed next and someone just went ahead and did it. The whole build was so smooth, it was a joy to watch. I can't say enough good about the crew. They were all so friendly, professional, and experienced, that the installation was a very pleasant experience. Just a GREAT CREW. Based on my experience, I would recommend Reeds Ferry Sheds to anyone who is looking for a shed I don't believe there is anyone better. Start to finish, from ordering, scheduling, and installing, the whole experience was outstanding. A great shed and a great value.

  A team of 3 young men arrived on time at 7AM. They wasted no time getting to work in the rain. They were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and worked very well as a team. They were top drawer as was the product they delivered and installed. They finished in the rain around 11:15 AM and the work sight was spotless.

  My experience was very pleasant throughout the entire interaction with the Reeds Ferry Sheds personnel. The sales persons (during couple of visits to Tracy Lane) were very courteous and helpful, answering all questions by my wife and me. We made our final selection under no hard-sell pressure. Follow-up questions, about details we identified and couple of design changes we requested after we placed our down payment, were addressed promptly over email or by phone. On installation day, the REEDS personnel asked me if I had any last-minute questions. They double-checked and confirmed with me the shed's siting, orientation and interior details, before starting the installation, and performed the installation in a professional and expeditious manner. Kudos to all Reeds Ferry Sheds personnel.

  We ordered the shed on-line sight unseen . Although there was a long wait due to a backlog , it came when scheduled , exactly as ordered and it was well built . The crew was professional , skilled , courteous and did a great job putting up the shed in a cramped location . We searched a lot of websites and went to quite a few shed dealers in person including one that we used before and thought was the best .   From the day I ordered this over the phone the customer service went beyond excellent. I was given a date for delivery with no hassles. The installers that came to the house, were very friendly and professional. They did not stop from the time the came until completion. I absolutely love this shed and how it looks in my yard.   My wife and I have wanted a Reeds Ferry shed for years , and finally the time was right to order one.   It was my first time at Reeds Ferry, my experience was fantastic. The shed selection was , Wow. The customer service was awesome. The men that came to install the shed were awesome to, what a great group of gentlemen. When buying the shed there was a wait to have it installed, we were somewhat pressed for time, but they worked with us and I couldn’t have been more great full.   These are beautiful sheds built to a higher standard than any others you will find for the same price. I did my homework before deciding and if you are reading this, you are doing yours as well.   Having heard commercials for Reeds Ferry on the radio for years and being most familiar with them before I started shopping around for the best place to buy a shed for my new home, I tried really hard to find reasons to buy from someone else because when I kept coming back to Reeds Ferry, I didn't know if it was because they really were the best option for me or because I started my search by being biased toward them. Well, those efforts failed miserably. There were a few (slightly) cheaper options, but there were always trade-offs associated with those lower prices that I consistently felt justified the price differences. NO ONE else matched Reeds Ferry's warranty or reputation and after experiencing their customer service and the caliber of their installation team, it would be hard to imagine anyone else's being superior. Thank you for a very positive experience and a beautiful shed!!!

  A truly excellent company with an excellent product. The quality of the material and the people who installed it are all first class. I was particularly impressed by the installation team. When they arrived, bad weather was within a few hours, so I was a bit worried whether the inside of the shed would get wet and then we would have to dry it out. I should not have been worried. The crew laid out all of the pieces like a jigsaw puzzle to be assembled. The 2 installers barley had to move to reach tools and shed components and rapidly built from the base up. As impressive was the support person who moved round picking up excess cut offs and packing them into black plastic bags and moving them off the grass and back to the truck. In between keeping the site and lawn clear, he would set up pieces of scaffolding and mark up pieces of wood so there was no stopping at any time. The installers never stopped installing and there was nothing that sat on the grass for very long before it was used. They beat the weather and the inside of the shed was totally dry, plus the grass on the lawn barley showed that anybody had been there. A well oiled installation machine that was almost like watching a choreographed dance routine. A couple of hours of entertainment watching the build, a shed in record time and no yard clean up once they departed, What more can you ask for.

  Everything about my experience with Reeds Ferry was excellent. Their outdoor display area made for a safe environment to view their products. They delivered and installed my shed on the date promised; the quality of the shed was even better than I imagined, very solid and beautifully built. The team that came to install my shed did a fantastic job, they were courteous and friendly. I ordered the wrong shingles. The manager and the installation team were incredibly helpful, making sure all the details were correct, that I got the shingles that matched my house. I'm super happy with my shed and with Reeds Ferry.

  I love my new shed. It is spacious, well built and solid, secure and allows me to accessorize the interior with my own touches. Sometimes i just go in there, with nothing specific in mind, but just to look around and be happy with my purchase.
