  The team at Reeds Ferry is top notch. Throughout the entire process they were incredibly helpful, transparent about next steps, and were flexible when we had to adjust something on our order.   Well built, solid structure. Installation team was professional and and easy to work with. I identified a problem as it was being put together on site. We discussed how to correct. They sent out a team a week later to get it done. Only complaint is there is no way to keep the doors from blowing closed in the wind. The customer service rep told me the part they suggest could cause damage to the door. I would encourage Reeds Ferry to come up with a system that works! I can't be the only one with this problem.

  Reeds Ferry Sheds are fantastic. The people are very helpful when purchasing a shed. The installation crew are really great and they do not leave any kind of a mess behind when they are finished. The technicians are very good as well. There was a problem with the cupola on my shed and Reeds Ferry had a technician out within a short time to take care of it. I could not be happier with my shed and I would highly recommend Reeds Ferry Sheds to anyone who is looking to purchase a shed. You will not be disappointed with them believe me.

  Every part of the transaction was perfect, from my first phone call with a couple questions,to the online ordering. Took a drive down on a Sunday to look at all the different sheds and added a few more options to my order.Received a phone call prior to my delivery date to tell me the crew would arrive between 7-9 AM. At 6:55 AM on the day of installation the truck pulled in my driveway. Great group of guys did the install, very efficient and professional. I see why they have been in business so long. "I got a good one!"

  We are very happy with our new Potting Shed! Everything worked out great, Reeds Ferry staff were helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Carl helped us in selecting the perfect shed for our needs. Office staff were in touch throughout the process to make sure everything worked out right. We were able to customize the shed in ways that were very important to us... the 1 foot higher walls facilitated the higher doors for those in our family that are on the taller side. Multiple larger windows provide good light and ventilation. Shed itself is expertly constructed, assembled on site and placed correctly. We couldn't be more pleased with our selection of Reeds Ferry.   Everything went well, Shed was installed a month and half early after i sent pictures of area prepped for shed. Doug Anderson accommodated me making a couple of design change's, one was a a week before installation. The installers where very professional and kindly answered some questions I had about some of the installations they have done in tough locations. Very Happy with new shed. Thanks Kevin

  The entire experience was great. When ordering, the folks at the office were patient, courteous, and informative. Frank and Matt answered all our questions. Got the details right. Katie and Heidi provided support, and stayed on top of scheduling. The crew that built the shed were awesome. Kyle, Al, Eric, and others (whose names I didn't get) were careful to confirm details on placing of shed. The entire crew was polite and professional. Also, they worked their butts off- it was in the 20's and it snowed for a while. They never let up. When they were done, place was completely cleaned up.   I could not be more pleased with my Reeds Ferry experience. When we ordered our shed we were aware of the amount of work that was needed to prepare the area but the person who had done that job did not do it right. When the crew came out to install the shed the first time they explained how the shed was going to look, suffice to say not so good. When we changed our mind they could not be more understanding about rescheduling another date. When the boys from truck 6 arrived, Mike, Josh and James K they could not have been more polite and professional. The shed came out looking even better than it had on line. I would recommend anyone who is looking at purchasing a shed to go with Reeds Ferry, you will not be disappointed in your experience. Thanks again

  Love my new shed. Two crews totaling 5 guys showed up right on time and installed my 20x12 shed in just 4 1/2 hours. They did a great job and were very professional throughout. All this on a freezing morning in February with a snow storm on the way. I highly recommend Reeds!

  The whole experience start to finish was just awesome! The web design tool ensured I could make exactly what I wanted and I could see the accurate price effect instantly. Communication once I purchased was crystal clear. Delivery of the shed was amazing. They say you don't have to be on site to have it delivered, but I would recommend it. My kids were enthralled by the process and how quick the shed went up. Reeds Ferry simply does things the right way!

  I had a Reeds ferry Shed installed on 6/25/2020 by Tim, Pat and Carlos (Last names unknown), and they were EXCELLENT!!! They provided me with details on how to care for my shed, they were on time, they were thorough and efficient and very pleasant. I am beyond pleased and thrilled with my shed and I recommend them 100% and Reeds Ferry Sheds.

  We bought an 8' x 12' and the install was scheduled for a few months out. They said if we had the site pad built they would try to push it up. I sent them a picture of the site pad and they scheduled our install for the following week! Their arrival window was 7-9am. They arrived at 7am and finished by 9:30am! I was amazing at how fast and professional the crew was. We couldn't be happier with the quality as well! Well worth the money since we'll own it forever!

  Just received delivery on my Reeds Ferry shed and it is worth every penny. You may find a less expensive shed but trust me, it won't be as good as this shed! Plus a 30 year warranty! Tim, Pat, and Carlos were professional, neat, and efficient at delivering and building the shed onsite. And they were just all-around great guys! I highly recommend Reeds Ferry to anyone looking at buying a shed.

  Can't say enough good things about Reeds Ferry. There is no sales pressure so the buying process went great. I came by and looked at the sheds many times both before and after I purchased the shed, but before installation. The crew arrived right on time and got started quickly. They worked great together and did a great job. The shed is a high quality shed and the guys did a great job putting it together. I did not lay crushed stone for the ramp because I was unsure how big it was, I should have asked. But anyway they offered to come back at no charge to give me time to dig and lay the stone. Then they came back, a different crew, and mounted the ramp for me at no charge. Each team ask if there are any questions or issues and are extremely responsive. It's exactly like the commercial says, if it says Reeds Ferry, you KNOW you got a good one.

  We are thrilled with our new shed! Just had it installed today, it took less than 3 hours. Our entire experience dealing with Reeds has been first class from our first look at the sheds at their yard in Hudson, NH to speaking with the salespersons, front office folks and the installation crew. I don't usually recommend products and services, but I am happy to in this case!

  We were told we would have to wait up to 3 months - instead, they were ready in 2 weeks! The 3 person crew got here on time and acted like a professional orchestra, where each performed their parts , worked together, and created a wonderful product! They were awesome, and we would totally recommend them. We had planned on using another company, but between the extras that we would have to complete (painting!) with the other company, and the difference in the quality of the materials, Reeds Ferry was the better choice, and we are very glad we chose them.

  I have seen so many Reeds Ferry Sheds trucks heading in all directions during my commutes and listened to WROR 105.7 sing their praises for years. I finally got my first shed from Reeds Ferry Sheds and was pleased with the entire process. Great ""showroom"" where you can physically experience each model. Fantastic online ordering process with follow-up consultation to ensure that everything is perfect. Outstanding crew that came to install the shed in our yard. And the price was decent considering the quality of the materials compared to big chain home improvement stores.

  I finished preparation of my site earlier than expected and I asked to be placed on a waiting list. The shed was installed perfectly 4 months sooner than expected! The installers showed up on a very hot day right on time and finished the build in less than 3 hours. I was amazed and very happy with the results. I can't wait to start filling it up!

  Nick and his crew (Truck #7) were outstanding in every sense. They arrived at my home precisely on time and were exceptionally professional, polite and hard-working.   The team showed up on time and got right to the job. They wore masks and observed proper social distancing. They had me show them exactly how I wanted it to be placed on the site and were very professional throughout the job. They completed the job in less then two hours and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend Reeds Ferry as this is the second she’d we have purchased from them and both had no issues.

  I ordered a 10' x 14' custom shed from Reeds Ferry and I am very glad that I did. Between the assistance that I received when placing the order to the installation of the shed itself, I was very impressed with all aspects of Reeds Ferry and the way the company does it's business. The installation team, Team #2 - Dylan, Mike, JP, and Justin, showed up at my home promptly at the indicated time and very efficiently assembled the shed asking my input along the way. They were very professional and the worksite was very clean after completion. I am looking forward to using this shed and I know that I invested in a high quality product that will live up to its name.

  From my first phone call asking questions to my last call paying the balance, working with Reeds Ferry was a pleasurable experience that seems all too rare these days. In the beginning they were helpful with questions about my plans, taking into consideration how I planned to use my shed. When my wife and I visited the ""showroom"" in NH we were blown away by the quality we saw in the sheds. We were able to take samples home of siding and roofing material giving us an almost exact match of look and style to our home. The installation team themselves were a great group of hardworking guys... knocking it out in an amazing amount of time considering the tropical humidity that was daunting to say the least. Everyone I ever spoke to in the office was always friendly and sounded like they were smiling. If a meeting was necessary, like for the site inspection, or the install itself, they were always on time. All in all I feel 100% satisfied with Reeds Ferry and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in having a high quality shed.

  Love the shed. It's very well built. The staff and builders at Reeds Ferry are very professional and know their ""stuff."" And we're very happy with a 30-year warranty. Makes sense, because the shed structure looks like it will last at least 30 years.

  Great company to deal with from beginning to end! No pressure sales with an eye of helping you understand the options that are best for what you need. They did what they said they would do when they said they would. The three installers that come out from Truck 11 (Tim, Pat and Carlos) did amazing work. They were friendly, professional and extremely good at what they do! Would strongly recommend Reeds Ferry Sheds if you need a shed!

  The shed was installed on the promised delivery date. The crew arrived at the time they said they would and worked very hard to install the shed perfectly. They cleaned up all debris from the job and were very polite. One of them walked through and around the shed with me giving me tips on when to paint, a slip resistant application for the ramp, and a review of the 30 year warranty. We recommend Reeds Ferry highly.
