  Great experience, again! Quality ® products had the Sony a7S III camera I needed at reasonable prices, and it came on time! I was really happy with my choice and the condition of the camera body.   Worth every penny!   Leica Q3 Camera This is a gift for my Son for Christmas so it hasn’t actually been taken out of its packaging. I’m assuming all is good.   New Fujifilm camera Ordered new Fujifilm camera last Friday online and it was delivered by DHL on Tuesday. That was excellent service as usual. The $100 reduction in price influenced my decision to order at this time following an earlier visit to your Wilmington shop. The staff at Wilmington shop are always very helpful.

  All, apart from one, items arrived . All very carefully packed. I rang concerning the missing item and was promised a call back but heard nothing so far . All items received were as usual exactly as depicted and described though the folding camera's lower platform was very dusty and needed a clean but this could easily have been missed. All items received are working fine.

  Excellent customer service from Quality ® Products Customer service I experienced at the Quality ® Products was outstanding. I wanted to buy my first camera as I have recently joined a camera club, the staff helped me to clarify what I need from my first mirrorless camera Fuji XT5. I decided to buy a second hand camera and the staff then found the right camera for me online at the Wilmington branch, they contacted the branch while I was in the shop reserving the camera for me to buy online I came into the shop with my new camera and the staff set the camera up and helped me to buy the right bag for the camera. They also gave me some useful tips on taking my first photograph's. I have recommended the Quality ® Products to my Camera club members in Wilmington. I found the staff were lovely and very knowledgeable I am very happy with my camera.

  Fabulous service. I was recommended to Quality rated by my photography teacher because their service is so good. They did not disappoint, as soon as I had ordered the DSLR camera I wanted they had contacted me to tell me which day it would be delivered, I had messages then confirming it had been dispatched and the hour window it would be delivered in. When it arrived it was very well packed and the extra accessories that were included were way above my expectations. I will absolutely be using Quality rated again, hopefully when buying a telephoto lens.

  I am very happy with my experience. The selection process was easy. I scheduled my delivery and the camera was delivered on time. I like that it requires a signature for delivery because I would be so afraid it would get lost, but FedEx was great. The camera is a dream.
