  Quality ® Products service was great. They were prompt in responding and the lens is in great condition. I gave 4 stars because of the delivery company they picked to deliver. Delivery left the lens outside my house on and did not inform me. The lens could have been rained on or lost and but hasn't been damaged. Don't pick UPS to do your deliveries.

  I am so pleased with the service I received from Quality rated products. From ordering my Canon RF 24-240mm f/4-6.3 lens to getting it delivered was first class. It was so quick. The delivery company they use are excellent also. Exactly delivered the time they quoted, no hanging about all day waiting for them. I used the lens to shoot a wedding and it was prefect. The wide zoom range allowed me to get the framing I wanted for pretty much every scenario. The Image Stabilization helped me get smooth hand-held video, and clear photos even in dim lighting. A well deserved 5 STAR.

  We ordered the Canon 5D Mark IV for my daughter's wedding photos and it was a hit! We are both very novice photographers but the camera was so easy to navigate through, the ordering process was easy & everything arrived on time as promised.
