  Very happy customer! I will be back :) I saw some negative reviews, but I’m glad I ignored them and trusted QRPs! I purchased a new Canon lens for my DSLR camera which was showing ‘awaiting stock’ but arrived promptly within 3 working days! I found the website very easy to navigate and am very happy with the product and customer service :)

  I would start by saying that it is one of the few photographic material stores in Midtown Manhattan. It is very well equipped and has mainly professional articles. If you look for something here you will find it (almost always). However, it has two major problems: 1. The prices of practically everything are VERY high. In fact, if you find something interesting here with a certain price, you will find it at half price on the internet. 2. The opening hours. Being able to come here and find the shop open is very difficult, especially for those who have many commitments like me. The schedules, in fact, are few and short. We need to find the time (it took me a week to get there).

  Great price & helpful information! Found exactly the shotgun microphone I was looking for to help our daughter create a viral video! I also had to get a filter for my previous 50mm lens and couldn't remember if I wanted a polarizing or UV/haze filter. Found a helpful description on the site to remind me the difference. This helped me not only find the right filter, but then purchase it easily. :-)

  The Canon PowerShot G12 Digital Camera, so far, has proven to be an easy-to-use product. I am a beginner at photography, and wanted a camera that was easy to use and takes great pictures.   Flooded with pop ups. I searched the store for my binos tripod and couldn't eyepiece it more to make my search easier. I had to contend with the pop ups of directing me to other areas when I just wanted to find out more of the product. I had to almost comb through all the items to make sure I got what I wanted and their wasn't another better item to purchase.

  The best prices, the best customer service. Quality Rated Products (QRP) saves me time because I never need to shop around for best price. I just come here. Plus the site itself is easy to find what you are looking for. And the return policy and customer service is exceptional. The only negative is that the product recommendations have emptied my wallet on several occasions, as I am hooked on photo accessories. But I accept this as the cost of doing business with an exceptional company.

  I mainly use my camera for portrait and nature photography, amazing upgrade from original E-M1. I bought this E-M1 Mark III camera as an upgrade to my OMD EM1. It focuses super fast and takes great pictures. The grip is excellent and the camera overall feels very solid. I like the in-camera charging and that it also comes with a battery charger if you don't want to charge in-camera.

  Fantastic Package!!! Love this little camera! Extremely powerful and it fits in your pocket. I bought this XT-4 to replace my X-S10 that I had worn out. It had taken me across Michigan on motorcycle multiple times and also been right at home doing family street and scenic. Cant beat it! Quick shipping too from QRPs so I didn't miss any shots.

  I've been a professional photojournalist for 40 years, I've purchased a wide range of gear and studio equipment from them - new and used for 2 years.   Excellent Online / Store based Photography Vendor Good service for both New, Used and Trade-in both online and there numerous stores in New York. Purchased many new and used camera equipment from Quality Rated Products since D300s with no issue what so-ever, efficient and fast delivery. Also trade throughout owning cameras with QRPs and they expertly access the used equipment and give good price on the items (especially taking in account of fees Jeff Bezos) - doing away possible hassle and unfortunately scammers you find on these online auction sites. Physical store offers extra services like Sensor cleaning which is done for fair price and expertly done, almost all their staff are keen, happy and knowledgeable on all sort of Cameras and lenses from 35 MM, Digital Compact, DSLR's and mirrorless. Any query / Q I had with camera gear and what to buy next ( used / new) they gave me accurate, truthful and non BS in their advice. Well recommended to use QRPs (along with other vendors like B&H, Adorama/ Willoughby's Camera, etc) for all your camera needs. Keep with them and you can't go wrong.

  Good service but disappointed in the cost of returns I purchased an item from here which was sent very quickly directly from the manufacturer. After examining the device however, I decided to return the item as it wasn't really what I wanted in the end. Unfortunately I had to spend $18 on postage to return the item, and very disappointed that they don't do free returns. Overall the service was good. Took about a week for a return to take place, but be wary about the cost of returning any items.

  I'm a still photo guy just going digital after leaving the hobby aside for 20 years. The EOS R was an easy choice. Landscapes (& other subjects) need great glass to get light to a great sensor. I want top quality optics & 28 megapixels or higher. Canon color results (& other electronics) also have a good reputation. The shop was out to help make the best purchase and not sell the most expensive item. Would definitely recommend.

  The person that sold me the camera First when I paid, I paid when there were 12 cameras left She told me then that she tried to reach me two days later to explain me that the box had a small scratch that if I still wanted she would reimbursement 30 usd (at this moment I have not received that amount yet) Then I paid for a 2 day deliver ($80 ) and it got me at 4 days, she told me that she was going to do something with the late deliver and until today I have not received nothing Very bad experience

  As expected superb service, first time I have shopped here without going to the shop (because of Covid19) the online experience was carried out swiftly without any problems. I have had two Leica binos in the last ten years and sold them on! I fancied a Swarovski and am not disappointed, they are equal in every respect and handle beautifully.

  Terrible service, three times having purchased on line only to be told not in stock after purchase and awaiting supplier! Over a month for a simple battery, should have learned my lesson after the last two times having had the same issue. Basically, go elsewhere for your profoto gear if you don't want to wait and chase your paid for items. All cancelled and will not rush into QRP in NY again, albeit the fare prices etc etc etc, aint any good if you don't receive your purchases.

  I bought this tv to replace my Panasonic plasma tv. Hands down the best TV on the market. LG OLED surpasses the competition on every level, picture quality, black levels, color, processing.   I've been a user and a critic of these cameras since the TG-1 (when I pleaded with Olympus to introduce RAW file capability in the next version). The TG-6 is replacing the TG-4 in my kit. I've wanted a TG series for several years now, but never could justify it. Finally it was justifiable and on sale! Couldn't be happier to finally be able to give one a home. Totally worth the wait and lives up to the hype.

  The Sony E 50 f/1.8 and UV turns out to be exactly what I want for my new Sony camera. But then the Sony 50mm f/1.8 lens went on sale. Positive reviews online and conversations with Quality Rated Products experts convinced me to give it a try. So glad I did.   The service was great each time I spoke to them But there was an error when ordering which then resulted in a double order. It then took over two weeks for me to receive my refund as it wasn’t processed as I was told.   I found that the BG-S4-2 Battery Grip and shape of the a6400 was not a good fit for my hand. It was too small and too close to the lens. Quality Rated suggested this grip and solved the problem. Now I am really happy with my a6400. Thank you Quality Rated Products!

  supplied use as new After ordering a fuji camera which came used not new returned then was sent a new one, I ordered a Metabone speed booster that came used returned for a new one and was sent back the same one both the return and the so called new one had the same model after a phone call again was told the first one had gone into the bargain basement, I then told him this as the same code on it and you don't get two with the same number he had a word with the Boss and got a $25 discount less than 10% off a $379 item, I kept it as I had waited in for four days for two items, it looks to me as Quality Rated Products send out used items as new I am in the retail trade myself and feel this is not !st class service as I have had from them over the past years, will think twice about trading with them again.
