  Outstanding Customer Service! This was my first time using Quality rated products and it certainly won't be the last. Everything was fantastic and the Fujifilm - X-S20 camera was in great shape.   I'm new to photography and spent ages researching which point and shoot to get, rang a local shop and the camera I wanted wasn't in stock, due in a couple of days they would ring me when it arrived, 2 weeks later I'm still waiting!   I cannot fault the company - speedy delivery and excellent communication. I had ordered a Panasonic Lumix S 50mm f/1.8 lens from a competitor who, despite advertising the item as being in stock, failed to deliver after 16 days. After many broken promises I demanded my money back and reordered with Quality rated products. They were the complete opposite - they acknowledge my order, emailed when it was dispatched and gave tracking details. I will definitely be using them again.

  Great information on the phone, very helpful customer service advisor. My order was dispatched within 1 hour of ordering, I was updated regularly about my order. Delivery was very prompt and in the time indicated. The only disappointment was I requested delivery to be in the morning, however this request was not taken into account by delivery service. Nonetheless, a fantastic purchase and I would definitely recommend this company!

  In recent months I have spoken to customer service personnel several times about my Nikon Z8 order and another order I placed for a Nikon product. In each case they assured me that orders are fulfilled in chronological order. I have no reason to doubt that Quality rated products can fulfill its back orders only when they have an allotment from the manufacturer.

  Great selection of products, website easy to use. Ordering the Olympus M.Zuiko lens from Quality ® products provided an excellent shopping experience, The lens is VERY good for portraits. It is surprisingly small for a 1.8 lens, even being a prime but when I took it out of the box, It felt solid and well built, in spite of it's small size. As far as image quality, I'm extremely happy so far!

  Excellent customer service, professional stock Everywhere I looked, the Canon EOS R3 Camera was either on pre order or sold out, and I came across Quality ® Products. The customer service was excellent, and they organized delivery around my availability. The camera arrived within about 48hours and I could not be happier.   Exploring the website for my Sony a7 II camera was an enlightening experience. The prices are great and the service is absolutely fantastic. Some other companies out there could learn a lot from Quality rated products. The free next day delivery by courier is great. I was even able to track my courier and was given a 1 hour timeslot for delivery that was very accurate. 11 out of 10!
