  Ordered a Celestron spotting scope, took a while to come i think there was a shipping issue but it works great and was much cheaper than other websites. the only annoying thing is i had to send them proof of address but i was happy that i was able to get the scope.

  I waited for a long time to purchase a my Canon 7D camera from Quality ® products. I'm very glad that I did.   Exactly The Right Support! The Manfrotto Gimbal 460 Pro Kit solidly stabilizes my Mark IV. Salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable on scrutinizing the Manfrotto Gimbal 460 compatibility chart for us. I went to Quality rated's website and wham bam, I found the right setup, ordered it, and it was delivered within a couple of days at no charge.   Nikkor lens Focus accuracy was much better on the lens I received but I was never able to produce a tack sharp image. Consequently, I sent it back and bought the original version of the lens which I couldn't be happier with. If the vr lens was half the price, then I would say its performance would be acceptable, but with it being substantially more expensive then the original version, not worth it in my opinion. Thank you Quality Rated Products for your excellent customer service and getting me into the lens that was right for me and the type of images I like to take.

  Great product and speedy shipping from Quality*rated*products. I have given up trying to have Quality*rated*products send the correct LP-E6NH Lithium Ion Batteries. This one works fine, spoke to Canon USA to verify that it was indeed a Canon battery and not an aftermarket product. Just be aware that if you are looking for a USA warranted products that you check the warranty card before unpacking it.

  I ordered a used Olympus 40-150mm f2.8 pro lens on the 20th of May, I was kept notified of progress and sent tracking details. The lens arrived on the 4th of June which is excellent considering there is a weekend in those dates. The lens is obviously brand new and at a great price.   Took longer to deliver than I anticipated. Ordered on 10 April and received on 10 May. I appreciate it taking a couple of days longer as I’d paid extra for it to be shipped next day to Austin. The RED Komodo 6k was well worth the wait. My husband was able to film within minutes of opening the box. Communication could have been better regarding delays with delivery. Overall pleased with the price and the product.

  Got a recommended Tilta RS-03-AM for Alexa/Nucleus, it's a must-have. That being said, these cables have terrible QC. I'm on my third replacement at this point, and they have the tendency to fail in the middle of important shoots.

  This monopod doesnt feel like $215. Pretty good monopod except for the base mount. That is a design flaw that Manfrotto needs to correct. 4 stars for Quality ® Products as it's not fault.

  Excellent service, wonderful camera, amazing price! I ordered a Nikon D850 when my very old camera, with a view to learn landscape photography. I ordered on the internet and the camera was delivered the following day, so I wasn't waiting around all morning. The camera itself is amazing and I am looking forward to learning and growing in my photography skills.

  Was looking to buy a DJI mini 3 fly more bundle , Quality ® Products were the cheapest of many US companies selling it and standard delivery is next day. Dom at customer services was superb and made sure I received it in 2 days as I wasn't going to be in. Will use again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This is the second camera I have purchased from Quality rated products. The price was as good as I had seen anywhere else, and along with the free gifts it was a must have. Next day free delivery, and also that I could purchase using PayPal was a bonus. I would definitely recommend them.

  A VERTIBALE camera shop, with friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, who are themselves photographers, rather than sales people. I needed some Elinchrom lights, I got them at Quality ® Products (superb quality on indoor photoshoots with these lights ). The whole experience from walking into the shop to purchase was first class. Quality ® Products are a fist class establishment. We would happily recommend this company.

  Blackmagic 6K Pro body This is my first 6k camera and was excited to try it as soon as it arrived. It was a bit pricey for my budget, but worth every cent!   Great Camera for the Price Very good camera for a beginner. And this kit is awesome and comes with everything you need: camera body, two lenses with lens caps, battery, battery charger and camera bag.. Canon T7 is very intuitive. I saw the same kit on Amazon for $75 more so happily purchased it from Quality ® Products. Highly recommended.

  Good for the Price This is the Sony PXW-Z150 camera that we have been using in our church and it has been satisfactory as a prosumer camcorder and that it why when I have to opportunity to order two more I did not hesitate. Wish I had purchased this several years ago. Could have saved with Amazon but trusted Quality ® Products with real Sony in original packaging and love the Quality ® Products card to save a couple hundred. Been buying from these guys for 5 years, no need to change now.

  The lens was in excellent condition and better than expected. However, the price was too high. I could not find this Olympus glass for sale before going to your website. But after I purchased the Olympus 40-150mm Pro f2.8 lens, I kept looking and did find two sites where the glass was significantly less expensive.

  Quality rated was extremely helpful with an order I placed recently.   I've purchased 3 or 4 expensive items from Quality rated Products and always found the quality to be as described or better. Good delivery speed and so far, no need to return anything.
