  Excellent service & great communication. I was skeptical about ordering and thought delivery could take a while but Price, service and delivery were excellent. Took about a week to arrive via FedEx delivery. Lens was well protected and packaged. Can't wait to do some landscape with it, which is what I bought it for.

  This was my first time using Quality ® Products. I’d been browsing for a while and when it came time to updating my camera, I found they had excellent prices on two DSLR cameras that I needed.   I had always thought the best prices were some of the major retailers such as Adorama and B&H, but I was recently introduced to Quality rated products.   Good website competitive prices and next day delivery 5 days a week. I had a few contacts with Jacob which were attended to professionally. I wish they would use a different courier than FedEx as I stayed in all day waiting for my precious delivery only to find out that FedEx had gone and tried to deliver it to a totally wrong address and put a card through the wrong door. Luckily for me the resident brought me the card when he came in from work but I had to wait an extra day - this happens regularly with FedEx but no other couriers.

  The Lowenpro Sling is a great camera bag for my Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8, with hood inverted, the EOS R with RF 70-200mm f/4, with hood extended. It is very well constructed and very keenly priced from Quality ® Products, given its versatility and high level of protection. This bag is a lot nicer than my previous bag. It looks very professional and has just enough room to carry the essentials a few extras. It's well made and well designed. Highly recommend!

  Excellent service. Got my Nikon D780 camera $250 cheaper than elsewhere and they kept me in touch with delivery times. Package arrived in good time and well packaged. They seem to have customer service first and forefront which is what makes it a great company to deal with.

  FAST DELIVERY! The used Leica SL2 Camera arrived quickly and was as described, no visible wear and tear. Seems to be in very good condition. It was a little more expensive than some but worthwhile for the 31/2 year warranty. Ordered my SL2 on Friday with standard delivery and it arrived Saturday morning. camera works like a charm. Very happy.

  Great site and product description. Quality ® Products is great however, they sometimes split shipments for items on the same order. This is not ideal because if you are a Canadian customer you pay duty/handling fees per shipment. But I'd highly recommend them because of product availability, good pricing, very fast shipping and generally a pleasant shopping experience.
