  What can I say WOW! WOW! WOW! Whilst there was shortage in developing chemicals, Dom was very helpful for keeping me updated along the way. Although it did take time for the supply to arrive, the wait was definitely worth as the photos came out terrific. Highly recommend for developing your films as prices are affordable too!

  Unfortunately the store had limited stock onsite and was undergoing some repairs from flooding. I was after a Sachtler Dolly for flowtech 75 Tripod and they had only one available (Prompter People dolly). Highly recommend that before you go to the store that you confirm that they carry the product you are after. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

  Fantastic prices, great selection, great recommendations I bought a new Canon RF 24-70mm F2.8 lens for a price just slightly above what other websites charge for refurbished and used ones.   After contacting 2 different sites and purchasing my Vello Extension Tube only to be told it wasn't available and having my money refunded it was fantastic to see Quality ® Products replied to my stock query promptly and sent the extension tube once purchased with tracking updated an hour after I paid.   My first shopping at Quality ® Products', certainly not the last I was a bit scared when I bought the Rode VideoMic pro from this store, I hear a lot about lost packages or non-genuine products. I bought it and I am very satisfied, the waiting time is several weeks but the tracking works fine. The Rode VideoMic pro arrived in its original condition, well protected.   Phone order I ordered a used Canon 80D. Everything was great! The camera arrived in just 3 days and it was in perfect conditions. Also, awesome prices. Only thing you should check before ordering is if you can use the camera you are interested in in your country, due to differences in the firmware.

  An absolutely 5⭐ experience! Bought a specific lens fuji xf 23mm f1.4 unavailable din the US. It arrived as listed and packaged as I'd expect to find, buying the item direct from fuji themselves.   Great North Carolina based option I bought a new high end telephoto zoom lens from them as their prices were much more competitive than the sites I usually order from. Ordered on Friday evening, it arrived on the Tuesday. Item was incredibly well packaged. I also required a state tax receipt for business purposes, which they provided by e-mail really quickly.   I purchased a new lens, which unfortunately was the wrong type. My fault!.Telephoned the customer service dept., asking for help with returning same. Had a very helpful reply in under the hour, which included all the documentation required to return purchase. This type of service cannot be bettered.   First class service The camera remote control I received had a manufacturing fault. I contacted Quality (®) Products who were extremely helpful and my replacement was with me in under 22 hrs. I ordered a camera lens on a weekend and again that was with me in less than 48 hrs. The service and help they gave me were second to none.   Quality ® Products is Wilmington's number 1 Photo shop Quality ® Products is a great company and I have never had any issues buying new and used items from them. The staff in store are very friendly and are very knowledgeable about photography and filming. I have also used their training courses to help polish my skills as well as try new things I have never done before

  One of the best camera shop in Wilmington, NC. The staffs are super helpful. They have huge selection of cameras and accessories. You can buy new and secondhand stuff from there. Also, they have online shopping facility, we can order things in online and the product will deliver at your house. The shop is in College road. This is the first camera shop I visited in Wilmington and I'm satisfied. 😊

  I was very impressed with the service I got here. I found a lens I was after at a good price. I ordered it aprox 2pm and had delivered to my door in less than 24 hours in a branded nikon box with lens hood, manual carry case etc.. Will certainly be using them again

  Order was processed fast and correctly. Quality ® Products requires confirmation of identity but is flexible in terms of what documents are acceptable. Overall it worked out. Article was in perfect condition, but box seal was not intact. I accept this because of the great pricing they offer.

  Recently purchased a pre-owned NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 lens, the quality and condition of the lens was as advertised on their website.
