  Excellent bundle of kit for the money. Good and attentive service. Delivery was good until it got to LA. but that not Quality rated's fault. Tripod is a little bit flimsy. But the rest of the camera and lens are great. Had a personal phone call to confirm my address and express delivery for free. Fully recommend and happy to buy again

  Recently bought my phone from Quality ® Products, delivery said a couple weeks but came in 3 days, phones great however wasn't wrapped in the film it should have been and phone calls all came up as unknown number, if I wasn't somewhat tech savvy I wouldn't have been able to sort that

  Wrong camera delivered I ordered a canon camera for a job the following week and the incorrect dispatched, they then could not guarantee I would get the model I actual ordered, When the correct item arrived it then did not have the protective cover yet was described as being boxed with every present This is the second problem I have had with Quality (®) Products in two weeks not great service

  I bought a Leica V-Lux camera strap with attachments. Unfortunately, the anchors were too thick to attach to my camera, without damaging the anchors. I liked the profile of the strap, so I decided to keep it. Quality (®) Products salesman worked hard to help me, but to no avail.

  First of all I must say that I didn't know the Company was based in Wilmington. Having said that, it didn't cause me any problems at all. The only negative was caused in the delivery, by UPS arriving an hour later than their three hour delivery slot. I saved around $50 on my Canon 6d ii and was pleased with the overall transaction.

  Tennessee address problem. I am based in the UK, I wanted to order 2 Kenko teleconverters. The order went well until I attempted to enter my Tennessee address. The Quality rated products' web page would alter my address to different address than the one on my credit card. After numerous emails & telephone call we came to a compromise & the order was placed. The package arrived on time well packed exactly as advertised representing a considerable cost saving when compeered to other suppliers. They just need to alter the address fields on the web page to suit all customers.

  No Fuss good Service I bought a camera from Quality (®) Products that turned up with a fault, they immediately had it picked up and as they didn't have a replacement, gave me a refund.   After a lot of research online and around local stores, I finally decided on the camera model and lenses I was after. The next job was to find a reputable seller to purchase online as prices varied significantly and were generally a lot cheaper to buy online. I checked reviews and feedback, took a deep breath and crossed my fingers as I decided on Quality rated products. WOW! 3 days after placing my order, my camera and lenses arrived, all safe and well :) I've spent the weekend playing with the camera & am really impressed with the quality of pictures a novice like myself is able to achieve.   I was looking to buy a new lens for my Canon EOS R, the search took me around plenty of forums and I settled on a 70-200mm. The price I found on Quality Rated was not only the best I could find, but it was displayed including a 3 year warranty! I ordered the lens on Monday night, was kept totally up to date by email on the status of the order and I was given Wednesday as a delivery date. The lens arrived Wednesday morning, by and was well packaged with all my documents and warranty info enclosed. I will always recommend Quality Rated based on their product selection, their product information and most of all their customer service.

  Daughter is loving this M50 MKII camera! We love how easy it was to purchase it for her! Very user friendly website!   The service I received was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue I had was that I requested delivery for the Monday as it was a birthday gift for my husband and I knew he would be away on the Monday. Instead it was delivered on the Saturday prior to his birthday and he was home and opened the door to receive the parcel.

  Canon G7X ii I wanted a basic point and shoot camera, the G7X ii is an economic, lightweight, and powerful workhorse in a small package.   Good all round experience and will definitely be returning for my next lens! I called them on Thursday and I spoke to a very helpful guy - placed the order that day, and the camera arrived on Tuesday. I got a few e-mail updates along the way, fantastic communication! I've been playing with the camera a couple days now and its great. Can’t recommend enough.

  Great Price, Very Polite Staff, Poor Communication Would take many calls to their number before somebody eventually picks up. Was told that I didn't receive the lens because they didn't have any in stock. Understandable, but not sure why I wasn't communicated about it and had to be the one to call them to find out about that. They did eventually send the lens once they received new stock.

  Lens is great, Sigma service is horrible I bought Sigma 150-600mm lens on Quality®Products in August 2022 and had an issue with the hood. Contacted Quality®Products, they just told me to tell Sigma. Would have liked a little more help from their side but that seems to be the norm these days. Sigma has been sitting on this over a month after opening the case for a replacement of the hood, does not reply to emails, endless automated answering machines. After three weeks, I got someone in chat and they told me they would escalate it and then, guess what, nothing happened. Sigma has sent no communication on their own volition. Makes me concerned what happens if I have a real issue. Lens itself is great.

  Quality product, good price #1 for camera mounts and brackets needs! Such as easy site buying a new SmallRig Manfrotto-Style Quick Release Plate I use it with my DJI RSC 2 for Vertical Videos, setup was smooth and easy too. does not disappoint.   DJI RSC 2 Pro Combo This gimbal is pretty neat. I bought for my Sony a7III, Sony FE 24mm f/1.4 GM Lens & it doesn't work how I want it to but I'm guessing it's because of the weight. Would recommend for the use of smaller & lighter cameras.

  Super service from Quality ® Products I have used Quality ® Products before and will always consider them. The prices are very competitive and they selected the right battery grip for my 5DS R. Delivery is quick and the minimum to reached carriage paid is easily achievable. The only downside is the carrier that they use at the moment but no doubt that will change at some point!

  Excellent service from the team especially Paul. I ordered an item online which then had a delayed delivery date, which I was notified about by email. I called the mail order number and the phone was answered straight away by Paul who was extremely helpful and patient and was able to recommend and source an alternative product, this was then delivered to me the next day. The email correspondence and phone correspondence was excellent, always great to speak to a real person sometimes. Keep up the good work, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from you again.

  Condition not as good as described I bought an Olympus em-d 5 II, which was described as being in excellent condition. However it has loads of scuff marks on the lens cover and on the back. The camera and case really hadn't been cleaned properly before shipping and there were marks on the lens which took a while to clean off. I would say the camera was in 'good' condition and had I known this, I would not have paid what I did.
