  Very Customer Focused - 5 Star! I was looking for a 'hard to get' fuji x-pro3 silver, I was told it was temporarily out of stock at B&H, Amazon & Adorama. I contacted Lee who said he had stock arriving tomorrow and I could have one of those. I had heard that before and was a little skeptical. Lee phoned me the next day to say he had my camera on his desk and would send it out on a next day delivery. I placed the order. I am very pleased with the Quality ® Products Customer ethos and will use again.

  Excellent service and a great price. My Pentax Lens cap was dispatched the next day even though i was later than the 3pm deadline for next day dispatch so I got it quicker than expected. It was also considerably cheaper than same item on Amazon sop extremely happy.

  SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE I've been a QUALITY®PRODUCTS customer for since 2011. I live in Wilmington, NC and have purchased all my camera gear from them. Starting in 2017 I began purchasing all Canon professional bodies and lenses from them. I have always had them shipped to my residence where I have had to sign for the package. I have never had a problem with any damage, missed, or late shipments. Believe me I have spent a fortune and won't hesitate to continue dealing with QUALITY®PRODUCTS and having expensive products shipped to me.

  Not bad, although a few thing could be better. Firstly, there is nothing wrong with the firmware for the product I purchased, the Fuji XT-4 itself is running incredibly well and is very well constructed. I do have a few gripes around the after care service. I am still waiting for my warranty for Fuji(which apparently was pre=registered for me!)

  Long delay in computer arriving. I ordered my Rokinon Reflex 300mm f/6.3 lens on 13th December 2022, but I had to contact you on 23rd January 2023 for an update as I had not been given a date. This is after more than 30 working days. After a further 5 working days, I had still not been given a date, so had to follow up again on the 25th January. The computer finally arrived on the 27th January. The lens itself is working OK, but it was not a large or complicated one to produce, so I don't feel it should have taken nearly two months to arrive.

  5* Quality. 2* service. The device ordered has arrived in excellent condition and working order. However when placing the order it was vital that I ordered pieces in stock to keep the order between 12-15 days which I did. After 20 days of placing the order, I emailed them to be told that they have back orders which was not clearly stated on the website. Shame I had to wait 20 days for this update. I also found it suspicious that my order was suddenly complete and arrived at my doorstep 48 hours later.

  Quality rated products always creates great, high value bundles - like this one. I bought a Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 lens for my wife who loves to photograph birds. Works great with the Canon 90D. It is a bit heavy for her so I gave her a tripod. but, even hand-held pictures came out great thanks to stabilization. . Would not hesitate to recommend or use Quality rated again.

  Excellent service I wanted a used Hasselblad 500 CM camera which wasn’t in stock, but they notified me as soon as one was available.   Helpful and knowledgeable Quality ® Products is an authorized member of NPS and Nikon dealer in Wilmington, NC. I preordered my D7500 in Dec. and received it mid Jan 2023. It is everything you might have read concerning the great camera. I have been shooting Nikon since the first SLR in 1989 and have had many different models since then and have always liked what I got. I expect the wait times will go down as the early order backlog gets whittled down. Highly recommend Quality ® Products to Photographers!!!

  Always a pleasure shopping at Quality rated products. A while back 1 called to ask about trading in my Fujifilm X-S10 camera and some lenses. Quality rated made a very reasonable offer and I took them up on it. I have had several conversations with their employees and have always found them obliging and knowledgeable.   I purchased a Sony A7 RIVA at bargain price and is currently being used in fields in our mining company. Very easy to use website, great service.   The Dji mini pro arrived in good time and I am now assembling it. However it does not come with charging hub which has to be sourced independently but only dji own brand recommended but who stocks it? Also I omitted to include the discount code drone combo so I emailed to ask for it to included in the order with a reply turnaround time of 72 hours, still nothing a week later.

  I wish I hadn't visited this shop in Wilmington to upgrade from my Canon 5D IV to the EOS R5. I couldn't believe the amount of money he says I've to shell out in the hindsight, plus this camera has poor megapixel, zero low pass filter BSI sensor with full-blown IBIS that mates EF glass with adaptor. This R5 I purchased went back to Quality ® Products as fast as I could send it.

  Did what I asked for, when I wanted it. I saw that Quality ® Products had a special offer on Canon ink, so I needed to order some. I was going away for a few days, so asked them to delay shipment for a week. They shipped on the day I requested and the ink arrived next day. Much better than some of the big, totally automated, suppliers who just ignore any special requests.

  The best supplier of photographic accessories I have found! I have purchased various photographic accessories including a carbon fiber tripod, a flashgun, remote triggers and filters etc. from Quality ® Products either on line or by phone over a period of 5-6years and this has always been a good experience.   Slow delivery but very competitive price I bough a Nikon D3500 with 18-55mm lens from QRP, ordered 1st December, received later than promised on 10th January 2023. Their website did not make it clear how long the delivery would take. They did always respond to email queries promptly but gave incorrect delivery dates on a couple of occasions. The camera was fine when it finally arrived and the price was very competitive at $420.00, $60 + cheaper than any other website I could find.

  I buy most of my equipment here and have had a couple of repairs, and the service is always top notch. They told me last week that repairs were behind so I would have to wait a couple of weeks (which was no problem) yet Nathan contacted me this morning (less than a week later) with the issue solved. On top of that he answered my emails back within minutes to sort out my pickup plan. Love this place!

Paul answered, he seemed a bit put out that I'd called to check stock as on line stated item was 'already in stock.' But from past experience, websites sometimes say in stock but ran out. Just wanted to check to be sure. Other than that, delivery was pretty quick, well packed and price for item was competitive.

  Don’t use - can’t contact anyone to resolve issues I would give a zero if it was possible. When we were out a poorly wrapped lens with fungus valued at $500 was left on the doorstep for all to see by Quality Rated Products. No way of contacting the company. Cannot login to my account, requested password reset but no reply. Id never use this company again.

  Overall my experience of purchasing a telescope through Quality ® Products was really good. Although the item was out of stock initially, they came back to me as soon as stocks were replenished.   Absolutely fantastic and GENUINE 😁 I have been purchasing from QUALITY(®)PRODUCTs since 2015. I reluctantly tried them after receiving many fake products from other companies claiming to have "genuine" products, and was relieved to finally receive an original product. I have made several purchases over the last 4 years for myself and family. From Oben ACM2400L, QR-20 quick release plate, and now VH-A30 Tilt Monopod Head Kit and cables, and each one has been a genuine fast charge quality adaptor and cable. I usually receive my order within 4 days from ordering which is great. With the recent Rail strikes I was expecting a delay over the Xmas 2022 period, however my items arrived on the 3rd day after ordering. Items have always been packed in a bubble wrap envelope. Can't fault the company. I've had a great experience over the years and will continue to keep QUALITY(®)PRODUCTs as my first choice for accessories for my camera equipment.
