  Excellent service with the Sigma 18-35mm lens arriving in a timely fashion. I've been using the lens with my Nikon D7100 for over three days and I use it 95% of the time as I shoot mostly landscapes and it works well for portraits too at 30-35mm. I would recommend this website to anyone.

  I bought a Sigma lens which was shown on the website as excellent condition and when I received it (sooner than expected), I couldn't find any problems with it at all. The packaging was excellent and the lens Works greats on portraits, landscapes and everything that I can imagine. I won't shop anywhere else when I can have this level of service and ease.

  Probably the best shopping experience I've ever had. I phoned to ask for advice and was given really good advice without any pressure. The person on the phone talked me through my options and suggested a type of 2nd hand camera which is compatible with some of my existing lenses. So I've upgraded my kit but at a very reasonable cost. The camera actually arrived a day earlier than the courier at first advised. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  I bought a Sony a7 III camera for my wife for her birthday and she loved it. She was blown away by the quality of the pictures and the quick speed of the camera compared to her older point and shoot.   They sell items they claim are brand new but they arrive incomplete and with damaged packaging. Then when you return the items for a refund, they only pay 66% of the purchase price as the items are claimed to be "used". Very dodgy business practice.

  My Fujifilm X100V Purchase Experience This is my second Fujifilm X100 series camera and I'm really impressed with this new machine with the quality of build and the range of functionality. At the time of ordering the camera and one other item was out of stock so I had to wait a while for new stock to arrive. I expected to receive a call from Quality ® Products on the progress of my order, but didn't receive anything. So I phoned to chase up the order and was told that the camera was now in stock, but that they didn't dispatch it as they were waiting for another item on the same order to arrive. However, they did agree to dispatch the items in stock, but the final part of my order is still outstanding and as yet no one from Quality ® Products has contacted me with an update on when it might arrive. Quality ® Products would have got 5 Stars from me if only they had kept me informed on how the order is progressing.

  Be Aware I was interested in buying a Sigma 30mm f/1.4 contemporary Lens. These were by far the cheapest site that I found the lens on. I decided to check their address on Google maps. It turns out to be a passport lab and no sight of a camera shop. Be aware.

  I made an order for a gopro 11 with bundle pack, but apparently you need to call there support number to verify your order before they dispatch, that's a first for me... I emailed and asked if this number was a free phone number but they didn't confirm on there reply and just stated to call there support number again. Product is tracking so I emailed to cancel my order, and apparently you need to call them to arrange to cancel and that my order is not shipped. So bit the bullet and called there number with no answer. So will be contacting trading standards and the police if my cancelation isn't processed in the next few days. This is still ongoing...

  I ordered a camera lens on 23 December. Immediate e-mail reply, regular communication with e-mail, product being delivered today 27 December in North Carolina. Compared to my previous experience “elsewhere “, where I ordered the same lens about a week earlier, had my credit card debited for the full amount, and was then told that the item was not in stock, was on back order, and they could not provide an estimate of delivery date. At least “elsewhere” made the refund when I cancelled the order.

  Disappointed Return Customer This is my second purchase from Quality rated products because of my great first experience. However, this time I was disappointed.   Excellent value & efficient service Last Monday, I ordered a new Canon camera & lens at a very competitive price that included free delivery. Everything went through smoothly & on Wednesday, I received an email saying that the camera was on its way.   I was looking for a Mirrorless for HD video to produce my videos. My personal photographer recommended both Quality rated products and the Canon EOS R5. I was not disappointed with either the camera or Quality rated products. I have been mostly an amateur photographer for over 40 years and it's the best camera that I have ever owned or used. Even though it has more features imaginable it is very user friendly especially for someone who is not familiar with all that the camera is capable of doing. For my purposes the camera has no negatives that I have so far become aware of.

  Absolutely excellent experience.   I was a bit nervous buying a refurbished Canon 70D but I needn't have been. The website is informative and transparent and our camera arrived the next day, We Tested it in existing light with pets and we are very pleased with the resulting focus tracking and quality of video.   I had a couple of phone calls with the customer service team regarding a Vortex spotting scope. All I can say is excellent customer service!!   I bought a Canon EOS 6D Mark II from Quality rated products. Super quick delivery - ordered on Friday evening, delivered first thing in the morning the following Wednesday. Amazing service, great prices. This is my first DSLR camera purchase and you definitely can't go wrong with this deal.   I did some research and decided to give Quality rated products a try as they were 20% cheaper than elsewhere, there was another company slightly cheaper who could not supply proper invoices.   Smallrig all products quality First I want to say that I will always look for SmallRig accessories before all others because they don't charge obscene amounts of money for small pieces of metal with screw holes in them. Other manufacturers should be embarrassed at their astronomical prices! I wasn't expecting it to be that good considering the price. The overall structural quality surpasses the price. Easily well worth the purchase.
