  Great Business After ordering online I was made aware the item wasn’t in stock. After speaking on the phone they was able to let me have the next model up with a discount and the item was shipped and received the next day. Happy with the product and the good customer service.

  This company offers good prices, however their shipping service provider is from the past - it took 72 hours to dispatch my order, no tracking, item arrived 6 days after ordering. It's a shame, but this is why Amazon, eBay etc are doing so well. Please invest in your website & ecommerce order logistics.

  Great customer service, needed a spare genuine Nikon battery so called to check it was in stock, the person confirmed and then physically checked it was there as it was the last one. Ordered and arrived next day and cheaper than Amazon, happy to use again in the future.

  Today I phoned for some advice, as I am a complete novice. Spoke to Dom in Manhattan, who was cheery, friendly and really helpful. Popped in to see the team in Manhattan where I got masses of advice, no hard sell, lots of explanation and assistance from Dom and Paul. Really refreshing to meet a sales team that enthusiastic and helpful who didn't just try and sell me the most expensive kit, but actually helped out with what I needed. Definitely use them again, well done Quality ® Products.

  I was looking for a successor for my outdated entry-level DSLR at Quality (®) Products (and found it :)) Fast response to preliminary inquiries by email, then top advice on site (thanks to Greg!) including comparison of different models. Despite being on a Saturday before Christmas, a lot of time was taken. At no time did I get the feeling that I was being "talked into" something. The prices are absolutely fair, there were even discounts due to various promotions. Absolute recommendation!

  Nice, pleasant station staff. quality of services. Have bought from this shop several times, good service. Base prices are standard and slightly overpriced. I recommend ordering goods without prepayment, with payment in the shop. Ordered online (No. 220918613), negotiated a good price for both sides at the head office and picked up the camera from Wilmington within an hour. That's exactly the way business should be done. Clear and pleasant for the customer and a long-term strategy. I recommend it!

  Great shop (online shop) and very nice communication. Quality (®) Products gave me by far the best communication in advance of pre-ordering a new release lens. It was clear then that I ordered here. It is also great that DHL delivery is offered for items that are in stock. Unfortunately an exception these days, but all the better if I have this available. All in all I am very satisfied.

  I had rented a canon lens and camera 5 days in advance. While on my way to pick the items up, I was notified the camera was unavailable. I had a wedding shoot that day and was totally unprepared due to the failure of Quality ® Products. I was offered a Nikon Z camera and lens but had to learn the whole new interface of Nikon. Dom was very accommodating but still was unable to deliver. Will be switching camera rental companies.

  Absolutely wonderful little shop stock full of interesting and varied vintage camera gear. The Leica (which includes a Leica I for us camera geeks) and medium format cases are worth the visit alone. Linda, the proprietor, is also a great presence, happy to help in any way she can.

  Poor Customer service He could have talked to me easily and politely, but he displayed much of his impatience and dismissive manners— I mean, hey, I was asking nicely for advice… When I paid with card he just turned away immediately… and I was saying my thanks and goodbye… It was very unpleasant and I find the shopping experience disappointing this time.   Nikon Z 6II Mirroless Camera . Great customer service from Quality ® Products. I am happy about Quality ® Products shipping and handling.   Ship 2-3 days means not in stock Bought a camera from their web through the finance, when I bought it online it says 2-3 days shipping, 3 days later still on processing, so I live chat with customer service, I've been told it's out of stock and they don't know when will it be in stock. I bought this camera for the family holiday we will go soon, sounds like I will never received it on time. Very disappointed!

  After being disappointed with Canon's delivery service I discovered Quality(®)Products shop on Amazon; I ordered a Canon EOS 90D quite unused camera, when I received it it was as new, no scratch or else, every accessories present. Plus the contact by mail with the staff was warm end always helpful. They offer a wide choice of lenses and camera bodies, I live in Michigan but I'll surely return as customer one of the days ...   I purchased new lens covers . Prior to purchase I sent an email to confirm the size required. On receipt of my new lens covers I discovered they weren’t the correct size . I emailed Quality (®) Products and they immediately saw that the lens covers had been coded incorrectly. The correct lens covers was sent with no quibble. I was impressed with the customer service.   I'm happy to say everything worked out fine. My order went through smoothly, and the camera arrived in good condition, well packed and protected, with a one-year warranty included.   I bought my Canon 90D from Quality rated products about 2 years ago and needed to up upgrade. I chose the Canon R3 with the 70-200mm f/2.8 lens. very happy with the sales from Quality rated. I originally tried ordering this camera from a competitor, BIG MISTAKE on my part. After waiting over 2 weeks I got a non-US model that did not work (lucky I got my money back). Lesson learned. I will now ALWAYS stick to Quality rated.

  Quality rated products is the very best! I've been buying from them since some time in the late 1990s. They have gone above and beyond expectations. For example, last year I bought the Canon EOS 5D Mark II in a bundle that included a batter charger and a carrying case.   Lens I purchased had defects in focusing. Despite the Bargain deal I got on it, I feel this should have been scrutinized better by Quality ® Products to fix it, or at least mention the defect in the listing. Customer service has been great though, I'm sending the defect lens in for an exchange.
