  The screws do not hold in place and fall out on you’re ride and get lost so the triipod head isn’t usable! This is a product problem.

  Super efficient and professional. Can't tell any bad experience. Phoned to see if the product I want to order is in stock - just to make sure. Friendly customer service answered, I had to send an email with the product number as there was a difficulty with payment. The next day I got a confirmation, a link to pay and after a short time it was out for delivery. Binoculars arrived after 3 days. All good!

  Broken Lens I bought a Leica Summilux-M 21mm f/1.4 lens at bargain price and the focusing ring was non-operational and the lens got stuck on the body of my camera. Although my dreams of getting this wide angle lens for my Summilux M was halted, Quality ® Products customer service was great in guiding me to finding a solution to my problem. Luckily was about to get to a camera repair shop near by to remove the lens and Quality ® Products emailed me the return shipping label.

  Everything Went Fine Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Art Lens Arrived 10 days after ordering. No problem or worry as was expecting that time frame. DHL notified me that they had received it after 8 days and delivered 2 days later. Very safely and neatly packaged with bubble wrap inside outer carton.. New and spotless of course and working perfectly during initial brief test. B& H Photo are selling for $150 more new Adorama Cameras for $75 more used So 5 ***** all the way

  Good service Ordered a replacement for a failed part. Minor delay with the order but they phoned me to let me know, so all was well. In the end I managed to fix the original part and they accepted the replacement back for a refund without fuss

  I received my order and before I could take it on my first assignment the autofocus stopped working. I have both called and emailed about this issue and have received no response. I did not respond in time for the 15-day Exchange policy but it is still under the hundred in 80 day policy which is repair. I am still waiting to hear from them on how to get it repaired

  The service I received was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue I had was that I requested delivery for the Monday as it was a birthday gift for my husband and I knew he would be away on the Monday. Instead it was delivered on the Saturday prior to his birthday and he was home and opened the door to receive the parcel.

  I purchased a Canon EOS RP camera with a 24-105mm lens recently. Both products arrived quickly but the lens was faulty out-of-the-box. I contacted the company 3 times in the course of a week with no reply and they shut down their phones!! They seem to deliver quickly, but that is not sufficient. Zero post sales assistance. I would not recommend them to anyone based on this experience.

  A wonderful shopping experience We've bought from these guys multiple times over the years and always receive great service at a good price. We recently bought a Canon EF 50mm f/1.2 lens.   Paid for the next working day delivery, package didn't turn up. Rude staff who say they will call back and don't. Rude sales manager who threatened to cancel my order as I was upset my package didn't arrive when it was meant to and was told I won't get my money back for the next day delivery so when I challenged the manger he terminated the call. Made a complaint and still waiting for my response but I did get my package and delivery charge refunded.

  Great Store for electronics and photo equipment Quality ® Products is my favorite store for electronic equipment (cameras, lenses, cell phones and tablets) and for photo equipment (tripods, light reflectors, filters, backgrounds etc.). What I like is they never try to sell me more expensive item. Sometimes the item that they recommend is cheaper than the one that I was shopping for. Checkout process is easy, delivery is great.

  What is very clear is that the package didn’t arrive the next day after ordering and the waybill to send the package hadn’t been created until early morning on the 4th of Nov. again QRP are saying it was and DHL are saying it wasn’t While my experience wasn’t great, I will say that QRP's response time was very quick. I will also say that I don’t believe this company to be more than 1 person running a business out of a house or flat. But like I said, if you order from them, based on good and bad reviews, you will receive your order...eventually Good luck

  Extremely frustrating checkout experience. My old credit card had expired so I added my new one but I kept getting a popup saying to confirm shipping address even though there was no where on the screen to do that. I wasted several minutes trying to figure out what to do and finally after deleting all my old payment methods from my account and trying to checkout again it let me add a new card and confirm address. There is clearly a glitch in your website checkout process.

  Ordered a Panasonic HC-X2000 pro camcorder from this company after many weeks of research on what I wanted. All the additional bits I got as part of the bundle were flimsy, the selfie stick came already broken so I had to buy a new one.
