  Great service at a great price. I wanted a Sigma 100-400 zoom lens for my Nikon D5600 and, as is usual, I went to QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS who didn't disappoint. QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS had the lens in stock and had one in Excellent condition that was very keenly priced. The lens arrived a day early and is exactly as described. This is the second lens I've bought from QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS and they've become my go to dealer for camera equipment.

  Amazing & Fast Service Amazing Service. I was let down by a major retailer and Wilkinson's came to my rescue and delivered a Sony A7IV with lenses the very next day! Even though I ordered after 3pm. I received a call almost immediately after clicking the online "Order" button and was informed that they would do their very best to get me the camera equipment the very next day. They came through for me and I was a very happy bunny! Will definitely use again and recommend A* service.

  Another good transaction I purchased a non CPU manual macro lens, which turned out to be non compatible with my model, but without any hassle I sent it back to Quality (®) Products and upgraded for a different model (I could of had a refund, no issues), all sorted quickly and efficiently

  Customer service - 0/10 This is the second Quality rated products store I’ve been in wanting to spend in excess of $1000 on equipment and haven't even been acknowledged in over 5 minutes stood waiting. I would have happily waited if they showed any interest in me. Such poor customer service. Management need to really look at staff training. Furious having local shops 30 miles to buy.

  Reorder as original order was missing parts, only way to receive in time for birthday gift was to reorder, and return entire original order as defective.   Buying a Used lens I needed a Sony FE lens and Quality Rated had a 70-200mm f2.8GM that fitted the bill. Was described as in "Good" condition but I would have said it was V. Good or even Excellent at a very fair price. No hassle with payment and reasonable postage costs. Very well packaged and sent by recorded mail. Delighted with this first class service. I will use again and recommend to others.

  My experience has been very satisfactory, particularly the customer communication via emails. It always nice to be kept informed and you do that very well. Very good shipping service. The camera is above what i expected. I've only played with it for 2 weeks but I'm totally in love with its performance. I've coupled it with the 24-70mm lens and I am very pleased with the improvements I am getting in my photos. I would purchase from quality rated products again in the future.

  Vortex 8x42 Binoculars Ordered on Tuesday morning - arrived on Friday- very well packaged. The binoculars are of a very good quality and designed for very convenience to carry, and the most important thing is that they are pretty easy to adjust, super clear, and wide angle of view.   Quality Rated products website, knowledge and service are all excellent. I am not happy with the amount of packaging used, particularly polystyrene. I have raised this with them but it does not seem to change. Other than that, excellent.

  Quality+rated+products has always been my go to for photography equipment. Their customer service is second to none. Lately, however, it seems items are back ordered. Just tried to buy Lexar memory cards but wait time is 2-4 weeks. Same story on several other items. I know things are screwy from the pandemic and this may not be Quality+rated+products fault, but it's very frustrating not being able to get what I need.

  FedEX Delivery service is dsappointing I love Quality R+ great service state of the art products, however I sloughed off 2 stars because Quality R+ only ships with FedEX whose delivery service is terrible for this hinterland customer, I always have to go several miles to the FedEX depot to pick up my goods they make NO attempt to deliver to this Texas customer.

  The plate is very well made, unfortunately photographers who use really right stuff for instance BH-55 LR Ballhead will find the plate the plate is too wide.

  Got me an Ricoh GR IIIx when other suppliers had none. They managed to get me a very sought after Ricoh GR IIIx in less of a week and were helpfully communicative all the way. Never heard of the site before but would use them again in a heartbeat.

  Ordered a camera online and realized on the same day that it was a mistake, so I sent an email asking politely to cancel and return the already transferred money. That was more than 2 weeks ago, they haven not responded to any of my attempt of contacting and sent me neither a camera nor my money.
