  I order from Quality Rated Products frequently. My orders always arrive on time and am typically very happy with the quality of the product I receive. Recently, there was a shipment delay that caused unexpected issues with my order. I wrote to their Customer Service and was assisted right away and treated extremely fairly. Their customer service was responsive, helpful and polite. I am even more impressed now than before.

  For all your camera needs this is the place to go to! Just the very fact that you can rent equipment here from camera bodies, lenses, accessories, and lighting already puts this on the top of my list for all things photography. The staff is always welcoming and helpful whether it is your first time buying or just wanting recommendations on what to rent for those one off ideas you have or maybe to test something before making a big purchase. Whenever I walk in I know I am leaving with something cool and exciting even if it is only rented for the weekend

  Already knew I wanted to buy a Canon EF 500mm lens and checked around on different sites. While the price was around the same for all, Quality rated products had the best shipping option.   Sony FE 50mm f/1.8 Lens I bought this lens from Quality rated Products few weeks ago and I'm using it everyday in my studio at work for product shooting and I love it. I'm using it with my Sony a7 II and works perfect. I had a chance to use it in a wedding last weekend too and I'm so happy with result. It's a fast and sharp lens. I will almost certainly be ordering again.

  I ordered an item that was showing as being in stock. I then received an email saying it was out of stock and that I would be advised when it would be available. I emailed the company to ask why the website had allowed me to go through the trouble of ordering when it wasn't in fact in stock. They simply cancelled my order without even addressing my concern. I cannot recommend them on this basis.

  Pentax 645Z -Tremendous purchase. Works great, but I am going through a learning curve. Even at the lower price, it does not disappoint. I find the camera quite portable with easy to use buttons and menu system. And, best of all, I can now use all my quality Pentax 67 lenses with the excellent Pentax adapter.   Canon EF 500mm First off, Quality Rated products got the lens to me quickly. And I threw the lens on right away. Shooting with a Canon 90D, the 500mm looks amazing. The bokeh the lens produces is amazing. I love the way this lens makes my photos look in low light. Also works amazing with off-camera lighting equipment. Would certainly recommend.

  Excellent Very good service. Part-ex. in against a new (used) camera. Prices for my gear were very fair. No price haggling after they received the cameras and lenses. Camera supplied to me (G7X Mark II) was 'as new'. Parcel service via DHL worked perfectly. Prices involved a payment back to me.   Go Pro forces one to purchase new recharging units. Go Pro could have designed this to plug into wall, but decided to make more money by breaking it apart and selling separately. Every new camera release Go Pro forces one to purchase new recharging units. Purchasing on Quality Ⓡ Products took a bit due to lack of stock, but that is Go Pro fault.

  Great Camera I recently purchased the Fuji xh2 Mirrorless Digital Camera from Quality ® Products and am very pleased with both the camera and my Quality ® Products' experience. The camera came promptly and was very well packaged with all elements in perfect condition. Quality ® Products did a GREAT job shipping and delivering ON TIME, and flawlessly. In fact, at the time of ordering, Quality ® Products was the only outlet I could find both the body and lens as a kit, AND, they even threw in an excellent FREE accessories pack that include the PERFECT bag for this camera and lens! I Would definitely order from them again!

  I have just purchased a Sony a7S III camera from Quality ® Products. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and understood my needs as their customer. They gave clear explanations and had a detailed knowledge of their various products. Their approach was to show me the camera that they thought was best suited to my needs and were, I think, pleasantly surprised when I decided to go for the next model up, a decision that I do not in any way regret. After purchase I had an issue with linking the camera to my phone using the dedicated software. They went to a lot of trouble to get it sorted and fixed. That is the kind of service which will not be available on line and almost certainly not from a larger more general store, yet the price that I paid for the camera was comparable with prices online and elsewhere. I strongly recommend this shop for thoughtful pre-sales advice, helpful service at the point of sale, and supportive after-sales service, too.

  I have been using Dom for many years as I am a semi pro photographer and always found him knowledgeable, honest and keenly priced.   I spoke with their sales and explained that I wanted a portrait/street lens and said I was considering the Sony 90mm f/2.8 lens. He commented that was a excellent new lens, but said he felt this lens would be more effective. So with their superior customer service I purchased this lens and find it to be excellent. So kudos to Sony and Quality rated products for having such an impressive member in sales. Would recommend them to anyone

  The Sony FX3 camera is amazing especially at the price. I'm in the military so initially I was going to buy the camera from a military exchange, until I found that Quality rated products offered the same price with all the extras included.   I have bought at least 4 cameras from this company and each time their service has been excellent. I ordered my latest camera in the afternoon, and went for standard delivery, so was very surprised when it was delivered by 2pm the following day. Nothing is too much trouble for this company and it doesn't matter which of their reps you talk to, as each one is very pleasant and very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. A truly 5 star company.

  Sigma 105mm f/2.8 I love this lens! It is very sharp and the bokeh it produces is milky smooth. Used it to take some portraits that came out amazing. So glad I purchased this lens. If you are thinking about it, just go get it. especially at the great price from quality rated products.

  Website said the camera was available in the color I wanted so I bought it. Website also said delivery between 3-5 days. On day 3 after purchase, received an email telling me they could not supply the camera in the color of choice. Item then took more than 2 weeks to arrive. No compensation was offered.

  Bought a Rokinon 100mm f/2.8 lens and the product seal was broken when it arrived. The sticker clearly states do not accept product if seal is broken. Contacted Quality rated to ask for a refund and they refused to admit that the seal was broken even when I had sent photos. I would never buy from them again.

  The order went to the old address and was lost. When FedEx refused to take responsibility for the stolen delivery, Quality rated Products gave us credit for 50% of the cost of the item. Because they did that, we reordered the item from them. Very good customer service

  I found staff at Quality (®) Products very helpful in choosing a camera. I chose an Olympus compact system and the main thing I found helpful was the Olympus scheme to borrow a camera for 2/3 days. This store is the only one in Liverpool operating this scheme. Thanks to staff at the store.

  I needed a new camera bag fairly quickly as I was going on holiday and knowing I needed one, had left it til the morning of my flight. Researched what I wanted and gave them a call. They were really helpful and had it in stock and agreed to leave it aside for me to come in and collect. When I came in, they knew exactly what I wanted and were ready so very impressed with the service. Most importantly, they were friendly and helpful. The same product was available on Amazon for a lot less and whilst I did not have the luxury of time to wait, I'm happy I got this from Quality ® Products. When it's time to replace my DSLR (which will be soon I'll be definitely coming back).

  Lensbaby Velvet 56mm f/1.6 A great experience in the realization of portraits and urban photos applying effects from the lens and not on the computer. Fine lens, great build and will be a very creative tool in my kit. This is an excellent store. They stock all sorts of cameras and equipment.
