  I was told that the product I ordered (Epson V800 scanner) had been discontinued and therefore no longer available. I now find that this is incorrect and that it can be purchased although it is in high demand and currently out of stock.

  Great customer service, needed a spare genuine Nikon battery so called to check it was in stock, the person confirmed and then physically checked it was there as it was the last one. Ordered and arrived next day and cheaper than Amazon, happy to use again in the future.

  I've ordered a lot of equipment from Quality ® Products over the last 3 years and I've always been so impressed with the service and delivery speeds.   Even without the current challenges delivery would have been good but given our worldwide restrictions, delivery was astonishingly good. The price was much better than elsewhere and I could get the EF adapter so that I could use my existing glass. After 2-3 weeks use I am still marveling at the camera's capabilities.

  When I called to make sure the nikon d810 I wanted to buy was still there so I could go and collect it I was told, in an abrupt manner, to leave my name and number so the lady "could get back to serving customers". I want to support local business but that is not my idea of customer service - so I bought the camera (and a Nikon 70-200 f2.8) online.

  I ordered the L bracket in store. Only issue was how long it took for the item to be back in stock and then delivered. Very happy with the bracket and the benefit it now brings to easily changing the camera between portrait and landscape on my tripod

  I had a good experience with Quality (®) Products. Fairly easy to find what I wanted to order and they had some package deals with some extra accessories for the same prices that other companies were charging but offering less items. I ordered online late on a Saturday after they were closed and on Monday I got notification that my items were shipping out and they provided the tracking information. The items arrived safely, securely packaged, on time as promised.

  I'm a professional advertising photographer who has been to every North Carolina photo store and this is my absolute fav. As a loyal customer for 30 years and I love this store for a bunch of reasons. It's a family owned business that cares for its customers, providing them with great service and advice.   Best in the business! "Bought a hardly used Canon EOS Rebel T100 camera with a used OEM battery, a used aftermarket battery and a charger. After 3 days the aftermarket battery died. I contacted Quality (®) Products via online chat and to my surprise they offered me a refund to cover the cost of a new aftermarket battery. I didn't know that their warranty covered accessories."

  I tried ordering an Focusing Screen cleaning compounds from them through Amazon during the Christmas season and didn't get it during the delivery window. 6 months later I still have no assistance from their customer service getting a refund or getting a new package sent out. they have just been pushing the blame on FedEx and it's their fault and they filed a claim. but filing a claim doesn't mean you'll get a new package or a refund so now I'm out $150 and they still haven't provided a solution. very uprofessional.

  Great price on optics, and shipping was impressively fast. I ordered them Tuesday afternoon, and they were delivered Thursday morning.   Ordered a Sigma lens via their website. Next day received email saying it is not in stock, estimated shipment date is 3 moths away. They also said don't worry, your credit card will not be charged until it is shipped. It was charged very same day, though. They don't pickup phone. They don't return calls. It is now 1 month since they charged my credit card. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service and I will never buy from this company again.

  The staff are really friendly and helpful and they have good rates for the rental darkroom/film processing. It is a large store with all kind of photo equipment, but I especially appreciate their large in-store selection of film, photo paper, and darkroom equipment that I haven't seen in any other store.   The staff member Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my purchases. I ordered a camera and lenses and they were waiting for me in the store until the day I arrived.   I bought my Canon camera from here in November 2021 and the staff and service was great. Since then I have had numerous issues when visiting the shop with certain staff members being rude when I ask general queries regarding cameras/film etc. Not sure why this is but I am now much less likely to support the shop, as if I visit and am welcomed with rude staff I will find somewhere else.   Great experience with this place. I purchased online a Canon camera from them in Jan 2020. A few days back it stopped reading the SD card anymore. I went to them, they checked and noticed the card bay was damaged, they rented me a camera until mine will be fixed. Highly recommend them, fast , professional and very kind.

  I find the tone of voice used by some of your staff over the phone comes across as incredibly blunt bordering on rude. The level of service is very inconsistent, sometimes I love ordering from you guys, and other times I feel as I am a burden.

  Fantastic camera and lens... better than expected Best camera ever a different and better than my other cameras. Quality rated products is a great place to buy from everything that I bought from them was exactly as described their prices are almost the same as everyone else But I saved a fortune on tax since they were delivered to a different state. My only disappointment is that they use FedEx for shipping, FedEx broke every rule and did not deliver as promised.

  No problem with the camera or service, it was excellent. Only problem I had was the item was sent where I had to have someone present to receive the item and sign for it, which I didn't have and it caused delays in getting the item and I had to take off work and lose hours at work that I needed to be there to sign for the item.

  Pros: They are fast and efficient when sending the product, the quality is good, they do communicate effectively via email. Competitive prices against other New York based companies. Cons: Hard to get them on the phone initially but they will call back.

  Sadly, after 8 months of back and forth i am still without my camera. My Lumix S1R. I purchased for an excellent price from Qualityratedproducts.com. However after few months it broke and i had to arrange repairs/quotes etc. The communication, support and turn around have been poor. I cannot believe that i am still without the camera- i have held off reviewing because my previous purchase experience was good but i cannot recommend this level of customer service. I have asked repeatedly for a refund but told its not possible. Simply not acceptable.
