  Still haven’t received my order. Nobody seems to concerned with it. I had to call up a week after ordering it to find out what was happening with it. I was told I would receive a call back after a few hours I checked my email. Was notified via email it would be 3 weeks. Why the hold up I can purchase it from a number of retailers online and have it delivered tomorrow. Not a great example of bricks and mortar vs online shopping

  Shop assistants are polite. But not very careful. I ordered second hand lens from them and been told it has not got a lens hood with it so I ordered it separately and had to pay for delivery. When the lens arrived it was already with a hood so now I have two and I only need one. Planning to go and get refunded but obviously nobody will pay me back for delivery. So ask the shop assistants in Quality ® Products to check your order twice or three times

  Fast shipping, great product The RP is amazing and so many features. Quality Rated Products has an amazing price and their service perfection. Kit came in quick, no hassle with shipping. Camera works perfectly fine straight out the box, battery has no issues either. The 24-105mm is a great kit lens, definitely happy I went with this kit over the individual body + an individual lens.   I found this place online and came here last minute as I needed some essentials for a wedding video. Dom excelled in helping me look for a monopod and had thorough knowledge about all the equipment. I felt extremely welcome and would definitely recommend this place and speak with Dom. He went above and beyond to help me with my queries and concerns and even found some spare batteries for my camera. I will most definitely be using this place again and cannot recommend it enough.

  Buying from Quality Rated Products is excellent and trouble-free. The return experience is great as well. Selling used items to Quality Rated Products is not ideal though. I sold a Leica lens. I saw it advertised in the website for 3500 used but mine was only appraised for less than $2000 for the exact model.

  Canon EOS 90D I recently purchased a new 90D camera to use with a Tamron 150-600 lens for bird photography. IT PRODUCED EXCELLENT RESULTS. Overall I am very pleased with the 90D and also with the quick delivery service I get from Quality Rated Products. I decided to buy through Quality Rated Products rather than Amazon for a couple reasons. Quality Rated Products was slightly cheap but primarily, I thought if a problem by chance would arise I would be better off dealing with Quality Rated Products in getting results in correcting the problem.

  I have used this company for over a decade. They are superb to do business with and I recommend them to all my friends.   Popped in to pick up a lens for my camera. First time I've been here and was surprised at how many different products they stocked. They had the lens I was looking for in stock and the person who served me was very helpful. I was looking for a 2nd lens that they didn't have but he offered to order it for me. I declined but he let me look at the model above the one I was looking for. I will definitely be back for my next lens.

  I ordered my lens on a Saturday and expected a reply email to ensure the sale had gone through. Unfortunately I did not get one. It took me until I eventually got through to someone to confirm my order had gone through.   Advertised one price charged another I can not fault what I actually ended up buying, my complaint is that I was sent a number of emails advertising a product at a price yet when ever o used the link the price jumped by $100 ?? I asked and sent emails all of which were answered saying just call or services number and we will resolve this, that didn't happen every time I phoned I was told afraid that price is wrong !! Yet they still sent me further emails advertising it at the cheaper price , shouldn't be able to advertise at one price and charge another

  Very poor customer service. Be warned Had a fault with a 7month old battery for a Sony a6400, won't charge anymore. Customer service initially offered replacement or refund now won't answer emails and no one seems to want to help. Very poor service from them. Lucky for me really. When I went on website for contact details i saw a lense I wanted, glad I did not buy it now.

My only criticism would be the time it took to receive the item This may have been due to the carrier and not Quality®Products that was at fault, however the camera was well packaged and undamaged in transit.   Canon Extender RF 1.4x Seems like a design flaw in that you can't fully retract zoom lenses like the RF 100-500. But it gives you extra reach when you need it at the cost of only 1 stop.

  I would not recommend this company, I bought a camera not knowing it wasn't based in the united states. The camera has developed a fault but Nikon are refusing to repair it under warranty. I am still awaiting a reply from them regarding the warranty and what they are going to do about the fault.

  A great Camera, at a crazy good price, My Nikon D7500 delivered promptly and well packed. Prices were cheaper than those of the supplier I used previously. I haven't even played with any of the fancy stuff the camera can do, But I can say with absolute certainty that the camera is amazing.   I purchased a camera for my son online. They took my money but cancelled my order. They do not answer telephone but at first were replying to my emails stating systems were down but were doing refunds manually. Then weeks later they said they had refunded me but nothing ever reached my account. Now they don't even reply. I think this is my first and last purchase at quality rated products, if this ends up like this.

  I recently got in photography and decided I wanted a professional camera. So I saved up my money and bought myself one. Shopping on their website Was easy and their customer service is great! Answered all my questions multiple times before my purchase. Shipping was fast and easy, camera arrived before I thought it would. Most of the pictures turn out pretty well.   I was over the moon that I could get my Manfrotto tripod online & at such a reasonable price. The website was easy to navigate through. It arrived within the time that was quoted to me & well packaged. The tripod has been amazing, it folds up super small for my medium sized backpack. The bullhead is brilliant, very easier to operate.   Great lens for real estate Ordered a Canon lens, got email followed by very quick delivery of well-packaged parcel at a great price. Two days later, upon receiving the lens I put it on my 90D and started taking shots of the house in the evening. Wow ! the pictures were stunning and it works beautifully! So far, I haven't noticed any distortion around the edges, even at the lowest setting. The image are crisp and clean and the lens is helping me take this part of my business to the next level.   Ordered 2 items, one high value one low, included free next day delivery. The high value item was discontinued, but still available to buy and charged for. A refund was offered, but the low value item was sent by chargeable next day delivery rather than a cheaper suitable royal mail service. Postage cost was 40% of final invoice 🤣

  I normally always buy used camera gear, but when I saw the great price for a new Panasonic Lumix GH4 at Quality rated Products it was a no brainer.   I'm writing this review as a warning to prospective purchasers. I ordered a Panasonic Lumix G7 kit 10 days ago and paid via PayPal on the assumption that the claimed 2-4 day delivery meant something. It clearly does not! Yes, i was sent a UPS tracking number and yes I got 3 emails informing there was an update on shipping but everytime I check the information remains "ready for UPS" (in NY apparently). The "live chat" never elicits a response, nor has an email. Maybe the camera will turn up but I am having my doubts. Yes there was a $400 saving on high-street NY store prices but the uncertainty is beginning not to be worth it. I am beginning to wonder how accurate this platform's rating is. I get the impression this is a fly by night set up located in New York and dealing in the grey market. I suggest if you buy you do what I did and use paypal's pay after delivery system. I did and if I don't hear about the camera within 48 hours I will contact Paypal to cancel the payment. I will update this review if and only if the camera actually appears and soon!

  I just received my Canon EOS 6D Mark II that I ordered from quality rated products and I found the delivery and service excellent.   I would not recommend this company. They deliver damaged items and also don't have good customer service, My order was shipped on time but the tripod was just tossed into a box with no cushioning, so when it arrived, part of the box was damaged from where the tripod bounced around in the box during transit. For something such an expensive product, I would have expected proper care.
