  I purchased the Tamron 18-400 lens to replace two older canon lenses. I'm using it on a Canon T7i and am very satisfied with the results. This will be my go to lens for almost all of my photography, Love it. Great range for soccer & baseball. I haven't got to use it yet but it was packaged very and sent as soon as they received it Quality Rated Products did a very good job as always

  Incredible Camera I went to Quality ® Rated looking for the Sony a7R IIIA and it wasn't in stock but they told me I could purchase one and they would send it to me when it was back in stock. It arrived faster than I expected and in perfect condition. Sales associates were very helpful and friendly.

  B and W superior quality Worth the expense Like the staff and service from Quality (®) Products, the exceptional quality and results from B and W glass cannot be matched. As a professional I learned that when one spends $2,200 dollars on a lens to put subpar (cheap) filters in front results in lesser quality in your images. In all my experience B and W glass has always been outstanding.

  Very fast delivery and free shipping. I have no complaint except for the the fact that I ordered the wrong part. I was unable to see in the description and picture that it did not have a screw connection but instead just had a pressure connection. That is all on me; I can't blame Quality+rated+products. Normally I'd try to send it back, but these are not normal times.

  Go to B&H instead. Or Amazon. Awful return policy at Quality ® Products. Returned a Fuji X-HS2 - just poor quality. They charged me $50 restock fee. Said if I remove a bad rating they would give me my money back. RUN from Quality ® Products.

  Would not recommend. To be honest, I’d rather not waste too much digital ink as it’s painful to think back to how awful the experience was. The experience relates to viewing my photos and the unnecessary pushy behavior and even to the collecting my ordered pieces as well. It was awful to think that they took advantage. Don’t waste your money!!!!! Giving a one star is even being generous!

  Repeat customer, very happy to find Peak Design stocked in Manhattan! Used them twice in a short period of time to purchase Peak Design products. Immediate dispatch, fast arrival, everything arrived in great condition.   Bought Fuji XF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 . Excellent price from Quality ® Products' with genuine price reduction of over $200. Easily ordered via website. Delivered (free) 2 working days after order placed. I had a question which was answered swiftly and competently over the phone. I have only just unwrapped it and tested it once on my camera very poor light, because it is dull outside, with pleasing results.   I recently purchased a Nikon z6 ii plus 24-70 lens for my daughter. I initially spoke to Dom who confirmed that they had the camera in stock and that I could collect the camera that afternoon. Dom also gave me some good advice re the camera. I picked the camera up and received fantastic customer service from Dom in the shop. I will definitely be back for some lenses. After I checked out with the charger, an offer for a replacement battery from Watson, which I ordered. If the Watson battery had shown up as a substitute for Nikon, this could have been a single order with two items.

The staff are approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. They take the trouble to explain the features of each camera and only recommend products that are suited to each customer's needs.   FedEX Delivery service sucks I love Quality (®) Products great service state of the art products, however I chopped off 2 stars because Q(®)P only ships with USPS whose delivery service is awful for this far-flung customer, I always have to drive 25 miles to the USPS Depot to pick up my delivery they make NO attempt to deliver to this Californian customer.

  Was really disappointed to find out today that a special order I placed with what seemed a very helpful team member from Quality(®) Products turn out to be untraceable. I have waited 4 weeks. To top that off, trying to explain and get some action taken I called and spoke to a very unhelpful assistant named "Dom" and manager "Paul". This was unlike previous sales experience. Buyers beware of the inconsistent and declining staff quality and a general sense of "can't do" attitude from the Live Chat

  The description overview, that explains, that this place sells outdoor optics and God knows what, anything but photographic equipment and video camcorders, just about sums this place up, they don't really know what they are about. They talk the talk, however its rather like going into Boots the chemist, to ask for camera advice. Anything they dont know they refer to the internet...they cant even get the overview of what they do sorted...and their printing machines dont work very well.

  I think I bought my first LED TV (first ever of it's kind) from them years ago. Back when buying online was still newish. It lasted for 10 years before I sold it to someone.   After using Quality ® Products' online for years, I visited our local store today for some new lighting.   Very professional company, kept me updated with my delivery from ordering to delivery, tripod arrived on time and in good condition. Been using it for 4 days now and its been perfect. Quick to get setup, very sturdy while also lightweight. Bottom plate is brilliant and allows for easy setup of the camera.   Do not have anything to do with this company - their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered, I Bought a camera a month before our vacation but It died during our trip - would not power on after confirming that the battery was charged. Got back to their website and found out that I had to pay shipping to get it repaired under warranty. I Highly advisable to look for your video & photo gears elsewhere.

  Can't fault the ordering process Ordered my Canon Speedlite after reading a number of reviews online. The price was the best I found. Order process was easy and the package was received 5 days later. I use the flash primarily for real estate photography. Very simple to use and works extremely well. I tested in very low to no light situations and it was phenomenal to see my subjects still. I would highly recommend quality rated products and will be purchasing more equipment from them soon

  Super fast shipping, bought a Canon EOS 6D Mark II that arrived in less than 36 working hours, perfect packaging with even air cushions, The quality of the pictures are so sharp. I look forward to shooting a wedding with it. My only complaint is the focusing points which are all cramped in the center of the screen or viewfinder. But, I'm happy with the camera over all; especially for the discount i got. I shall certainly be looking to buy more kit from Quality Rated Products when I need it.

  Good grip for the price. I had to have one replaced because the camera would not connect with the grip sometimes. Quality rated Products was easy to work with and they had me a new one within a week. The delivery was normal however no tracking info was provided so I just had to wait and see when it would arrive which could be a problem if your not normally there to receive packages. Other than that there are no complaints at all. Will be using this company again for sure.

  So easy to order, shipping was very fast and my Canon EOS 6D Mark II camera arrived earlier than expected, the camera is phenomenal, image quality is great, and it’s well worth the investment and upgrade, without breaking the bank.   This is disgusting! I purchased a camera from this website, The website said the order had be completed, they took the money from my account, but never sent me an order confirmation. I have tried emailing them - no reply. I have tried calling - no one picks up the phone. I would recommend that you stay well away from them.

  Love this little shop, stumbled across it by accident when exploring the city and very glad I did. Sold me a fantastic 70-200 2.8 and my first proper film camera which I've not put down for longer than a day since I bought it. Will definitely be making another visit when I return to the city.
