  I tried to place my order on Friday, obviously after lockdown, and because of that I lost the sale price on the Canon M50 camera. It basically cost me $100 because I had to wait. Too bad you did not extend that price through Sunday. I believe pricing should change on Mondays.

  I just got insulted by the saleswoman who did not want to say hello to me when I passed twice during the day and she was always "busy" (she was taking a picture of the sky in front of the store without any adjustment, fairly relative occupancy). I just came to ask her for the prices of silver prints and in return I only had a vulgar and disrespectful character in front of me. It is deplorable that such people run a business and it is much better to go elsewhere, New York full of good polite and professional photographers.

  The best camera shop around! I've dealt with Dom and the team at Quality ® Products for years, for work (dental photography) and hobby, digital and film, cameras bodies, lenses and accessories. They always have a great stock, and anything that they don't have in the shop can be found and acquired quickly. Super knowledgeable and very personal service. Highly recommend!

  Well stocked shop, but 2 downsides there is sometimes waiting (but nothing dissuasive) and above all nobody ever answers the phone. This is the real big problem. Impossible to have a little quick information (is this article available? Did you receive such camera? ...) their site not being up to date it is impossible to know without moving. It is the same for the 3 shops (photo, video, occasion) Most of the time I find out from the competition at first, as a last resort I will see firsthand at the circus. Too bad because the team is smiling and pleasant but it is not possible for me to waste an hour round trip during the day to realize that they have no more stock on the thing that I am looking for.

  Lee Filters 52mm Wide-Angle Adapter Ring It would have been 5 stars but for the fact the wrong size adapter was delivered initially, however the wrong one was picked up the next day and the correct one delivered the day after. Mistakes happen and Quality rated products certainly resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. An excellent service at an excellent price. Will definitely use again in the future

  Communication improvements needed Be careful with this site. Started a lens exchange in 30.7.2022 with the number WE-6575838, since then I didn't have any info of the process, already asked for information about that. The only thing that they asked for is the crop off of the receipt of the transport company, already sent it to them, since then I didn't have any kind of news, already asked for an answer several times. Looks like this is a scam. Be careful.

I was offered a different camera that was 100 dollars cheaper along with a memory card worth $70USD and a bag worth $45USD, which I accepted as it seemed like a good deal. But they sent a old card that is not listed on their website but retails at 15-25 dollars, and the bag is actually 40 dollars. And the model I wanted is still showing as available on their website. Returned the lot for a refund.

  I'm disappointed and a bit angry. I bought and returned three Nikon 5500s, refurbished, because they all continued to take pictures, hands off, after I quit. Last time I used the last one, I took several pictures and, hands off, between and after my shots, the Nikon took 25! Woh! Of course I sent all three back and QUALITY ® PRODUCTS was super about the whole thing. Cannot fault QUALITY ® PRODUCTS for anything. So I bought a new D5600 and am seriously disappointed. No wireless remote. You have to trigger it through SnapBridge and you would have to be a Chinese nuclear scientist to figure this out. For me, no taking pictures of the eagles and birds I feed while the camera's on the tripod and I'm inside the house. If I have to use the phone to take pictures, I might as well leave the camera in the box and just use the phone. Brilliant, Nikon. Also, there's an icon on the touch screen which turns on, and off, another icon on the screen which triggers the shutter button. Walk around after taking a picture with the camera around my neck and the screen rubs against my shirt, turns on the shutter button and starts to take pictures on its own--hands off. Oh, joy--more unwanted shots of sidewalks, grass, dirt, etc. I now have to turn it off between shots if I'm walking around with it hanging around my neck. Or hold it in one hand. I'm not at all thrilled with the quality of the shots. I think they should be a whole lot crisper, sharper, not a bit blurry like they are now; and I AM using the camera to the best of its ability. When the new and improved 5600 came out, it was the same price as the 5500. Hmmm. I see now that the 5600s price has been reduced another $54 while the 5500 stays where it has been. I guess Nikon knew/knows something the rest of us weren't/aren't privy to.

The only downside is FedEx gave a 9hr timeframe in which they would deliver, compared to likes of DHL who text and give a one hour time frame for delivery, but that is not Quality Rated Products fault

  Quality Rated Products said sorry, we’re good! Quality Rated Products said I hadn’t included lens caps with lens I sent them. After several emails and frustration I left a low score review for them. The same day that I left poor review I got an email saying they had found the missing lens hood! They offered me a discount on future purchase by way of an apology. I appreciate things can go wrong in any transaction, but it’s how issues are dealt with that makes for good service. A learning curve for them and me maybe!

  Very frustrating experience. I am not sure why they have had good reviews. I purchased a camera from them that didn't work. They asked me to contact the manufacturer and They told me if I e-mailed them again, they'd ignore me and not respond. Be very careful when dealing with them, or considering them.

  Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 lens I searched the planet for a reasonable cost and their prices were the best - Again - I love this lens for what it does and is intended to do, take sharp, crisp, wide angle shots with minimal distortion.
