  Would highly recommend to anyone In short, Quality Rated Products exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Unlike a number of other places I visited when shopping for a lens, there was never a sales pitch or any pressure. Working with Luke always felt conversational. They took the time and care to ask what I was looking for and listen to what I had to say. I don’t usually write reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Needless to say I’ll be back for my next camera .

  I bought a lens from them at a price that was too good to be true and on top of that, they added a couple of filters worth around $40. I checked them out online before ordering, crossed my fingers - and ordered! The lens came promptly, perfectly well packed and Everything works great, I do a lot of wedding photography and this lens is perfect. I cannot recommend quality rated products strongly enough, and will not hesitate to make further purchases from them.

  Everything was perfect! The packaging was way more than I expected - absolutely beautiful. OH! and the Tiffen Filters were completely stunning. I will admit to being a bit skeptical purchasing online, but was proved wrong. Purchase with complete confidence.

  Avoid buying online! I ordered a Sony camera on Friday which was in stock at the time. To be able to place the order you first have to create an account. Having placed the order I was expecting the usual confirmation email but nothing arrived, Not a happy experience.

  The lens was listed as used but it looks brand new to me and it works perfectly, as if it were new.   I have previously ordered from other suppliers but the service I experienced from Quality rated was exceptional. Having ordered a Panasonic LUMIX lens I had been wanting to purchase for some while, I took the plunge and ordered from them in the Monday morning, It was clear that many customers had had good service previously. I have a very courteous acknowledgement to my order and was advised as to how the order would be dispatched. To my amazement, I subsequently received an email and was also given a tracking reference. This worked well and the lens was delivered here today. I'm definitely happy with my purchase.

  Quality Rated products did a great job on the process and delivery. The camera arrived on time and without any damage.   Nikon D500 I absolutely love the camera. I upgraded from the Z5 and noticed an awesome difference in speed in low light situations. I highly recommend this lens.   Great Service Quality Rated Products made the purchasing experience very easy and was very professional. They contacted me to ensure I was indeed the one making the purchase as it is a expensive piece of equipment. I received the camera a day before the estimated arrival date. So I have had it only a week and I love how small it is and and how well it performs in a variety of lighting conditions - including low light. Also the battery life is insane! I took it on a week long trip and only needed to charge the battery a couple of times which was great because I had more limited access to electricity, Can't wait to take it on more photoshoots and continue to test its limits. I would purchase from Quality Rated again in the future

  Just awful - avoid I bought a camera + accessories from quality rated products recently. The price on their website looks quite cheap compare to other US sellers. However, when they shipped the products, I was charged the import duty for $64 which increased the original price massively. I will never buy from them again neither

  Couldn't really ask for more. The order took a few days for them to get the camera from their suppliers. Once shipped the camera arrived in 3 days. Customer Service was excellent with fast and prompt communication. The camera itself was genuine and as described and it's capable of taking great photos. It is one of the cheapest weather sealed options available. It is a very great entry into the world of photography. The kit lens works well enough, Will definitely shop from them again!!

  I ordered a Panasonic LUMIX G85 two months ago. The delivery company was FedEx and they failed to deliver my package. Probably the driver stole my package. So I do not have the camera and I lost $600 plus my time and the money what I spent to call PayPal because of this. Never use them! If you have anything problem then you are on your own

  Tamron SP 150-600 I purchased it and within a month or two focus was soft at full zoom. I thought I just got the odd bad one. So I exchanged it for another Tamron 150-600. It had the same problems. Quality ® Products Has a great return policy. One you can count on. E-mailed Tamron about the problem received no response.

  Tiffen 58mm Circular Polarizing Filter I use it for car photography and also around water and seems to work great and get rid of un wanted reflections (like the car window). Always purchase Tiffen filters. They are inexpensive and have superb quality.

  Good service, but stock is not transparent. You won't know when you will get your order. The website won't show this. It can be two days, it can be 4 weeks. The shop owner will help you out with problems, however communication can be a struggle. Having to wait several days on a response. If you need very specific gear, he will get it for you and for a good price. If you need generic/popular astronomy gear. There are other shops that are more transparent with stock updates on their websites.

  The Z9 feels very solid and is easy to hold, and it does not feel heavy to me despite it's size. My experience ordering the camera, other lenses and accessories thru Quality ® Products was awesome and they are my go-to store in the future. Despite the Z9 taking 200 days to be delivered, every time I contacted Quality ® Products for updates, the reps were very friendly and tried to help me with any updated information they may have at the time.

  Had issues with the flash sync off camera, transmitter not syncing with wireless flashgun,got advised that's related to the mirrorless camera . Staff seriously do t have a clue, issue was the ID setting and the power of the battery in the end. Would not advise to go there. Very unprofessional

  Not that well. Wanted to try X100V, but they had no lenses. I suggested to use a lens from XE4, but they couldn't do that. Also QUALITY RATED PRODUCTs had low volume of cameras in stock. Thanks to Brexit.

  Came in to get my sensor cleaned on my Lumix GH5. They told me that it wouldn't be attended to until the following day so I would have to come back for it, but after 2 hours I got an email saying it was ready to be collected. Had I known I would have stayed for sure! Other than that they handled it well, got it back in the condition I left it + cleaned. Fairly priced and honestly it was still quick so I'm grateful. I'll definitely be using it again, 5* next time if they can get it to me same day :)

I think it could have gone a bit smoother if they communicated with me a bit better, I was constantly chasing the check up and it took over 2 weeks to do, I don’t mind waiting that but it was the fact I wasn’t told this, so after initially thinking it would be 5 days I was obviously concerned when i hadn’t heard from them. However once the check was done and was my original quote it took just over 2 hours for payment!

  This is in update to a previous review and response from Quality ® Products. After speaking with Quality ® Products regarding my complaint, I was assured it would be looked in to and pre orders were being dealt with fairly and canon had been ensuring equal amounts of stock. Upon my initial disappointment at the delay in receiving my EOS R7, I preordered with Quality ® Products a whole 2 months after my ‘preorder for first NY stock’ order with Quality ® Products. Today, I received an email inviting my to call Canon as they had my unit in stock. Still nothing from Quality ® Products, despite ordering 2 months prior. Lesson to be learned? Do not pre-order with Quality ® Products.

  Great deals I was looking for Rokinon 12 mm f2.0 E mount lens for a while and I got email regarding the daily deals. The lens was on discounted price (discount of $120).   Excellent all round experience. Quality rated products' had the best price for the camera I wanted I found online, plus a free case and cleaning kit. This was made even more appealing by the inclusion of a 2 year warranty - that I hadn't realized until I looked at the receipt. Delivered on time, well packed - I recommend Quality rated products' .

  Not great not terrible I placed an order for a Nikon D3s, paid partly with equipment exchange and the price difference with money (via PayPal). I am from Canada and at that point all went smoothly. As soon I payed the price difference I got a confirmation email stating that the camera has been packed and is due for dispatch with the courier DHL. They also gave a tracking number. After two working days I checked the status of the delivery, only to find that the package was send to West Virginia instead of Canada!!! I immediately contacted the company via email. I waited until noon the following day, but I got no reply. I repetitively tried to telephone the company but the lines are always busy. I email them again and then I got a response stating “The parcel was misdirect by DHL and we are retrieving it for relabelling. Delivery to the Canada can take up to 8 days. Unfortunately this time-frame will be extended due to the shipping error, but we will be refunding your delivery costs today. Once again, apologies for these problems. If you wish to cancel the order entirely, please let me know ”. I replayed that I wish to cancel the order and asked if I get a full refund. I got the reply that I would get a full refund as soon as QRP gets the package back. I found another D3s from another provider and I placed an order the same day, even if my cash flow is not unlimited (when you find a good deal there is no time to wait…).

  I first bought this Sigma Telephoto 105mm f/2.8 lens about 2 years ago to do portraits. I soon sold it as I upgraded my portrait lens. I should have never done that. It was awesome for that. Recently I've been getting into macro photography and this is a great lens for that. And I'm never gonna sell it again!!!

  Very pleased with the D780 I have owned this camera for 6 months now, and I use it for portraits and weddings. It has mirrorless capabilities with DSLR quality I love. Purchased refurbished from QUALITY ®™ PRODUCTS. QUALITY ®™ PRODUCTS shipped within hours of ordering via 2 day FedEx on a Wednesday, with expected delivery on Friday. It arrived in Portland OR Thursday afternoon but sat there until Monday morning. 2-day shipping turned into 5 days. Bad FedEx. Packaging was mostly okay, but the camera was in thin bubble wrap with the ability to move freely inside the white Nikon refurb box. Would expect a little bit better than that

  Came broken and Quality rated products fixed it I was really disappointed because I have heard for years that Manfrotto is the BEST on the market, and when I finally decided to order a Manfrotto tripod, it came broken on one of the clips on the leg. I wrote to Quality rated products and they didn't hesitate to change it for another one. The second one came good. Worth every penny! Quality product!

  I rarely return purchases but I recently purchased 3 close up filters. Two of the three had unacceptable chromatic aberration. Quality rated products' makes it almost impossible to find the link to submit a return request. Also, Quality rated products' has repeatedly done a poor job when packaging heavy items such as a wall mount bracket for a 55 inch TV. It arrived in a split open box.

  Mostly happy but sometimes customer service can be nerve-wrecking Quality Rated has good prices, good stock, and delivers promptly. When the transaction goes well they are really great. However, customer service is sometimes unhelpful, especially when dealing with odd situations. I ordered a package deal with a microphone and a mount. I received the mic and mount, but the mount was the wrong one for that size mic - it didn't fit. I returned the mount, but they were unable to exchange just the mount, even though the correct mount was cheaper than the one I returned. Their only offer was that I return everything for a refund. I ended up have to spend $200 to buy a new mount.

  I google searched for a Wide angle lens and quality rated products showed free shipping. Went to there site and placed the order. During the order process there was not an option for free shipping but rather a $23 charge for the cheapest standard shipping rate. I doubt I'll be buying from them again when they now generally have zero benefit over Amazon which offers faster free shipping.

  Worth the price tag! Purchased a Sony FE 70-200mm F2.8 lens online and it arrived the next day. The lens was exactly as described and it was was absolutely incredible. The image quality is excellent and paired with the A7RIII, I was able to get some really great shots. Will definitely use quality rated products again. Excellent service and communication

  Very satisfied with everything! My order was shipped the next day and arrived ahead of schedule. camera was well packed and in perfect condition. Package had everything I needed to take great pictures right out of the box. I bought additional batteries which I ended up not needing as the package comes with two and they last a very long time discovered. The camera is easy to use and takes very good pictures.
