  Useful if you need something in a hurry, this small camera shop sells quite a variety of cameras and lenses, both new and used, as well as bags and accessories. The prices, however, are less appealing and you'll find most items for sale cheaper (often much cheaper) online.

  Great shop, good range of stock at reasonable prices and nicely spread out layout-wise if you’re worried about maintaining social distancing. I usually pop in for film, their range of Ilford stock is quite good. Wish they stocked more color negative and slide though! I’ve bought from Dom the last few times I’ve been in, friendly and knowledgeable chap.

  My wife and I went to QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS today for a used lens and a monopod. We were served by Paul Wilkinson, who was a polite and informative member of staff who advised my wife on the best monopod and compact ball head for her camera setup, which she bought. He also let me inspect the lens I was interested in and was very pleased with the purchase I made. We are both regular customers of the store and would recommend to shop here for a rewarding shopping experience. Thank you Paul.

  I visited for an open day/photography show, so can't really comment about the store. The show had a number of stalls. Limited in terms of practical advice cross platform or for labs, lighting/ studio equipment. But fine if you want to see the latest cameras, lenses and tripods from Canon, Nikon,Sony and Manfrotto. A good choice of starter dslr's on the Quality Rated Products stall. Free sensor clean voucher for attendees. Worth visiting and I'll be back to see the store soon.

  I sent my expensive camera body next day delivery, had to ring two days later to get a confirmation as heard nothing from them. Had to press really hard to get it fixed in the time frame they gave me! I sent extremely well packaged, they returned very badly packaged, not really happy as I heard great reviews about them, won't be using again.

  Nikon support I brought my Nikon for service for a thorough cleaning. I was sent the message to be able to pick it up, when I got to pick it up a new problem appeared. I had to leave her and pick her up the next day. I arrive and there are two other small problems. It seems to me not very serious from an official service center.

  Poor service/comms salvaged by good PR Repair of 14-24 Nikon lens was delayed after being advised that the parts were in. Without any communication from Quality Rated Products I discovered that the parts were only partially received and those were then allocated to an alternative job without letting me know. Having complained, i was offered a rental lens until mine was completed as I was travelling abroad. Eventually my lens received and rental returned. Poor service and communication salvaged by courtesy and action to resolve the matter.

  I wish and hope that QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS will continue to serve those of us in the film crowd for many years to come. My only wish is that they would seek to purchase lots of film from Kodak and Fuji, even if discontinued, as these lots of discontinued film will continue to sell! I often find myself searching multiple sites for film as QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS has a limited selection of what is still available now. Their service though is great. No complaints there.

  Angelbird Card I have about 20 angelbird cards and I have not had any issues with any of them. Proper storage and care is pretty much all I do. I would recommend a case instead of just throwing them in bags like I see many people do. I use them with my Red Komodos and they work just fine in both of them. The transfer speeds are consistent as advertised. We also use them in a Pocket 4K from time to time and we do not get any dropouts with the cards versus external drives. A must have.

  Improvements needed I've checked availability of the item in my local store, and proceed to order online, (weekend). I though I could pick up the item on my way home after work during the week, but had to wait for it to be send from deposit anyway! No point of checking stock if it has to be send from warehouse, when placing the order I though it was from my local store. Wasteful way to do things. I think there's room to improve.

  Aftersales need to pull up your socks Purchased a Billingham bag. Firstly, I was sent a promo code for free delivery but the code wouldn’t work at check out. It actually added an extra $5, instead deducting it. I called a store and they were not aware of the promotion. They said they’d call back, which they didn’t. So I made the purchase anyway. Only to receive an email, that the item was no longer in stock. This was after they debited the funds from my account. The pending payment was cancelled, after a couple of emails but it has left me wondering about the quality of their website management.

  Problem with my 2 week old Nikon D5600, I was quite concerned about taking it back as reviews on customer service were worrying, however the manager was excellent and replaced my camera straight away. also the gentleman who works for Sony within the shop was incredibly helpful.... Thank you

  Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. There prices are as competitive as the likes of Amazon. Even if they were a few pounds more I would still prefer buying from Quality rated products. If we do not support the high street shops this expertise will not be available

  Excellent price, helpful customer service but poor delivery process Ordered a Nikon zoom lens. QUALITY RATED PRODUCTs offered it at a lower price than any other online retailer I could find. The lens qualified for free "Standard Two Day Delivery". Even better! I was notified by email that the item had been dispatched an hour after I ordered it. Excellent service. However, there was no information about the method of dispatch, no information for tracking the delivery, so no means of finding out which day I needed to be at home to receive the delivery.

  Excellent quality FPV! If new to FPVs, take your time and use DJI or other simulator software to get comfortable. The DJI FPV drone will require registration with the FAA as the drone weighs more than 250grams and if you intend to use this drone for commercial use, you will need a part 107 license.

  The peak design bag I ordered arrived next day as promised. I was impressed that I received a call to ask if I was OK with the fact that the outer packaging had been opened (this was the last one in stock). It wasn't a problem to me, but I appreciated the courtesy, if I had been buying as a gift it might have been an issue. The bag itself was in perfect condition.

  Great camera, great quality I don't really shoot very much video; I'm an enthusiastic amateur, not a pro, and I shoot mostly landscapes and dog shows. I finally bit the bullet and traded the Z6ii to QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS for the Z7ii. QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS treated me nicely on the trade up process, too. So happy with this purchase.

  Canon 80d purchase Fast service good price, the only reason I did not give 5 stars was the Camera was missing a power lead. I did not complain as I had a spare from other battery chargers.

  I purchased a Canon m50 from that was advertised as ex+ condition. The camera I received was badly damaged having been dropped. The damage was so bad the front panel of the camera was partially separated from the body around the control dial. I called customer service to find out how to get a refund and it didn't seem the person cared or was very used to hearing these kind of stories. I returned the camera and received a refund however they now have the camera I returned listed for sale with a condition of excellent instead of excellent+. I have pictures of the damage and wish I could post here. If you are looking at the M50 currently for sale buyer beware it's a damaged camera.
