  Great customer service! I dealt with Greg, who was professional and courteous. Received the tripod the next day as promised with tracking. So far after almost a week I haven’t faced any issues with it and am very happy with it.   Very easy company to do business with. The camera was delivered within a reasonable time frame and was in perfect condition. Actually, as far as I can tell, the camera functions perfectly.   I am passionate about photography and everything that is connected to it. I recently wanted to acquire new DSLR and a new 50mm EF lens. I found this website on the internet and asked customer support about the price and how it should be delivered. I was explained all the details and my order was delivered within a week right to my flat.   Best purchases this year The service before the sale was great, all my questions answered clearly. I used online chat through the site, email and direct phone call. Gave me lots of confidence I was making the right decision. The sales process was clear and simple. The camera was backordered but it was shipped before it was promised and it's is so easy to use, it is lightweight and fast, the focus is on point, images all come out tack-sharp.   Customer for Life! Greg was great help prior to my purchase. Surprisingly my order shipped a day sooner than expected and was received in two days. I am very happy with the camera and have been using it for the past few weeks. Video quality is incredible and the camera is perfect for my day trips and hiking trips as it is very light weight compared to DSLRs. Will purchase from them again.

  My experience was a bit confusing due to some confusion with delivery but overall was great for my first time buying a camera from a company like this. The camera was up to my standards and more. The zoom is amazing, the clarity and detail of the pictures are astounding for a point and shoot camera. I've yet to have time to explore the manual settings. But I especially love the Wi-fi share feature as I download my photos right after I take them onto my cell phone or home phone within seconds. Overall I'm really, really happy. Keep up the good work and I will keep coming back!

  Worst customer service I've ever had in my life! The camera worked well until a few weeks ago when the screen went black and now it does not turn on at all. not sure is this is a common issue but overall the lifespan is not great. Don't trust this company.

  Excellent choice of gear, a little pricey but what high street isn't having to compete with the likes of Amazon etc, the advantage here is try before you buy which will always win over the online competition. I've marked one star down for QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS still being stuck in the old school snobbery attitude, they have to understand that these days customers don't wear a dinner jacket to purchase a camera and come into the 21st century, once you bring out the pound notes though their attitude soon changes but that's not the point. All things being equal they're well worth a look even if you're outside the New York area. Recommended.

  Got a nice used lens at a good price, however, I asked if the lens stabilization worked with the camera stabilization and was told it does, but it doesn't. I don't think the lady on the phone understood how it all works and on another occasion about stabilization, I was told to check with Canon. No real harm done, the lens works well and I should have done my own research possibly, especially as a novice. I would still shop there again though.

  really a pleasure to use this site. Had just the item I was looking for in stock (and it is pretty rare item - a pocket wizard MC2 that only works with Einstein flashes) and free shipping. My go-to-source for photo and video equipment. Keep up the good work. There are no more local professional camera stores in Northern California. Sure there is Amazon but I like that I can call Quality R* Products and get knowledgeable people on the line.

  I needed to amend a delivery address but couldn't get through on the phone. I called and left a voicemail (June 17th 10:00am) and received no response. Called again later that day but still no one answered. I also tried via the chat line on the website but was unable to resolve the problem. From a personal perspective their aftersales service leaves a lot to be desired. I've awarded 3 stars because the item (delivered to the wrong address) matched the description in the advert.

  Replacement Ball Head Parts Long-term customer. Breadth of available items is exceptional. With this particular purchase it was a bit more difficult to find the items, since they are listed as "accessories" and do not show up immediately even when the complete manufacturer's part name is entered.   At the beginning of May I put down a film for development as well as my Canon AE1 film camera to install a new rewinding crank. Rapid development, sent a few days later. On the other hand for the crank it is another story. 10 days after depositing the AE1 I send an email to find out if the part has been changed. No answer. I wait a few more days, to send a message again (on Twitter this time). I am told that indeed, we forgot to reply to my email, and that the corresponding part is still being sought. I take note of it and ask to be kept informed. We are currently at the tail of June. I no longer heard from this exchange (so 2 ​​weeks ago). In short, I do not find it normal to have no information, no follow-up concerning a device left for repair. That a part is wanted is quite normal, but the least thing (it seems to me) is to keep the customer informed.

  I just got a film camera, I just got screwed for the first and last time in this place. $30 to tighten a screw even not lost and $19.80 the print + digitization without development and I still have not received anything !! At this price the speed could at least have been there, but like the sympathy of the man who received me it is NON-EXISTING !!!

  I was shopping for an iMac. Wish there was a way to filter by screen size. I didn't see any, perhaps I overlooked it? It was difficult to figure out the difference between the different offerings because #1- The same screen size wasn't grouped together. There were 21.5" and 27" mixed together, making it hard to know which one you looked at already. (when you went back it didn't always bring you back to the one you were looking at). #2- The item titles were basically the same. The only difference was the listed price. (It would have been nice if there was some sort of distinction, like RAM size, in the title). Once you sorted through the many options, the rest was easy. Great pricing, love the cryptocurrency pay idea.

  Great place, just a little expensive now. Used to be a great place for Australians to buy cheap electronics, second hand cameras, computer accessories, etc, but now Amazon and Ebay are cheaper. Not much in it normally, about 5-10%, but cheaper is cheaper.

  IF YOU R LOOKING FOR STUDENT PRICING, DO NOT SET UP A STANDARD ACCT IF YOU DO THEY WILL MAKE YOU STAND ON NAILS IN ORDER TO GET CHANGED FOR STUDENT ACCOUT PRICING. THIS HAS COST ME ABOUT $900 OVER COURSE OF DOING BUSINESS. But my personal problem w/ Quality R* Products that will not accept my student ID credentials w/o paperwork they do not require from any other student. The only reason I can see is that I had a regular act. prior to trying to set up student acct. So they realized that since I was already paying higher price, why should I pay less simply because they hide their student prices far more than other retailers. I fulfilled all the necessary criterial they establish per their own data. They just know that by asking for docs that are difficult and cost to obtain, I'm less like to pursue

  Customer service needs to improve I have been a loyal Quality R* Products customer since 2016 but lately have experienced several problems with the company. I ordered 2 sets of micro SD card which never made it to me because FedEx lost them I did call FedEx did file a claim and they told me to contact Quality R* Products which I did it has been 6 weeks and have not heard back anything from Quality R* Products I paid the full amount to my credit card company without resolution of this issue.

  My Son is a videographer. He & I have purchased many lenses and Kodak film from QUALITY RATED PRODUCTs. The orders are always right. Only once did I have to return an item (that I ordered incorrectly) and it was easy-peasy.

  Please read this is what I experienced with Quality R* Products I would avoid buying from them find an honest LEICA dealer. As I have previously stated the Leica CL should have been inspected at you end making sure it was fit for sale before being sent to my local dealer. I paid my local store to receive the camera (see attached) you should have be decency to accept fault and return this $130 payment.

  Terrible Customer Service. Delivery was perfect but the kit items were literally useless. The memory card didn't work. The quality of the battery and the charger was very bad and the bag was too small for the camera. I really expected more from quality rated products.

  Quick and easy to find what I was looking for. I was about to purchase a Sony ZV-1 on Amazon for $805 plus tax. I happened to find the exact same thing on quality rated products for $678 with No tax. I placed an order in about 2 minutes and it shipped very quickly. The shipping box is dented but fortunately the camera still works. can't wait to really start using it to create amazing videos. Thanks again for the great service.

  I needed to get a telephoto lens for my sports photography. I called to inquire and Jack gave excellent advice on buying, The lens he recommended worked out really well.   Fantastic product and service I ordered my Digital Camera on Monday and It arrived from New York on Thursday. I was amazed at the speed of the delivery, especially as it was over the Weekend. The camera was very well packaged and was fantastic value for money. can't wait to take it when I travel or go camping. The only thing I didn't like was not having an eye piece to look through for photos. Other than that, the shopping was easy and the camera has everything I need to family snap shots, nature, or anything else.

  Online shopping doesn't get better than this! I Bought a telephoto lens for my DSLR camera that was backordered on B&H and Amazon but Quality Rated had it in stock. Order was processed as soon I completed the payments and was delivered 4 days later. Everything now works great and as expected. For a lens with a relatively cheap price, I would never have expected the kind of customer service I received. I would give 10 stars if I could. If only buying online was always like this.

  Model is great. Item defective Shortly after I started using this battery, it started having connection issues. My camera won't stay on for more than a few seconds while using it. Unfortunately I was just outside of the return window when I found out it was defective. QUALITY RATED PRODUCTs customer service Sony customer service so I wouldn't wait around to find out if it works properly. QUALITY RATED PRODUCTs will take care of you within their time frame. Sony on the other hand is already a nightmare to work with and I haven't even gotten my replacement fully initiated. Great battery model. Disappointed that I can't use it :/

  Nikon ML-L7 for Nikon Coolpix In looking for a remote shutter release for my Nikon Z50, the Quality rated products' search result showed the Nikon ML-L7, but the highlights only specified that it works with the Nikon COOLPIX P1000. Buried deep in the Z50 manual is the fact that the ML-L7 in fact also works with my Z50. So I bought it!
