  I would not recommend this company. I am not to pleased with the product I received. I wished I would have purchased one without the cord. In addition the site recommended the tripod holder for the product. This is a mismatch for the product and the holder. The instructions even shows the larger remote product.

  As usual first rate service from all at QUALITY RATED my local go to supplier. Purchasing something as important as a camera is so much better at a local retailer with ready access to after sales service, advice and support rather than doing so on line.   Great Service Pre ordered the Olympus 150-400mm f/4.5 Pro lens and OM-1 from them. I was very lucky to get one the early consignment of the 150-400mm lens from them and have just recently received the OM-1 from. Great service from them, always got back to me quickly with any updates on how long they thought my items would take. Highly recommended.

  Good service, competitive price. Really pleased with the price I got for my purchase with Quality+rated+products which was $70 cheaper than other dealerships.   You need to improve your delivery service ! I have written to you separately on this but I will repeat it here . You provide 5 star service in all respects apart from final delivery where you are let down by your chosen partner FedEx, hence I have given you only 3 stars . In 2022 a delivery company should be able to offer delivery slots of around an hour but not FedEx who make you wait in all day by saying the product will be delivered between 9am and 6pm . That is hopeless and unnecessary as their competitors demonstrate , also my last but one delivery from you was crushed and the lens inside only survived due to your excellent packing . Please change to a modern delivery service rather than one that has not moved with the times .

  Camera worth buying! My a6000 was shipped quickly with no problems with the packaging. For the price, you get a fair amount of choices if you want to stick to native lenses. While some may argue that the quantity of choices are low, expanding to vintage lenses with the right mount still have a great image quality.

  Superb experience from start to finish Item was out of stock when I looked at it so I set up a ‘stock arrival’ email notification and was quickly contacted by the company to tell me when new stock was likely to arrive.   Great product, appalling courier service. Product absolutely fine. However your carrier FedEx are an absolute shambles. Tracking said out for delivery Thursday. Not delivered taken back to depot. Friday never left their Manhattan depot,Saturday still in depot. Eventually delivered Sunday. Weekend of photography missed due to their appalling service. Please change your courier or I will have to take my business elsewhere.

  Purchased a used Tamron 18-400mm lens that appears in very good condition & as described. I am very pleased with this. Also purchased a used Formatt Hitech 72mm Firecrest ND 3.0 Filter. This was advertised as in condition 9 with very minimal scratches. On inspection during a period of bright sunlight, I found numerous circumferential scratches on the glass around the edge of the filter. These will probably not effect the image but feel that the quality was not as advertised.

  My order was sent to the wrong address My purchase was a pre-order for a new camera so I knew the delivery time would be long. It finally came into stock just before I was going on holiday and so QUALITY RATED PRODUCTs said they would hold my allocated stock for me to pay and arrange delivery when I was back. When I called them to arrange delivery they had re-allocated the camera to someone else and I was then in for what turned out to be another month waiting for stock to come in again. To be fair they apologized and gave some money off as an apology but their stock control was not good on this occasion. I do trust Quality Rated Products though as a company and yes I will continue as a customer

  C100 Mark II I am in love with everything about this camera. Incredible value for the image quality. You certainly need to know how to use it, but if you're an experienced videographer/cinematographer than you'll easily master this camera. Overall I am super happy with this camera and look forward to years of creative use.

  Great service I found the website but hadn't heard of the company before. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to give them a go.   Customer satisfaction seems to be an extremely high priority with Quality+rated+products. Telephone calls about products and equipment questions were always answered with enthusiasm and willingness to assist the customer. Even though I wasn’t able to get new equipment from Olympus, I was able to secure the camera and lens I really wanted from the used department which turned out to be more suitable for me. My camera and lens arrived as quoted and packaged very securely.

  Misled me on dispatch. Poor customer service I received an email to say my Nikon lens had been shipped. 4 days later they emailed to say they would provide a tracking number but after 8 days had heard nothing more. Eventually they advised that the stock was 'damaged' and had nothing to send me. So the first two emails were pure fiction and seems unlikely to me that they ever had the stock in the first place. Just wasted a lot of my time......

  Although the initial contact was good, unfortunately it stopped there. I received my camera in the time allotted but the tamper seal was broken. I could see no reason for this other than someone else may have already had the camera and returned it. I wrote to them twice and still have still not received a reply.

  Untrustworthy company Ordered a Leica M10 Monochrom, sales department confirmed it was in the shipping department and leaving out. Waited a few days (they charged my card) and never got a tracking number. Contacted sales and they told me it was out of stock and my order never went to shipping and I didn't get one...after confirming it was in shipping and leaving that day and charging my card. Shady as hell. Buyer beware.

  My experience: I needed help on setting up my Zhiyun gimbal. Both Bonnie and Dominic (please look for them at the shop) spent two hours to help set up the device for me and also educate me on the product. I strongly recommend this place for camera, photography, videography, drone equipment, product advice and most importantly service. This is my go to place. Support local as well.

  No problem with the camera or service, it was excellent. Only problem I had was the item was sent where I had to have someone present to receive the item and sign for it, which I didn't have and it caused delays in getting the item and I had to take off work and lose hours at work that I needed to be there to sign for the item.

  I ordered a telephoto lens and the website was very clear and easy to use. Once I submitted the order quality rated products kept me informed regarding timeframes for the delivery.   Their website has many problems but the customer support is wonderful. I have a lot of issues with the site, including the last purchase where the site changed my billing address during the checkout. I entered the correct address, then I made sure it was correct but just before I submitted the order I noticed the address had been changed. Then it took me several mins to figure out how to correct it because it wouldn't allow me to just go back to a previous step and correct it. I ended up having to create a new address because your website wouldn't let me correct the billing address.

  I recently purchased a wide angle lens and I have been really impressed with the entire process. I’m not a professional photographer, but the customer service team were helpful in getting the right specifications and an appropriate lens to go with my camera. I was kept updated with the delivery dates throughout. The lens arrived in good condition and works as advertised. I haven't used it for my landscaping photos yet, but I am excited to do so!

  Amazing - Better than expected. I bought a Canon EOS 70D from Quality rated products and am very happy with the purchase. Once I placed the order everything was straightforward and when I contacted customer service to have confirmation that the delivery date would be met, they were very polite and swift. There were no delays with my parcel, Out of the box it was intimidating at first with all the controls but I was able to set everything to auto and get started recording right away. I have been working with the camera for 2 weeks and I have had no issues. I am so happy I made the decision!! I can't wait to learn more about what the camera is capable of.

  A great travel tripod This is the second tripod from Quality Rated products and again, I am very happy with the purchase. the tripod was in perfect condition and came with all accessories. I was a bit skeptical spending 200 dollars on a tripod but wow I am impressed. So many adjustments, locks into place firmly. Have been using it for the past couple weeks and I have zero complaints.
