  Customer Service was great! staff are really helpful throughout the process of making the order right the way through to the end when you receive the camera. The order took a totally of 2 days from the day I ordered to the day I received, Delivery was on point and came on the day agreed.   I got my dslr within two days of ordering it. It went well till the returnable period. Then suddenly I found both battery and charger defective. Defective Battery is not charging with the defective charger. They approved the return and had me ship it back. They then refused my refund and tried returning the camera to me, They have now told me that I can call a lawyer cause they are not giving me my money back.

  I have recently received my Nikon D7200 and i an very happy with the quality, price and time from order to delivery. When looking to purchase a camera, my main concerns were low light capabilities, battery life, time-lapse capabilities, and cost. This camera exceeded all my expectations. the added features are what really sold me on it and I am incredibly pleased with the purchase.   The Fuji X-T4 is great camera I am a hobbyist photographer and the Fujifilm XT4 is way more camera than my current my skills for the moment. I waited for the release of the kit with the 16-80mm lens, so I signed up for updates when available through the app. Quality Rated Matter sent me updates every week or so to let me know the item I wanted was not in stock yet. Once it arrived, I ordered it that day and received it within 2 days. I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to growing my skills to match the capabilities of the XT4, as well as future business with Quality Rated Products.

  Best Quality - Price Camera I am super happy with my purchase of the Sony alpha6000 - great camera for enthusiasts. Great camera, take pictures with a very good quality. I had to choose between Best Buy and Quality rated products, the price of the camera was the same but the difference was that Quality rated products was offering the accessory kit and also a better price for the extra coverage warranty for drops and spills. About the shipping, it was fast and with a safe package.

  Leica CL camera and Panasonic Lumix S 50mm f/1.8 Lens with UV Filter Kit The CL delivers the quality of Leica in a small camera that I can take everywhere. It's small and unobtrusive...the perfect solution. The small frame, the Leica build quality, and the retro look outweighed the cons for me. The picture quality is great. I look forward to many years with this camera. The whole online ordering process was seamless, delivery was on schedule and the item good quality.

  67 mm Carl Zeiss Circular Polarizer I use this product to photograph my artwork (oil paintings) for pre-production of prints. It helps cut down on glare when a high strobe wattage is required. The Zeiss filters are so good I won't use anything else. Prompt and was as ordered.good service

  Raynox Wide-Angle Conversion Lens Got this conversion lens for my Sony HXR-NX80 FULL HD NXCAM CAMCORDER. It does exactly what I need it to do: give me a wider field of view. This just came in today and tested it and works 100% as advertised zero distortion. Great Lens for being a underrated. Excellent service. Competitive price and quick delivery.

  I tried these KASE filters on an A7R IV and an A1. They fit, but loosely, as another reviewer mentioned. If the camera is past 90 degrees they easily fall out. They are off by a fraction of a millimeter. I believe these were originally manufactured for the A7III and the internal design has changed ever so slightly.

  Sony ECM-VG1 The sound quality didn't meet my expectations. The subject volume levels and background levels were basically the same. I was recording video and audio on a PXW-Z90, and the internal microphone gave me better quality. I returned the mic and got something else.

  Amazing Price/Value ration! The D750 is a real winner. The sale between Nikon and Quality Rated Products tipped the scale to purchase this product. I am not a professional photographer.   Great tool for Landscape Photography The Lee 4x4 filter holder kit is hands-down the best filter system available. I like to use filters while shooting landscapes. This Lee Filter system is very easy to use and straightforward. It seems to be well built and engineered. Build quality, ease of configuration and use, overall simplicity are all excellent.   The Canon imageFORMULA R10 Personal Document Scanner is a great device to help reduce clutter. Excellent small portable document scanner! I had to get a more convenient way to track our bills and receipts and having photos on my phone to pdf was a pain. This was such a simple solution and works great. This is a fantastic product.

  Sony purchase The camera was $200 cheaper on here than elsewhere. I looked at trade ins but process isn’t automated as it is on the largest trade in site, and I was impatient. Quote was competitive but not any different from the one I went with.

  Out of the box the camera came covered in some sort of sticky substance or adhesive granted the camera i purchased was as-is but if it is possible please try to at the bare minimum do a basic clean of the camera wipe it down and make sure there is nothing strange on the camera

  Think Tank Digital Holster I use the Think Tank Speed bag for most trips, but needed a small compact holster for my 5D3 and 24-105 on a dat excursion. The Digital holster was exactly what I needed.   I purchased this JVC GY-HM170 professional camcorder for filming part of a movie 8 Ball Clown, I like the quality, not a low light camera and it's performance. I did some minor filming for commercials in 4k and that went well - but that was outside in bright light. The handle is sturdy enough to take a beating, I mean gun and run you don't have to be gentle to the grip and the buttons. Sound quality is great.

  Impressed with the great customer service! Impressed with the great customer service and quick turn around time on the sensor clean of my Nikon camera. Quality Rated's equipment may be very overpriced, but at least you get decent customer service when you need it.   Why Canon? Why B&H? The Canon Vixia G60 UHD 4k camera came out on top of my search and there was no hesitation to have Quality Rated Products provide it. Now I have the task to learn how to use all the features built in but from the start this was exactly what I wanted and needed.   From Manual! Shop that since I understood is a rib of GiordanoShop. Great experience. Purchased a 50mm FE lens, which arrived very quickly. After a week he had problems with the autofocus and I contacted the shop. I explained the problem and they immediately sent me a new lens and simultaneously withdrew my fault. They were all like this !!!

  Quality Rated Products shipped my order the day after I submitted it. I received the film camera body and it was as described and packed well. The only problem was with FedEx, and it was just a minor delay. It was scheduled to be delivered on Mother's Day but arrived Tuesday. It was not a gift. FedEx kept me informed via text and email.

  Personally I cannot fault the delivery service from Qualityratedproduts.com or UPS I ordered the GoPro Hero 9 current $400 bundle direct from them on Weds night (11th May), it arrived today (Wednesday 13th May) at 11.39am. I used Express Delivery. Cannot fault Quality rated or UPS for the delivery service I've received.

  I have always loved the Pentax Papilio II bins I have purchased from QUALITY RATED PRODUCTs. Never had trouble out of any of them, I have a pair of Zeiss binoculars that may wife got me for Christmas fifteenth years ago. I have used these for hunting scouting and other things, that have been awesome. This year while hunting they wouldn’t focus, so I when to buy a new pair. The guy at the store told me to contact them so I did, they sent me a return slip and I sent them back not expecting much. About three weeks later I received a new pair of Pentax Papilio II binoculars, they went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely do business with them in the future, not many companies stand behind their products anymore hat’s off to QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS. Thanks

  D3500 I have ordered a lot the cameras from QRP. I have a d3500 and it is a great one to start in photography. I also have some accessories from the brand and the work pretty fine. Big plus was the Nikon academy to take some lessons as well.

  Great customer service and wide variety of products Great customer service, in particular, the seller responded promptly and modified my order at my request. The product variety and prices are outstanding. I bought 6x and 10x folding magnifying lenses by Modelcraft , and both were of excellent quality. The lenses were not in stock and it took about a month to get them, but I was not in a hurry. The UPS mailing service to USA was flawless. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Quality Rated Products.

  I purchased a lensbaby sweet 35 lens which came in it's original box. I don't think there was enough packaging inside the box as the lens was moving about. It didn't help that FedX had damaged the outer box and got the package wet. They had patched up the parcel but the lens box was wet and damaged. For something that cost $400 I'd expect a bit more care.

  Ordering was fine but the delivery had concerns The placing of the order was ok, the updates I got were ok but the condition of the parcel when I got it was terrible. It was delivered by FedX, one corner of the box was damaged and bust. It looks like it took a fall on the way, not great for a $2300 lens! Luckily the lens was fine. The box could have done with ‘fragile’ on the box. It may have been treated a bit better.

  Not new as advertised! Was excited when I opened the package but I realized that the Nikon D500 was used and not new. It looked like it was in good condition, but then I looked at the shutter count and it was over 2700.
