  Great film, easy in-store pickup Love that Quality ® Products keeps the 5pack of porta 400 at their local Wilmington store. Good price for portra 400 compared to local stores. Nice free delivery. Grain, as claimed, is one of the best for 400 ISO film. Portra is always a favorite. Came in time for a last minute trip and one of the best prices I've seen for a 5 pack!

  A Truly Great Camera and Purchase Experience I had been unsuccessfully seeking this Canon eos r5 camera for many months. Based on an availability notice on the Quality ® Products website, I decided to call to see if I could place an order. I was not even able to place an order elsewhere. To my surprise, an order was taken and fulfilled on the promised date! The camera is everything I expected and more but, if not for Quality ® Products, I would still be waiting to find that out.

  Super easy stress free process, from purchase to delivery. Picked up my Nikon D5600 camera from Quality rated products and It performed great. I used both the 18-55mm and 70-300mm lenses and they worked as advertised. Overall satisfied with the size, weight and handling of the camera. The photos were excellent. Just need to get a better microphone to enhance audio quality.

  The ordering process was simple and the tripod arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Haven't had much chance to really play with it, but the controls are intuitive and easy to adjust, and the mount adjusts and deploys and retracts with ease.   It was so easy to choose a zoom lens from the huge variety and I was honestly very satisfied.   Canon 70-200mm 2.8 lens Quality~rated~products were responsive to my questions and quick with delivery...very happy so far with the purchase and the lens is heavier, but in my estimation it out performs the Tamron.   Frustrating Purchase I chose this lens for the quality reputation of B+W MRC filters. After three attempts, I have kept the best of the three. All three lenses came in open packaging and had various degrees of flaws. Quality Rated Products' customer service has been good regarding this issue but I do wish they would purchase these filters from the US distributor, Schneider Optics rather than from an overseas dealer.

  This was my first purchase from Quality rated.   I ordered a Canon EF 300mm f/4 lens and had it in three days. I love this company! Fast, efficient and are there to answer any of my questions. I am going to use the lens for wildlife and nature photography. The only thing that I need to buy is the 2x extender tube and I'll be set.   Last version was way better quality Poor quality. The battery tray really flimsy in this version of the Sony vertical grip. I'd look for an alternative and not spend the extra money on the Sony name for this product.

  Had to cancel my order when finance company refused my application then they set me email one day later to say there was a mistake and now had been approved " Have no complaints about Quality ® Products but they ware let down badly by the finance companies And lost my order as I went elsewhere the same day and got my goods Still give them a good marks as ware very apologetic when I rang and cancelled my order

  11mm Extension Tubes don't ship with caps How they thought shipping them bare was the way to go, I have no idea. Expensive piece of hardware to leave unprotected. Add caps to your order to be safe.

  BH-55 Ball Head As usually Quality ® Products bring the tank to my arsenal very strong very power its a huge piece do not go to any Ball head just save and get it , i was surprised to find it in Quality ® Products store after long time waiting for to get the only disadvantage i wish that the Bh-55 have much viewer to the green balance spot while using it with L Bracket as it hide it a little.   I needed a Monopod that was durable, high quality and at least strong. Quality rated products had the best deal after looking online and I'm glad I went with them. The Monopod was Shipped in two days, even though it was the weekend, got it on Sunday and I was surprised and pleased when I took it out of the box. It's seems strong and would hold any heavy DSLR or medium format just fine. Overall, happy with my purchase.

  Received my lens from Quality Rated just before the photoshoot so I had a chance to play with it before putting it into service.
