  I asked for recommendations of a geared head for my Astro photography using a 100-400mm canon lens and on occasions my 300mm lens with my 1DX MKII, the advisor recommended the manfrotto XPRO geared head MHXPRO-3WG. I have found that when I use the vertical fine adjustment it doesn’t work very well!

  I ordered a package deal on a Canon Rebel SL3 camera with a 18-55mm Lens I received the camera but they had delivered the wrong lens- it didn't fit with the camera. I returned the lens, but they were unable to process the return, Their only offer was that I return everything for a refund. I ended up spending more money.

  I had to choose between Best Buy and Quality Rated Products, the price of the Sony ZV-1 camera was the same but the difference was that Quality rated was offering the accessory kit and also a better price for the extra coverage warranty.   Simply the best selection, value, and ease of buying experience. When I came across the black Friday deal at Quality rated I was able to get the Sony a6000 with two lenses and the free accessory kit for a little more bucks.   our experience with quality rated products while ordering the Pentax 645Z camera have made the experience less than desirable. The initial order was wrong. In trying to fix the order the second order was also wrong. They got the address wrong and part of the accessories were missing. I Used to really respect them but now they have a shady team working for them.

  I have the D5300 with the 18-140 lens. With this package you get a D5300 body, body cap, 2 kit lenses (Nikkor 18-55mm lens f/3.5-5.6G VR with both a lens cap and end cap, NIKKOR 70-300mm lens f/4.5-6.3G ED with lense and end cap), strap, one battery with the accompanying charger. A pretty decent basic setup all around. D5300 has higher quality and resolution than d3400.

  Very happy with this purchase I purchased this used Nikon D610 DSLR from QUALITY RATED PRODUCTs about a month ago as an upgrade from my D3200. Dom, in the Used dept., gave me the history of the camera being a store return after a month. Even though rated a 9 by the Quality Rated Products used dept., the camera was pristine had everything a new one ships with in the box, including the Nikon warranty. Focus is very fast, and I think it's a great camera for my purposes which include nature photography. I'm glad I trusted Quality Rated Products with a used camera purchase.

  Site lists items as being in stock when they are not. You can pay for next day delivery and then their interpretation of next day delivery is the day after they get stock. It is possible to get a refund but you have to make the effort to get it. OK if they have stock but their processes mean that they are too unreliable to be trusted.

  Always Great to Deal with QUALITY RATED PRODUCTS Really easy to order items from QRPs and living in Canada they handle the import duties etc. My only complaint (and it is not company's fault) is that Canon and Nikon will not allow QRPs to ship to Canada and in many cases local stores do not stock or carry the items. As far as I'm concerned this is a Free Market.

  Faulty shipping boxes The new shipping boxes you are using for smaller items are terrible. On at least 2 orders this last year the boxes have arrived badly damaged.   Great service. Recently bought a Canon R5 from quality rated but after a short while it developed a fault with the shutter. I Contacted them and they immediately sent a return label via an email attachment. They confirmed delivery of the camera body the next day and within a week I had received a replacement which works correctly. Excellent friendly customer service and highly recommended.

Then on opening the box and trying the item, found the battery was a dud and the whole thing had to be disassembled and returned, consequently meaning an exasperating week of delay for the intended work.

  The website is really easy to use and the information is transparent, which makes ordering stress. Despite ordering during the weekend my Oben BC-166 Ball Head was delivered earlier than anticipated and I got clear emails for every step of the way during the delivery. The Ball head works great with the L-Bracket and It's was worth what I paid for it.

  Great camera and lens! My Fujifilm X-T4 camera arrived as described and the delivery was superfast. I made the order on Thursday afternoon and on Monday noon I had my camera delivered to my address.   My first purchase from this company so I wished to confirm that my Tamron SP 70-200mm f/2.8 lens was US stocked and importantly new. Quick and positive replies received from Stacy and as a result of this ordered the lens at 2:30pm 29 Jan. I am pleased to report that the lens is 100% to my satisfaction after testing it at 11:50am 30 Jan 2022. Yes, less than 24 hours and the box and contents look as though just off assembly line which how I like my purchases. We have bought all our Canon PowerShot cameras at QRP and this one continues to impress. Its small size makes it easy to carry, but the zoom is terrific, especially in such a compact package.   Lee Big Stopper I just bought into the Lee 100 filter system, and I'm impressed. This filter, the Big Stopper, is glass. While the Lee website indicated there can be some color issues, I'm not seeing any. This was my first purchase of a LEE Product and I must say that this company definitely pays attention to the quality of their products.

  1st rate Gimbal Head! I agonized over whether I should buy the Wimberley 200 gimbal or the Benro GH2 and in the end decided on the Benro, which is almost half the cost. Long undecided and confused by seeing a multitude of gimbal heads, I finally realized that the experts at QRPs would resolve the dilemma. I simply described the lens the head was to support. QRPs man made what I found to be the obvious choice. Thank you.
