  Movcam Cage I just got the cage to be used with the A7S and it fits like a glove. cage is light enough that stills with the cage on wouldn't be impossible. The camera still fits nicely up to your face a d you can remove part of the cage to get a better angle on your controls. It really is a great set up.

  Quality Rated Products is everything a photographic shop should be, in fact it’s everything every shop should be. Friendly knowledgable staff who always have the time to discuss issues new or old. Advice on camera equipment is freely given and I have seen them perform minor repairs on the spot for customers. I use the internet to shop on occasion but I always go to Quality Rated Products first. Support your local shops.

  I wanted to wring out more out of my old Zuiko-OM 35mm lenses with a brand new digital SLR body. Went to Quality Rated Products and got some great advice and was told to come back with a lens or 2 and have a 'try before you buy'. Quality Rated Products are very knowledgeable and one of the few camera shops left in the country that really understand photography. Ended up with a camera that did exactly what I needed, I would have spent twice as much on Amazon as I would have bought a far higher 'spec' than I needed. Thought I needed an Olympus OM-D at over $700 but bought a Panasonic Lumix for $300. Keep the knowledge and skills alive and support this excellent independent shop!!

  Great local shop, fantastic service that recommended products to suit my needs and budget (tripod and camera backpack). Offered more reasonable pricing than I could found online afterwards but I wouldn't have minded paying a little more than online to support a shop that I could get expertise and actually feel the products before buying.   Having struck out on finding a rear dust cap for a lens extension tube everywhere else I called in here. After some rummaging in a box of bits the chap behind the counter found me a push-on plastic cap that fit perfectly and solved a long-standing problem. I recommend visiting this shop if you are looking for something a bit unusual.

Having never previously bought used camera equipment I was a little dubious, however the 12 month warranty offered, the option to return if unhappy with the item and the positive reputation of Quality Rated Products' sealed the deal.   new camera I ordered a Nikon D500 over the phone, Quality Rated Products said they would inform me when it came in and that I then could ether call into the showroom and pick it up, or they would send it by post, I chose to pick it up myself.   Despite having a hiccup with my order being delayed at the couriers. My purchase of a Panasonic GH4 + Grip was good. The service was impeccable and the staff were very patient when trying to sort out the problem with the couriers FedEx being unable to find my house. Even though they were given my contact details. The after service was good too, although I was disappointed to realise that the camera supplied with the extra power/control grip only came with one battery, which I thought to be very unusual, as there would normally be two.

  This review on the Sony FDR-AX 53 Camcorder I purchased from Quality Rated Products is for ease of use, high definition video and faithful color reproduction.. I purchased it to record Church Services, here in southwestern Virginia and from my personal observations of the camera it's everything and more than I could have expected. I've come to realize that it's a great point and shoot camera for recording city highways from the front seat of my vehicle on all automatic settings, and then also using some of extra accessories that I purchased from B&H whose assistance thru their Technical support I'm getting almost professional quality church service recordings.   Their Canon Camera sales men don't know the the finer workings of the camera I came in with a Canon 5D Mark IV to ask some very technical questions and I was very shocked to hear that the guys behind the Canon sales counters don't really know the finer details of the camera like merging multiple exposures in camera, etc. I was told by them it was a computer glitch in my camera so we tried it on two new cameras same problem. Later on I called Canon and got the answer I needed. You can't sell a product and not know every thin about it !!!!

  I have been dealing with this store for over ten years, and I can say that the service provided ⏤ advice, explanations, warranty support etc. ⏤ has always been first class. The inventory is also very comprehensive, with equipment from the best brands (including Sony, Nikon, Fujifilm, Canon) in stock or shipped within days. Ideally located in CBD New York, this store deserves to be known to photographers on both sides of the city.

  Another great purchase! I go out of my way to purchase cameras and equipment at quality Rated Products because their staff are always very well trained, helpful and friendly. They will give me advice about what product best suits my requirements. I’m very happy with the Macro Focusing Rail I received.   Fantastic service. I Had a really fantastic experience here buying my first Canon EOS M50 Mark II camera. i Had a lot of questions and Paul provided some very helpful information that made the decision making process easier.   Highly recommend quality rated products, they seem to have the best prices, a really good range and a quick service. The canon Inkjet Printer I ordered was far cheaper than elsewhere and was delivered quick by FedEx who kept me informed of each stage of the delivery process.   Excellent service. I have been using Quality rated products for a quite a while now and it's one of the best photography suppliers. I wanted a Sony a7R IVA camera and it seemed almost impossible until Quality Rated products showed stock. After trying other large retailers and online companies I placed an order and received a dispatch notification within hours. I selected 3-5 day delivery, it was on my doorstep next day!

  Totally disappointed. My Olympus TG-6 camera arrived today and I took a couple of random shots around the yard but I was disappointed. Also the battery life is terrible! It lasted about 2 hours using it to take photos and some short videos. I expected more! I will have to purchase an extra battery to have on hand when shooting in future. I will never be using quality rated products again and would recommend you all to do the same by avoiding them.

  Great Purchase! I Spotted a used Sigma 85mm f/1.4 lens online, phoned to check compatibility and spoke to Greg who confirmed it was. I immediately Ordered and it was delivered the next day in a Well packed box and as described. I'm mainly a wedding and portrait photographer who exclusively buys Canon L Series lenses, so I decided to go ahead and try out this Sigma for some portrait sessions and I have no complaints. I really Enjoyed the shopping experience with quality rated products.

  Blown away! I'd never ordered from Quality rated before, I was recommended by a work colleague because They had the best price around anywhere on the internet by far. so i went ahead and ordered my Canon EF 85mm lens. I received an email saying that it would be delivered in the following week but in fact, it arrived two days later in perfect condition as it was very well and secure packaged. The build quality is great giving it just enough weight without it being heavy, and the focus ring has a nice tension on it. The images are sharp and the lens is relatively fast. I will certainly be using quality rated again in future.

  Very happy with service. Good communication each each stage of order. my Canon EOS R5 camera arrived promptly. The camera was so easy to use.   Excellent service. The website is super easy to navigate and even Though my initial impression about the Fujifilm X-T4 was outrageous, the camera is just simply amazing.   Sales staff are easy to talk to but dont follow through with their promises. Purchased 2 lenses on separate days in the last week totalling $5k and was assured both times that my order would be shipped on the same day if ordered by 3pm (both paid for before 10am) and neither have been shipped on time as agreed as part of the pre sale negotiation ruining 2 planned shoots including an astro shoot for tomorrow night where all conditions are perfect and ive taken the day off. Covid and lockdowns have been the excuses everyone has been dumping on consumers to take the blame away from themselves. Its been a year and a half. If you cant keep promises dont make them.

  Ordered a camera at the store and keep getting the pick-up date postponed. Got an email in the afternoon saying the camera is ‘most likely’ coming on that day and then being told the email is not accurate when I got the store and that it needs another couple of days. Still haven’t got the camera now.

  Very Happy with My Purchase I was sceptical in purchasing a refurbished camera, however, I couldn't let the price difference pass. I love my 50D. Works fantastic, lens works equally as well, couldn't be happier with the purchase. If you have any doubts, just call Quality Rated Products ask some questions, and I am sure you will make the choice I did. Battery life lasted much longer than I expected it to last. Already have taken over 500 photos...good stuff.
