  AMAZING Right out of the Box! Straight out of the box I began taking amazing pictures with my new Sony a7 IV ! Sturdy, quality product with amazing results. Haven't figured out the best action/night time combo setting, but everything else has been a breeze. not much to do after the photo .... I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for more than the basic photo enthusiast equipment.

  This is at least the second time I have used Quality Rated Products and both times received the goods promptly, well packaged and in good new condition. There was a delay of a day or so due to the courier so can't blame PC for that and was kept informed at every step. Bought an Olympus 12mm f2 lens.

  Top notch customer service from Quality Rated Products Once again, Quality Rated Products have lived up to their high reputation. I have used them several times now and each time their service is absolutely amazing. Twice I have traded in old photo equipment for something new and both times I have been offered a very fair price. This time I traded in my Olympus gear for a Pentax KP with a 18-50mm lens, these items were OB but absolutely mint! The delivery was super fast and I am loving my new camera.   B+W 95mm F-Pro Polarizer Filter B+W makes a very good filter. It took me awhile to finally decide that for a few bucks more than the rest of the pack always pays off. Not just the quality of glass but other things like ease of threading onto a lens. In photography and many other areas of life: You get what you pay for.

  This was a Worthy Upgrade. I have been researching and trying to find the best camera for learning how to take good photos and This Canon R camera was a perfect fit, This is my first DSLR camera and I couldn't be happier.   Top quality service. After I Spent weeks researching different camera stores I placed my order online and received a polite and friendly phone call the next morning from Quality Rated Products to confirm delivery address as it was different from the billing address. I Received email notification that my Sony a7 III camera was dispatched within a couple of hours and I received It the next day. The camera is absolutely incredible.   Be careful when buying from this store. I got a great deal on a Sigma 150-600mm and a lens hood. I received the package, but the hood didn't fit. I ended up spending some more money buying a new lens hood.

Jimmy found me a Canon 5D Mark IV camera I was looking for and I absolutely love It, I've had it for about a week and have taken more numerous pictures.   I came in to see Dominic about Cameras and lenses. Dominic discussed may different options varying in price. We then talked about lenses for general photography, and he suggested the Sigma 17-50mm f2.8.   Magnus VT-QRP30 Quick Release Plate Quick release plates are great they make it easy to go from tripod to hand held and back again. In a studio session it is very helpful. In the field at a wedding going formals it is helpful. Those are the times I use it the most. Does what it's suppose to do. Excellent/fast shipping

  The product I purchased was not fit for purpose in that its serial number had been destroyed due to the turning of the camera whilst on a tripod. Without the serial number it could not be registered. It was returned for a refund.

  my overall experience with Quality Rated Products NYC was good. i knew exactly what camera I came for, which is why the service was sufficient. but, i believe that if i came for concrete advice on what camera to buy as a beginner etc the personal might be a bit under qualified. although, i came back a few days later to buy additional stuff and fell on a much more helpful person to assist me. must have some luck. overall experience was good and they have a lot of good products available in store & good guarantee plans.
