  Very happy with the customer support I got at the Quality Rated Products store in New York. Clear and trustworthy explanations and they even checked the site of a competitor because they didnt have the item in stock anymore. Bought a Canon eos RP camera there and have no regrets.   My Sony EF 200-600 was faulty. After being sent back for repair, it came back with the same problem. So Qualityratedproducts.com offered to replace it with a new one. Unfortunately the product was not available at the moment. This means I was left without a working lens for almost 3 months... Anyway I appreciated what Qualityratedproducts.com did

  Professional service - as always :-) After long considerations, I decided to switch my era with DSLRs for the new era of mirrorless cameras. I therefore relied once again on the professional service of Quality Rated Products- New York, where a listening ear and advice is key.   Many choices at competitive prices! After 1 month with the Sony a7 iii, I decided it was time to invest in some better glass. I looked at all the different options and decided the Sony FE 24-105 f/4 was the lens to buy! The lens has brilliant sharpness and the fixed aperture off f/4 in combination with the in-body stabilization works great even in low light! ordered in the late evening and the next day, the camera was already delivered nicely packed in a neutral box. Great support! Fast shipment! Great prices!

  Great lens/excellent service! I bought the Nikkor AF-S 80-400mm F4.5-5.6 G ED VR at the Quality Rated Products website.   Nikon D500 DSLR Camera Body Basic Kit The Nikon D500 DSLR is a super camera and is compatible with all my Nikon lenses previously purchased with my D7100.   A great shop but not competitive in pricing. I do enjoy going into the shop and getting good advice on photography equipment. In the past I have purchased a lot of equipment from Quality Rated Products. However, they have on several occasions refused to match the prices of other local shops. I therefore shop elsewhere now. Incidentally, I do not shop online to get better prices and I am happy to pay a little more for good advice and service. But other shops within walking distance do offer better deals. It is a shame as I have always found the staff at Quality Rated Products very helpful.

  Given prompt attention and good advice. Great store. I bought two monopods in-store and was treated really well as a customer. The sales assistant gave me ample time to test the monopod out and gave me some good advice on selecting a decent model. I wanted to buy two (one for my partner) but he only had one in stock. The extra one should have been sent today but, due to a stock error, I had an email today to say there could be a few days delay.

  Back-Order problems. I had to wait over 7 days for delivery, and then received the wrong camera and had to wait a further two weeks. The Canon EOS C70 camera was non-returnable so they gave me me a hard time returning It. Their site is misleading to me.

  Great prices on quality products!!!! I looked all over the web for this Carbon Fiber Vanguard tripod and could not find it anywhere for less than $360.   I love Quality Rated Products- they are a high quality retailer. However I would urge caution about buying products with a Sony Cashback offer. I am having great difficulty getting my cashback from Sony. This is absolutely not the company's fault, but just be warned if you are tempted by the Sony deals here or any other camera retailer.

  Delays in my order The main reason I have only given an average mark is because when I ordered my camera, according to the web site it was in stock. Having waited over a week and it hadn't arrived I e mailed the company only to be told it was out of stock and wouldn't be in for several weeks. That date came and passed and eventually I was e mailed again and told there was another delay. That day then came and passed. I then phoned up and was told they were now in stock and it would be dispatched shortly. The camera then arrived. The unfortunate thing was that I had purchased this as a 50th birthday present and had ordered it what I thought was in plenty of time, if it had arrived by the day they had said they would be back in stock it would have still been in time but due to the second delay, it missed the birthday. I had previously used this company and they were good but after this experience I am not sure if I will use them in the future.

  Quality Rated Products' website is great. I'm happy that they still sell film and chemicals. I've not yet signed on with the digital devil. Customer service is always 5 stars in my experience. Delivery is fast and easy. I just wish they'd ship film developing chemicals as opposed to having you pick up in store.

  Amazing Site and Service I was in the market for a great camera for photos and video. I chose a great price Canon 70d with a Sigma 35mm 1.4 lens.   The reason for giving 2 stars instead of 5 is because delivery was by FedEx instead of UPS. FedEx service is terrible these days. My last order was delayed for 5 days. The first package did not arrive by the specified delivery deadline. Had to contact FedEx to contact driver to get it delivered.

  Just what I needed. I have dealt with Quality Rated products previously and always had a good experience. On this occasion I bought a Sony a7S III camera which was a special order but it arrived very promptly within 4 days. For me personally, the biggest benefit for going full-frame was the Focusing which is fast and accurate in almost all conditions.   Great company, I have bought a couple of Products from them now for my content creation and have always delivered the products super quickly. Great prices and good communication, I recently ordered a Canon EOS M200 camera and I received and e-mail stating that the item would be shipped in 3 days. The camera arrived within a few days of ordering Well packaged and am pleased with the camera. I am coming from a Canon and I must say I am massively impressed by it's performance.   Having been badly let down by another online store who were advertising a Fujifilm X-T4 camera in stock and having waited 10 days for them to get their stock in, to no avail. I turned to quality rated products. I cancelled the order and placed my order with quality rated products. Within minutes they had not only emailed a receipt for my payment but also confirmation of next-day-delivery dispatch with tracking detail.   I hadn't heard of Quality rated products before but thanks to a google search I stumbled across them and read some positive reviews. I was looking for a new Sony a7 III camera and I was impressed by the price.   Extremely happy with this bundle! Will not talk about the Sony Alpha a7 III camera because there are 1,000 reviews on YouTube. I'll talk about the bundle 1. The memory card is from a known brand: SanDisk, and the capacity is enough to take plenty of photos or videos for social media projects. 2. The Camera Bag is big enough to fit the camera and an extra lens or Speedlight flash. 3. The cleaning kit is a great plus. Go check amazon. You won't find a Bundle with this items on this price range.

  I bought the 5D Mark IV for air shows, sport events, wildlife photography and never had a problem with autofocus. I used the Mark III since it came out in 2012 and now the Mark IV for about a month and I'm extremely pleased with the results. Autofocus is very fast with the III and even faster with the IV. Price very competitive, plus free shipping and an included bag for mailing old one to a recycling centre. QRPs is absolutely the best!   DJI Pocket camera. I contacted Quality rated by phone and wanted to buy from them instead of buying form other online suppliers, the lady I spoke to said no problem and the job was sealed straight away and my camera arrived 2 days later. The camera is Much improved over the DJI Pocket 1. Excellent camera, highly practical and portable. Stills are very good and its main strength is video.   The Nikon D850 was Worth the cost. Glad I got it. This camera has everything I could want. The only reason I find it is not easy to use is that it has so many features that it will take me a while to learn them all.   Just as expected - love this camera Arrived well packed, clean and on time. I dropped my Mark iii at the beginning of a year, and was under a lot of pressure to get a new camera before a shoot the next week. QRPs flexibility and customer service really saved my job. I'm a low light photographer, and I've already noticed a huge difference in lighting sensitivity and reduction of noise. The file sizes are considerably larger as well. Can't wait to see how prints from these files turn out.

  Trade in quote was misleading. Buying the new camera all went well. The low score was for the trade in process. The online quote and actual amount I was finally offered were poles apart. It went from $2100 and ended up around $1300. I had to send one of the bodies to get fixed and I’m still waiting for the money to come through. So far 4 weeks and waiting.

  The Godox TT685C Thinklite TTL Flash does everything I need with my Canon 90D, and the Godox X1T-C Trigger makes it easy to use the camera off camera. I already had a Canon 430EX, which works fine with these Godox pieces for group flash options. If I go for a third flash, it will most likely be another Godox. I had some questions about the operation and called Quality Rated Products. I was walked through the process easily and the flash works fine.

  Z5 Mirrorless This is my first full frame camera once the film cameras...couldn't believe the difference in sharpness of the photos. I am very well pleased with the Z5 ! The autofocus is excellent and it handles very well ergonomically. The image quality is excellent and a true step up from even the best APSC cameras.   I Purchased a Shure SM7B Microphone in Excellent conditions, as new, in original packaging with user instructions. Works very well, very good price, fast delivery which was free. I had been using a SM57 microphone for voice until I could save my lunch money to get the SM7B kit. Once it arrived, I immediately installed it and noticed an improved difference in the way my voice sounds. I am definitely glad that I have this kit.
