  Brilliant service. Now that Quality rated products are using DHL to post to Northern Virginia again I cannot fault them. Ordered a used XF50mm f2 Lens on Wednesday night, Quality rated products' processed and posted on Thursday and Parcel Force delivered on Friday morning.   Incredible shipping and service from Quality Rated. I bought a Nikon Z6 camera last Friday and it arrived on Monday, a day early! Everything was there all nicely boxed up, exactly as it should be. The camera is perfect and I'm very pleased with It, I have done a few test and found that it will create good images that will be good enough for most travel photos. I'm very pleased and will be purchasing more accessories from quality rated products in the future.

  I Ordered a Nikon D850 and and received it on time but It developed a fault two months ago and was sent to Nikon UK for repair. The guarantee being 3 years offered by Quality rated Products paid the whole repair. The communication was fast and effective once i contacted them regarding the issue.   Giving 1 Star, as there is no option for zero. When I placed the order it was listed as "In Stock". After 3 weeks I contacted them to inquire when the Profoto Flash Head was going to be shipped and After no response for two more days I contacted them yet again and they finally disclosed the product was on backorder.

  I was really disappointed with this website. I Placed my order but i never received It, I contacted them and was told that the courier will contact me soon. Waited another 3 days and never heard from anyone. I then contacted Quality Rated again after the 8 days and was told the order was lost, Needless to say all most of my emails have been ignored. Think carefully before using this company.

  Great experience, the only hiccup I had was with the website as it gave me an error message the first time I ordered but I did receive an email shortly and after that was the confirmation. also FedEx wasn't very careful with my package as it had tears on the side of the box luckily the box was well insulated to handle all the bumps it must have taken.

  I was looking for a Canon C200 camera and I was not disappointed. the ordering process was clear and straightforward; I chose the free 2-4 days delivery option, and to my surprise and delight, I received my camera within 2 working days. I have used multiple cameras in my field of work and by far the C200 surpasses anything that I have come across in years. It is lightweight and compatible with a variety of equipment.   At first I wasn't sure about purchasing from Quality Rated because I'd never used them before and as with any unused online retailer you have to tread carefully as there are a lot of gray markets suppliers out there. As for my case I am extremely happy with my choice to go with them as my Vortex Spotting Scopes arrived ahead of schedule, . I found the scope to be very easy to use, with good features and a reasonable price. I combined it with a good Manfrotto tripod with a gear head and overall the I love setup. Can't wait to start watching birds, boats, and other wildlife around and I look forward to placing plenty more orders with Quality rated Products in the future.

The Nikon Z7 is a great camera and have been enjoying to learn how it goes together with all the other things that came in the package deal.   I would not recommend this site to anyone. ordered a DSLR camera a couple of weeks before a major holiday and it took ages to be delivered. When I called to chase delivery I could not get through to anyone, communications were eventually by e-mail. I did eventually receive the camera when I came back from my holiday and after having bought the same camera elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  Highly delighted with this purchase. the Nikon D5600 camera was at the best price on the net and best for value especially when you consider the fact that it came with a 5 year warranty.   Lenovo 17.3" IdeaPad I love the Lenovo IdealPad Laptop. I needed a laptop that was fast (start up and operating), lightweight (this laptop is super thin and easy carry in a tote bag) and the screen resolution is great for photo editing. Got the laptop as per the shipping schedule. Just had some delays in clearing due to public holidays.

  First order took almost 3 weeks. Communication about the return of 1 incorrectly ordered part was also difficult. Didn't get any info where it had to be returned to.... Fortunately complaint filed via PayPal and then they suddenly started working. Incidentally, the refund has not yet arrived. Not really satisfied. Wouldn't order again any time soon.

  Good Service but Cash-Back Problems If this was about the ordering and delivery alone, I would give 5 stars but I have been mired in a dispute over a cash-back offer. When I ordered the printer it was subject to a double cash-back offer. The printer was out of stock but the Qualityratedproducts.com website said that retrospective claims would be honored, as long as the order date was in the appropriate window. The printer eventually arrived and I went to claim the cash-back but the Epson website would not accept a retrospective claim. Quality rated products sales were very helpful and between them and Epson I was able to submit a claim. However, when it was processed it was only for the current single cash-back amount, not the double cash-back offer that was in place when I ordered it. I await Qualityratedproducts.com/Epson resolution but it has made a good purchase experience feeling like I was duped.

  Very poor packing Never answered a question i asked about firmware, and camera had very thin cardboard wrapped round it - with no padding. For an expensive camera it seems to be working ok,but i expected alot more care to be taken.I also received no receipt for my purchase, which has never happened before with ANY camera company. The time to arrive was good and so was the price, but it seems lucky to have arrived with me in one piece.
