  My item was out of stock. I was not informed of this. I had to call prosoundgear for that info. Ultimately I received my order and it was delivered in good condition. I was really worried that I had been scammed because of the lack of info I received initially.

  Everything went very well with this order except the speaker stands which was shipped separately from the rest of the. When it eventually arrived the box was damaged and one of the poles was missing. I'm currently trying to find a replacement pole but not having any luck. James the sales rep was excellent and was a huge help.

  The recorder is an anniversary gift for my husband on 8/22. So I don't know what he will think of it yet but it came highly recommended by a friend of his. The tech rep, Pedro (I think) on chat the day I placed my order was beyond amazing and helpful. Delivery was very speedy, 2 days.
