I just got my EV everse 8 .I struggled to decide if I get this product or not because is the only company that sells it for the price like the other companies but like a bundle. EV everse 8,cable and carry tote for $749 and taxes that's what made me think 10 times to buy from this company or not.the only thing is that it took a little longer to get it .I ordered it on November the 30 and I got it on December the 11 .great chat service if you have doubts.great, powerful and great bass. It's a little too expensive but I think its worth it.

Despite fast shipping, I only received 2 of the 3 items I ordered, so I will leave an average rating. Despite contacting customer service and emailing three individuals listed on their website, I have not received a response to my original inquiry. I visited their fulfillment center and spoke with Alex, who provided exceptional customer service. He explained only two out of the three items were in stock when I placed the order; the third item would arrive this week and be mailed to me. Were that stated in my order confirmation or as a response to my inquiry, I’d have no issues. Your prices and speedy delivery are excellent, but lack communication. Also, if the item is not in stock, please advertise it as “the item is on back-order; we will receive the Item on such date.” Please don’t forget to ship me my product. Thanks!

I tried to get next day shipping to get the GP-200 for a gig but the rep didn’t get back to me with details on how to do it or how much it would cost for two days so I ordered it with standard shipping shipping (web site did not have an option for next day shipping like Sweetwater who did not offer the GP-200) - the rep who answered my call said I would receive it that day (the day of the gig, 3days after ordering) and UPS said there was a “sortation error” (sorting?!?!) and my shipment would be delayed … the gig(s) have come and gone and it is day Six and I hope to receive it soon…

I received Pro DG i603a Professional Battery-Powered System with Bluetooth speaker,speaker did not operate up to par,installed microphone adjusted eq,mic generated feedback to speaker,which them cut off and would not turn back on. I then plugged into the wall and it finally came back on.2 leds generating battery power did not illuminate. I then sent email requesting info to return the speaker,upon which there was a misunderstanding which then had to clarify that I need a return label to send it back,after sending multiple emails with descriptions along with pics along with phone calls my request has yet to be granted. I will give another day,then take a different approach I was looking to just return and purchase a proven reputable brand of speaker from them,but at this point I just want to return and get a refund. I will be taking my business elsewhere,that’s just life,sometimes things do not work out,I’m sure they have great reviews,but not a good experience in my situation. I would rather pay more money for a better experience than deal with drama to save a few dollars.

3 Stars is probably better than I should rate it but everything was good, price, delivery ease of everything until I opened the box. I got the wrong color guitar. One of the reasons I ordered the one I did was because of the Cherry Sunburst color. The guitar I got is Amber, still a nice-looking guitar and it's solid, I played it acoustically and it's everything an American made Lakland should be. but I can't play it now because I'm waiting on ProSound to tell me my next move...very disappointing!

Delivery was prompt on my lighting kit, however I did not receive my order complete. The lighting board was on back order, but I wasn't notified or made aware of at all. It wasn't until I reached out that I was told the lighting board was on back order. Still waiting.

When I contacted customer service, they told me the board is on back order and that’s why it wasn’t included. They said I would be notified when the board was back in stock. This was 1 month ago and I haven’t heard anything since.
