  This review will be simple just like my expectations. I want 1) price, 2) safe delivery, and 3) support. ProSound Gear gave me all three. I researched piano keyboards for six months. I knew what i wanted. The Roland FP e50 was the perfect choice. It gave me great sound and portability. As much as I think i should be playing a Nord or even a Steinway Grand....I am not that good. ProSound delivered. Best Price I could find (footnote: become a member, it costs nothing and you get a great deal. I got 15% off.) The delivery was right on time. I was informed thru tracking. The piano arrived secure and undamaged. I immediately had a question. I emailed support and had an answer in less than an hour. FIVE STARS EASILY. Kudos. Eryka

  I am very pleased with the services Pro Sound Gear provides, from the ordering process to receiving the product, being that I live quiet a distance from where the company is located I understand the logistical challenges involved, In receiving the package it was in perfect condition the packaging was great so my delivery was not damaged at all I live in Los Angeles which is quiet a distance from Dora,l Florida.   I had asked if the keyboard was in stock and ready to deliver before I placed the order,, after they said my order was on tthey, they told me that my keyboard was damaged and they needed to order me a new one,, that was nice of them but they could not assure me of a delivery date.. they should have actually physically checked their stock before telling me they were good to go,, shame on them,, secondly they could have phoned their supplier and gotten me a firm delivery date,, some reason they could not do that,, on the good side, they did cancel my order promptly, and were responsive in communications.

  I bought a brand new Nautilus 73 and they send me an open box without a physical manual, I requested a physical manual (I like to have a book vs any digital, besides that I paid for a new keyboard) and they don't want send me any, I sent pictures of the open box product and they don't really care about the Customer satisfaction, they false advertising products and have a really bad customer service

  Overall, very stressful and bad experience with them. I received my product quickly, but the product was damaged. Even after purchasing the shipping protection, the company still gave me a hard time about returning or receiving a replacement. When I received the replacement, it was also damaged. Again, I was given a hard time about returning the item or receiving another replacement. Long story short, I just ended up settling in their favor to move on and get past this. It’s just very unfortunate that the company wouldn’t uphold their end of the bargain and take care of a customer. If you are receiving larger or heavy items, beware of the shipping and ensure you examine the product once it arrives, as their return process is suspect at best.

  Good customer service. Was able to email regularly to learn about status of product shipment, and then get partially refunded and sent the items that were currently in stock. Glad they were so quick to get back to me. Wish the website had listed that the mixer I wanted was out of stock before I made my purchase, but no problems besides that.
