  I saw some scary reviews and was pretty worried I had screwed up ordering from Prosound gear BUT they shipped within 2 days and I got exactly what I ordered inside of 3 days. SO I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY and sorry that those scary review writers didn't have the very positive experience that I had. Oh, well!

  I do not recommend ordering from ProSound Gear to anyone. I ordered for the first time $1700 keyboard bundle & only received the keyboard - the "bundle" accessories were lost! OI paid $39 for protection for shipment, they are not refunding & they are only refunding me $55 for missing items. I will never order anything again from them & don't recommend anyone else to.

  Their site did not reflect current stock. Upon placing my order i was contacted later and told the item was out of stock. And i would have ti wait 1 to 3 weeks. Then 3 days later i got 2 emails saying my item had shipped. Then hours later another email stating the item was damaged in the pull and id have to keep waiting. I then decided to ask for my refund. In which im still waiting on 5 days later. Overall....needs improving

  Did not receive the order promised. I was only sent a partial order because they were out of stock on my original bundle that I ordered. One of the main reasons I purchased with Prosound was because the bundle package was a good buy. With the partial order sent I ended up paying retail price for the items that I did get. The refund issued was nowhere near the savings in the bundle. When I called and try to return, they were going to charge me a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping because the boxes had been opened. I was never told that the bundle was out of stock. I had 2 emails from them and not 1 time was it mentioned that the items would not be included. So basically I ended up still paying retail prices if not I would have been at a loss if I would have returned them! I would not recommend. This was their error with misinformation or the lack of but I had to pay for it. Never again!!!

  I purchased an amp/case bundle and the case was “shipped with my order but lost” I dunno how that was determined so quickly and apparently the two items were shipped together. How was the case lost? Glad I got refunded but I have gigs coming up and would rather have the case instead of a refund.

  Actually an interesting experienced. The bundle was marked as ready to ship. Given that Korg pa systems of any ilk are hard to find, this looked like an attractive one - in particular because of the KC220 given that the PA4X doesn't have external speakers and many places showed the KC220 as "we'll ship it when we get it". So I went for it. And today, 3 days short of a month from the order it is indeed complete. I can't say why the KC220 wasn't in fact ready to ship, as advertised. Maybe they had one or two and it ended up as part of another order close to when I ordered mine. In fact, other than the Pa4X pretty much all the other pieces came from Amazon or another audio source. A lot came close to when the Pa4X but other pieces came over the two weeks following the order. I did contact Prosoundgear customer service in about a week with a list of what was missing - was told that they'd get back to me in a day or so about when the order would be complete. No call back. I eventually had a chat with their virtual assistant last week and in this case I got a nice response that the KC220 would ship. Whether it had just come in or something else - who knows. BTW the sustain pedal that came with the boxed Pa4X is junk - at best. If Korg really included it they get a D- for it. Anyway, it's all together now. I give them a GOOD because the thing I really wanted was the Pa4X (got the ORT because it was only a little more and I don't have room for the 76 key version). As for being "ready to ship" for the Pa4X, it was. As for everything else in the bundle, it makes sense not to inventory common items at their location. For the KC220, blame the supply chain (maybe).

  Short and sweet. Horrible customer service, Three weeks to receive my order, and on top of that, I’ll still be waiting another 3 weeks for monitors that I did not receive in my bundle I ordered. I had to follow up once a week, just to get my controller. I doubt they’ll even come through promising my speakers will come in. I will not even follow up, for how sick I feel even dealing with company. If you can even call them that. Two works. STAY AWAY

  Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. I still have not received a call back from the supervisors nor have they resolved the issue of their own doing on my order that is 4 MONTHS OLD!   I ordered a 5 string bass but received a 4 string bass. I had to wait until the next day to hear from returns. Never heard from them so I called returns. After waiting a few hours I finally got a return label send the incorrect bass back. They wouldn't send the correct bass to me until they got the incorrect bass back. Which made me feel like I was being punished for someone else mistake. I wasn't compensated or accommodated for my time and effort.

  So first, the shipping time was great and the products are what I wanted. But the bad is still bad. I ordered 2 light fixtures for the VIP price of $750 each. It was processing for 2 days. I chatted online with Pablo who said that they did not have the item even though it was listed in stock and ready to ship according to the product page. He said no, and there was no date when it would be guaranteed, but maybe in 1-3 weeks as a guess. I then contacted a supervisor. They replied the next day stating that they could probably get me 2 fixtures out immediately but not at the VIP price of $750. He said that if I paid an additional $100 per fixture that he would ship me my order. So basically I was lied to and they charged me $850 a piece to get this item I was just told they didn’t have in stock. Not a very VIP experience at all.

  I received my keyboard very quickly and was super excited when I watched the tracking details show its delivery status. I was frustrated to receive all of my products one at a time. I received my first product (Case and Expression pedal) on Wednesday and my last items in the bundle as late as Sunday. There was no tracking information so I was unaware if my full order was sent. The bundle products are different from what is shown. While they fit, the case is a completely different brand. The pedals are different as well. I had a good experience, I was just confused about the delivery. The bundle is still a great deal!

  Today I received the sub woofer but I ordered The bundle package The speaker is no good to me without the rest of the equipment the XLR cable I do not have so I cannot hook it up And the Pole so I can get my speaker off the floor
