  This place is pretty bad. Initially, they advertised an amp and case for $649, then filled the order with something different and didn’t tell me. I canceled the order and then ordered what I wanted at the higher price, then only received part of the order. At this time I am waiting for the rest of my order but I am unable to get a tracking number for something they said has been sent out. I’m just warning folks to stay away from the Bait-and-Switch/Failure to deliver tactics of this company.

  The negative ratings I saw about ProSoundGear are bunk. $2500+ order delivered double boxed and sooner than ETA and was a better price. Their Customer Service is A+ and fast to respond to any questions even through their chat system, which is an actual person. No run around trying to find out how to contact them or hope for a email response. One item was lost in delivery as it was part of a bundle and not included in the entirety of the main box, they sent the item over night and it was just a simple cloth cover that I could've waited a few days for with standard delivery. That is going above and beyond both on their customer service side and for their business clientele. This business does not deserve the negative reviews you find when googling it. If you see the negative reviews and are on the fence, don't be. Will definitely do business with again. Check often as you will find killer deals.

  I ordered a subwoofer from them, and it was damaged in shipping such that the grill had a huge dent. They offered either a $30 refund or to send me a replacement grill, but replacing the grill is extremely difficult, and I'm not so sure there isn't more damage to the speaker. They refused to accept a return, which I simply do not understand. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me.

  First time I buy and I had a very bad experience, they had announced the bundie that included the speaker and a roller case of very good quality, I called several times and they assured me that they had enough inventory, then they told me that I had to pay first to coordinate the shipping, so I did and 2 days later they sent me an email to tell me that the only roller case they had was damaged and that they could give me a discount of $80, when the value of the roller case at the factory is $189 plus tax, at the end They gave me a simple Tote and I had to go to Sam Ash and buy one just like the one they offered for $200, I had to do it because I was going on a trip, I felt cheated

  During the order process I was offered to use a code to get a new item instead of a open box demo item, and then later I was told that the code was no longer valid. On the checkout page a shipping insurance fee appeared with no obvious way to decline it, which raised the price a little bit, but the reason I bought it from them in the first place was because of the low price. I brought these concerns to the attention of their customer service team, and have not heard anything back. I anticipate the item that I receive will be in good condition and work well, but the purchase experience has left a strange taste in my mouth.

  This order went through quickly and easily, the product was delivered within a few days, was well wrapped and exactly what I ordered. The equipment--a keyboard amplifer--hasn't been hooked up yet but I've turned it on, tested it with a microphone and found that it works. Very happy with your company! Also with the product itself, so far.

  I initially ordered from this site really late on a saturday night because I saw they had a great bundle deal on items I needed. I placed the order without thinking twice, only to wake up the next morning to a sort of sketchy confirmation email. Like it just felt off, as it didn't include any links to support, no tracking info, just generally seemed very very minimal. Almost like I ordered a handmade candle off etsy or something. Looked into the website more, and realized they had tons of terrible reviews and a history of unhappy customers. I promptly messaged them on that Sunday explaining that after looking into their history, I would no longer like to do business and requested they cancel my pending order before it confirms. James from Support messaged me early Monday morning asking if I was sure, as the item was for sure in stock and able to be shipped. I told him "Yes, please cancel the order." James refunded my money and told me it may take 3-6 days to show in my bank. Within 24 hours, the pending charge to my bank had been reversed. 8 hours after I had spoke to James confirming the cancelation of my order, I received a tracking # via email, along with an invoice for 0.00 I emailed them an hour later trying to point out that I had canceled the order with James, but no one ever responded. 2 days later the speakers showed up, which I did not pay for. (Granted these were entry level Eris 3.5's so nothing crazy) I don't know what happened that free speakers still showed up at my door, but I appreciate their response and that they were willing to respect my wishes to cancel my pending order. I can only really say good things about them, despite seeing so many other's poor past experiences posted online.
