  First by registering with Prosoundgear I was able to purchase the guitar I wanted for considerably less than all other sites and stores. When I asked questions I was given succinct answers. My order was shipped quickly and arrived when stated. The packing was much better than guitars I have received from Musicians Friend and G&L guitars. There was a tag on the guitar with the signatures of the people who inspected the set-up and checking that the guitar was inspected to play out-of-the-box. Overall at this point I was extremely satisfied and am in the process of letting the guitar adjust to its new home before I begin playing it. Hopefully, in the nest couple of days I will plug it in.

  I got a $60 Gator bag with my order for the same price Sweetwater was charging. Sweetwater wouldn't even price match nor did Sweetwater have it in stock, it's so new. But Prosoundgear shipped it in 2 days, had it in a few days, packaging was great. I'm a dedicated new customer for sure!!! Thanks Prosoundgear!

  Website chat was good and the person was very responsive in answering my questions before placing my order. However, there were some issue with my shipment. I had asked that the shipment be delayed until a certain date (when I would return home) but my comment and the one by the chat representative regarding this request were not read due to some glitch in their system (at least this is what they told me). Also the website mentions something about negotiating your own bundle, but really what this means is that they will price-match...which is all fine, just say that!

  I was excited to see that my order was being shipped out. When I went to the website I didn’t see the order containing the Roland SP-404 MKII. So Pablo mentioned that the item was damaged.
