  I have been on the road as a professional musician for 39 years , and have done business with just about every musical industry there is ..... and PROSOUND Gear is the WORST, When I got the email that said your item has been shipped , I called and told the lady that part is wrong , I needed the 18SP not the 15SP , she said the email might be wrong but the item is correct , SURE ENOUGH when it came it was wrong , it was 15SP , I talked to her again , she said she would talk to the people about it , They wanted pictures of the item , so I sent that on , with mine laying next to there's , mine saying 18sp there's saying 15sp ..... so I sent it back .... PROSOUND took over $200.00 claiming restocking fee , how could you charge me restocking fee for the wrong part ,,, They then said if I had plugged it in i would see it would say 18sp ...... the part CLEARLY said 15SP , why would I plug it in ??????? They then said the part came back scratched and used , MY PICTURES clearly shows the item was already scratch and bent , So needless to say after three weeks and a lot of aggravation I lost OVER $200.00 and no item , I MUST SAY PROSOUND IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AND WILL NEVER EVEN LOOK THEM UP AGAIN ... As proof , they have all my pictures I send , even a blind man could see the item was not what I ordered and was already scratched ..... I am still asking for all of my money back .

  Thank you for your response, So I payed through Amazon the first $449.99 and they refunded me $311.68 , then I payed PROSOUND another $200.00 and they refunded me $102.50 ...... So in all I lost $235.81 and I have no Amp and a lot of frustration ..... I would please like too of my money back , PLEASE .....

  Well at first I was a little hesitant to buy the amplifier because of the price and it was pre-owned but after talking with the representative I was assured everything would be okay and it still had the same warranty as a brand new one and when I received the product it was in excellent condition and it still look new and it sounds fantastic, and I would definitely be shopping there for all of my future music needs!!!!

  Their price was the best around, however my $500 keyboard was enclosed in a box that had originally held TWO boxed keyboards, and had been cut up and taped around the box containing my keyboard. It looked like it had fallen off a truck and rather sloppily put back together. Not sure I would use this company again.

  The positive side of this review is that Prosound Gear was one of the only businesses in the country that had this product in inventory and more importantly- willing to send it to me in rural Alaska via USPS Priority Mail. It cost an extra $165 to ship, but the price was discounted and helped offset the shipping a bit. I purchased it on June 20th hoping to get the amp in time to play a gig on July 4th. However, several things conspired to defeat me on this. Juneteenth kept the post office from picking up the box until several days later. Then the post office decided to have it sit in Miami for several more days. More about the shipping issues later. I found the salesperson to be unsupportive and uncaring, but she ultimately did her job. The shipping department did contact me after I let them know that the shipping label had been created but still not delivered to the post office. For Priority Shipping, I really expected more service from this company AND the Post Office. The postoffice ultimately decided to flag this delivery, so I didn't even get it til July 17th, almost a month later. Their explanation was that it was a large heavy box in a commercial box which was a flag for illicit funds moving.
